The store finally looks a bit neat, especially the toys! I always like any Dollar Tree even if it's messy because we're already getting huge discounts on items. It was just nice to see it organized. I feel the reason is due to them doing a reset on the store so they HAVE to have it clean if they're moving all items to another part of the store. I had a pleasant experience and the cashier was friendly!

I tried this dollar tree a couple of years back and I didn't like it b cuz it wasn't clean everything looked thrown together but I tried coming last month and wow what a difference. It's very clean, well organized and the customer service is very nice. I will be returning soon....

I just left here and the employees and manager that was there were super nice and helpful. They helped me find anything I was looking for and was really friendly. The store was pretty stocked but still didn't offer many toy options for kids. Probably due to it being a dollar store but I wish they had more. They did have plenty of stocking stuffers for Christmas and Christmas bags and stuff so that's what I was mainly there for. I grabbed a whole lot. Overall good store and great employees.

I believe the Manager's name is Josh, he was being very rude while I was checking out with another cashier it was very unnecessary. There were issues with the card reader and my card and he kept saying it's processing he started shout at me No!! No!! MA'AM!! ITS DECLINING! Yelling as if I was his child or could not hear him and I'm not short on cash or resources so it made me very uncomfortable in a sense as if he was trying to embarrass me and I wasn't even checking out with him 🤢🤮

Not too impressed with this location. I know they raised their prices, but one aisle had a $5 and a $3 section? Selection is much better at other locations, not worth a second trip.

I was very wrong!!! About my last post of The manager at this location was completely off ..Mister Josh!!! He is a very fair and good nature manager and person. I completely read Mister Josh WRONG!!! I am truly sorry. After seeing his amazing work and how he interact with all customers who walk through the store doors including me even after an embarrassing pre judging notion. I saw that for myself!!! Mister Josh... You rock sir.. You are exactly the type of manager and individual Dollar Tree Pioneers had in mind too run their stores. I wish l could give you a increase in salary... You deserve it! Thank you for being an awesome person

Post Covid-19. Dollar Tree has become a staple for basic household Necessities like dish liquid, fabric softener. Treats for my wonderful little Rico( a york-a-doodle). And candies to keep my dish full for guests.

Cleaner store and very happy staff 😀. I found my arts and crafts items. The store on Uvalde is temporary closed today and a customer mentioned this location. Very poor customer service. Employee followed behind customers to watch for possible shoplifting, not once did she offer help. Made faces at my child every chance she had. Line had about six customers with one cashier, the watch dog did not offer any assistance. Meanwhile had plenty of time to walk around on a personal call while on speaker. Will not be returning to that location.

Never have items in stock!!! Always out of merchandise! Customer Service HERE is AWFUL, and workers are ALWAYS RUDE& UNPROFFESIONAL! HERE they close business operations& lock doors 15-30 minutes before store is actually suppose to close. So you might arrive @ 8pm & associate tells you store is closed & refuse to let you in. I Will NEVER SHOP at this location AGAIN! You have to wait 10-15 minutes just to find cashier to ring you up!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION SERVICE BAD & WONT HAVE WHAT YOU NEED ANYWAY ON THE SHELF!!!! Workers close& open store when they feel like it!!!

Zero stars is what they deserve, the customer service is horrible. I was shopping & a non-English speaking customer asked an employee for assistance, the employee responded in a rude-abrupt manner. “I ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH”, ignored the customers concerns & laughed at the customer with another employee. I then asked the non-English speaking customer what was going on, so I could help her. When I asked the employee for assistance, the employee was rude to me & didn’t want to proportion information to me. The store is in good shape, the items are easy to find it’s just the employees really need to leave their problems at home .

I usally dont take my younger kids shopping with me but i had too this time .(Krystal) was the cashier who helped me .first she greeted me with a smile and helped me with my shopping by recommending products and telling me the isle numbers. Its a blessing when you can have a good shopping experience and i also i love the candy selection .. Great service ...clean store...

Don't waste your time here. This place is disgusting, unorganized, and trashy. The employees that work there are rude and loud. I paid for my items and noticed she charged one of my items twice. I believe she purposely did it because on top of that she didnt give me my receipt. She thought I wouldn't notice but I did. I didn't care much about it to start a arguement because it was only a dollar but at the end of day it isn't right. I'll never be shopping here ever again.

