Absolutely horrid location. The store is absolutely ransacked, a completely inexcusable disaster. The cashiers were completely uninterested in acknowledging the customers existence, they were much too interested in their own conversation, one of them was eating while she rang me up relatedly putting her fingers in her mouth, then touching my stuff. I don’t think I’ve ever been glared at that hard or spoken to more disrespectfully by a cashier ever before in my life. I will never return to this store or really most likely any dollar tree in the future.

HORRIBLE LOCATION. The workers are LAZY. They need new employees & management. This place opens late & closes super early compared to other stores. They need to shutdown this location completely. It’s dirty too !!!

The one bald headed Hispanic man didn’t need to work with people. Not to mention I have to go back there when they opened cause he over charged me I went back in to fix the problem only to get told I was wrong .

I went to the dollar tree before 9pm and they had already locked the doors wow🤔 The stores hours says it’s open until 9pm. Stop closing early.

My new favorite Dollar tree. Everything is organized and clean. The only bad thing is the parking lot. It’s so dirty and full of trash. I’m not here for the parking lot so it doesn’t bother me.

Out of everything! Reason ..employee theft at its finest! Watched a manager give some friends a bag and told them to get what they wanted and then put by the front door for easy escape.

This place offers regular products at half the price (give or take) and has many items that are not found in most stores. I bought 8 candles for a buck a piece. Wow. Don’ have some silly shame, go in and see. The lady at the checkout was extremely friendly to everyone and it was genuine. I was there 2/24 late afternoon (boss you better appreciate her). I will be back. Name brands, low cost, and friendly service.... who would not go to this store.

I came last week twice and both times they had great customer service! Everything was organized and clean. They had great finds in their Halloween and arts & crafts section. This location has things in stock I haven't seen in any other dollar tree in the area so that was pretty cool. I think this will be my new go to dollar tree.

Went there stood in line with the cashier ( Gloria name on the receipt ) whom was very pleasant at checkout there was another hispanic male worker at the checkout area I stood there five minutes in line and was never greeted or asked can I help you? He never acknowledged that he worked there he just in the front like another customer but some Hispanic women walking up he runs to the register ready to check them out.That really upset me I asked the cashier for the supervisor name she told me but she was gone for the day @ 3:00pm . I called the supervisor this morning she act as if she didn't know the worker there which is a red flag we should know who work in the building so I explained he's a young Hispanic male, he had blond dye in his hair I'm sure there's not many there with that description. The supervisor just brushed me off like he's just a stocker and only help when needed, but my thing if he has an register open to serve the customers do that. The correct thing to do is serve your customers , get them in and out and be courteous to all customers not just your own race that's for the management as well. She was no help I don't cry the race card I just called this how I see it Mrs. Yesenia in management need customer service as well at least act concern when a person come to you respectful with a complaint.

This Dollar Tree is nice, but small. It doesn't carry as many products as other Dollar Trees. It was very organized and clean. The employees were hard at work stocking the shelves. The cashier was very friendly.

One of the worst DTs you'll ever visit, if you get the chance. Store hours should be changed to "whenever we feel like coming to work". 11:50am Sunday and they're closed. 4pm on Thursday and they're closed. Pathetic.

New mgmt took over, and I'm loving the improvements. Organized, stocked, clean aisles. Friendly employees who actually greet you when you enter. This store is located in a sketchy area, but worth a visit during the daytime only.

I went today to get some items for my son's project. I got there at 6:08 p.m. on February 3, 2020 and they were already closed completely down. Business hours says 9:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. I went on the website to confirm business hours will be contacting corporate office.

Idk the new mgr gentleman there now but the store IS MUCH MORE cleaner, shelves better & fully stocked as well as the young Hispanic male cashier has awesome attitudes! IT is located at W. Little York & Antoine! I will try to post a piece of video from a couple months ago when mask mandate was dropped.... The so-called mgr at the time didn't know when my son went to the car to get his mask THAT HE DID NOT HAVE TO WEAR!!! She started talking very badly about him & ALSO CURSING ABOUT HIM IN FRONT OF WHOLE STORE! Didn't know I was video recording! I am going to figure out how I can post this video I'm a little older.... So be patient with me I'm gonna get it though

This is a very ghetto location, they close early often, they dnt even be in the store because they are outside smoking and chilling like they are off. I come through here often on my way to work. It's monday 10/4 845pm and guess what... they are closed.

I cant believe out of the year or more ive attended this store that i would ever be humiliated because of my use of (her words)FOOD STAMPS!!!! ESTEPHANIE "THE MANAGER" She was so rude and disrespectful. Well, I guess I'll have to stay away from that store and shop elsewhere. Me and my FOODSTAMPS.

There was a lot of disorder on the aisles but that could be from them restocking. They have such a great variety of items in the store. I was shocked to find the galvanized items that I haven't seen at any other locations.

I love the fact that we finally have a store in close proximity to where I live...for a long time I had to go to one of the 34th street, the Northwest Fwy, or the I-45 locations to get what I wanted so I'm thankful for this Antoine location... They have a wide variety of things that I like and that I can pick from.

Horrible customer service nobody smiles or interacts. And when u let them know they just stare with no response....poor excuse for cashiers and the store always looks nasty. No organization and they never open on time.

This morning..was shopping before work @ 9:45..and I was approached by a cashier saying that their system was down ...and I Needed it to check out .I don’t understand how is your system down but you checked me out just fine .. ? It was just a bad experience didn’t finished my purchases 😒 I even tried to ask was was going on ...was told they’ll be open later on .its too early to be shutting down ..Dollar tree .

This new Dollar Tree, at the corner of Antoine and W. Little York seems to be working extra hard at keeping needed items in stock. Good for them!!!