Limited product selection, employees are not friendly at all, they talked to each other but not customers, cashier did not thank me, possibly because Mt total was $5.13 and I had a 5 dollar bill and a 50 dollar bill, so I counted out 13 pennies, I know I frustrated him, but oh well, pennies spend just as well as currency! I will not return!

Come here a lot usually with family... Decent Dollar Tree to shop at but a bit "disorganized" with product boxes, dirty flooring and shelves throughout...Don't even get me started with the restrooms!They've done better but they used to not have any liquid soap for hand-washing in the restrooms. Yeah, I need not proceed further...They need to have some "pride" in their work and clean up the store real nice or at least make it more "presentable" than what it is.Even though it's just a plain ol' "Dollar store" the employees that work here ought to make it a place they would like to shop in that just "letting it go" without any care.Overall, decent place for brief grocery shopping items and whatnot.Make get a "surprise" product here-or-there from buying loaves of bread and cleaning products like laundry detergent soap and bleach.

This customer service is awful here! I would give it zero stars if that was a rating! I went in today, June 2, 2018, at about 4:00pm. There is a black lady in there, who I believe is a manager. She was wearing a green polo. She is very, rude and unprofessional! My sister and I walked in with our children for a quick check of their water gun supply which was absolutely terrible. The minute we walked in our kids were told to stop playing with the toys. All one of them did was grab a ball! We had promised the kids a toy so we walked further down the aisle to the back and while we were looking thru the activity books and the kids were looking for a toy each, she approached us once again and actually told us to “keep it down” and told the kids to stop playing with the toys! She said, she had to come check on us because she couldn’t hear us anymore. What the heck is that supposed to mean? How can she not hear us and then be told to keep it down? We are decent looking people so shoplifting shouldn’t have been on her mind either. One of the kids went to the front of the store because he decided on a toy in the front and when his brother went to go find him, I heard this lady telling them, “Uh-uh! You do not run in this store!” and proceeded to yell where everyone could hear, “Ma’am, they do not run in here!” At that point we decided to make the quick purchase and leave. This racist manager proceeded to follow us to the front too. I seriously was going to walk out and leave everything but the kids had their selection and we didn’t want to do that to them. As we were checking out, my son saw the little quarter toy machines in the front, next to the balloons, and as I waited for my sister to check out, I went over to get him one of those little prizes. They had all these pre-filled balloons on the side and my son, who happens to love balloons grabbed one. She yelled and told him to leave the balloons alone and not to mess with them. How did she know that we weren’t going to buy it?! I actually would’ve purchased it for him as I do every other time he wants a balloon. I lost it at this point and grabbed my son’s hand and told him to hold onto me because we were not allowed to do ANYTHING here. At the same time, a black customer walked in with her child and she was very pleasant with her and greeted them with a smile. The kid went straight to grab a balloon and not once did this manager say anything to that kid. This is when it actually clicked to me that me and my family had just been descriminated against. She actually turned out to be a black racist! I went to the child and took the balloon from him and told him we aren’t allowed to touch anything here. After that I promptly told my sister that I would wait outside for her. I should add that our kids and us were dressed casually but clean and nice. Did this just happen? Really?! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS STORE!

Bad customer service... The Hispanic guy with glasses that came to the cashier gave me a rude uncomfortable vibe... When he walked up to the cashier to check my items out.. He just awkwardly looked at me as if he was confused as to why I'm standing there... And then he aggressively scanned my items... Get it together and stop acting rude...

It's an ok store. Kind of disappointing that every time I go in at 8:30pm they give me 10 minutes to shop even though they close at 9pm. The store is only a couple blocks from my house which makes it convenient to shop there, but I have to go over a mile away to be able to get everything I need

Just came to the store and it was closed at 2:54pm No big store close in the middle of the day. The Coke Cacola truck was even waiting. Then seen a lady walking to the store to unlock it. My husband ask if it was closed she said she won't open within 30 mins. With a mean attitude. If you dont like working there then dont work there. She's new cause this is the first time I had trouble with this store since it opened. Popular store bas employees.

This is the location on Uvalde rd. The store shelves were empty looks like all the stock is in boxes and not getting worked on to the shelves for the customer. This is not good being that its the Christmas season an customers are out shopping for gifts. The bad thing about this is that I visited this same store about 4 days ago was the same. I didn't purchase anything and went to visit your store on I-10 east about 5 miles away

Manager Josh closed the store 10 minutes before 9 pm and when asked why they closed, he yelled that he want to get home to his family. I just asked a question and got a very rude response. Not a family staff!
