This place is filthy,the clerks are great but understaffed. Same things you would expect at a dollar store. Pros great clerks. Cons filthy store .

The worst experience! If I were able to give zero stars, I would my complaint is in regards to the store manager named Chris eight stuffed to place in the store of one of my personal items. I requested to see the security footage, but then Chris upset stated that the camera footage is not working, this is unacceptable. Any store should have functioning cameras in any store is liable for crime that takes place within their store. This is completely unacceptable to have non-functioning cameras and I believe this is a city violation. Therefore, complaints will be coming from all ends in law-enforcement is involved.

This store had a lot more selections of items than any other Dollar Tree that I’ve been to. Overall experience was good. I definitely came out with much more than anticipated, but that happens all of the time for me anyways.

It has stuff other dollar trees usually don't have for example way more crafting supplies, but the store itself is usually very unorganized and crazy. Also there's a lot of empty space for some reason, and it's pretty dirty.

I just came in to the store and one of the employees complained about me walking in 10 minutes before they closed. Made a comment about how we are going to walk in before they closed.i was in and out with plenty of time before they closed. It's unacceptable for for manager sharlet who I spoke with to allow an employee to make a comment like that out loud about me as a customer that's just trying to make a purchase. Unacceptable management and employees.

Not organized or stocked at all. Really hard to find things down the makeup aisle everything is mixed up and everywhere. Didn't even try to look through the bins of mystery. Staff was nice and greeted me. Smooth transition as well. Also should think about changing the name everything is $1.25 now and they even have $5 and up items.

I went to 6 different Dollar Tree's yesterday looking for a certain item, even though I didn't find it at this location out of all the location I went to this location was so clean and organized......... that I couldn't believe it so I walked down every isle I told the employee's who was very nice how good a job that they are doing and I will be back to this location for now on Keep up the good work........

Great selection. Always stocked. Unfortunately, the cashier with gold teeth was extraordinarily rude to the woman in line in front of me. She raised her voice and got upset about a bag that the customer needed...??? Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place for thrifty shoppers. The manager seemed nice, though.

Opens at 8:00 AM, Dollar Tree has many deals and frugal buys. I love going early. Their Awesome product line is the best. Handy to Oak forest Kroger, across the St. The clerks are so helpful. Nice and clean.

I found some nice birthday cards, but the store was a mess. Things were not very organized. The cashier was very pleasant though. The sound system had an issue. It was some annoying static coming from the speaker system for at least 10 minutes straight.

The manager here is very rude. This lady has a very nasty attitude all the time. She's always outside on her phone, sitting down on the phone. My child went for an interview. She was rude on the phone. Day of the interview she was downright nasty and ended the interview after a few minutes. Corporate office need to do something about her.

I went in for some balloons 🎈 the lady in front was nice enough to let me choose but Mrs Charlotte in the other hand super rude kept mumbling while adding helium to my balloons walk to the register and continue to mumble told the other nice lady something

Marilyns positivity is 100% contagious. She’s an amazing cashier and greets everyone with genuine love and attentiveness!The store aisle are typically very organized and clean but the floor is sometimes a little dirty, it wouldn’t bother me but it’s definitely a distraction when I bring my service dog. Everyone is extremely respectful when I have to bring him and follows service dog etiquette. Very pleased.

Had one cashier for all of the customers...He explained the situation...we waited patiently for his service...it was worth it...There was a long line...the young man was kind...and considered...great service...store clean...as always...

An aggressively ride young lady wanted to know if I had a mask. I told her I did not, and asked if I was shipping somewhere else today? She said "that was on me". I disagree, it was on her. My money spent just fine without a mask down the street.

My wife visited this store and an elderly couple tried to check out and was told they were closed to go to another register then that person said , their system went down. , go back but all other registers were working but knowone would help. Then my wife tried to check out and again they told her , can't check you out. She just left and so did customers behind her. Worst service ever seen. This should be addressed and if they don't want to work , let them go not play games with people who pays their salary.

Very organized/clean Dollar tree, morning/afternoon shifts are very nice people and are always willing to help, with the exception of a new young girl that works night shift, very rude, ugly attitude and not to mention she careless about giving me back my receipt, I HAD TO GRAB IT MYSELF because she was to busy in her phone doing a personal phone call, this is the first time I have had an unpleasant experience. I been coming here for years and I have NEVER had to deal with young girls with an attitude working at this location. Other than this, the other employees are super awesome.

The store was a little bit messy after the Christmas rush but the worst thing was a Spanish-speaking lady refused to take her child home coughing sneezing runny nose over and over and over I told her to please no go away that her child was sick and she said oh yes he is sick so we hurried away from her and every place we went she followed so the shopping experience was very poor we get to the register and we tell them young lady at the register that the girl is sick and she said yeah her mother said that there was some sick kids going to the hospital nowadays and I said well that child is very sick and should not be here we paid our money we left the store disinfecting as we got in the car and at home in hopes we don't catch RSV

Two days ago this Dollar Tree was in deplorable condition. Many, not just a few, shelves were completely bare with no inventory at all. The floors were covered with trash, carts of flattened boxes left randomly in the aisles and unhelpful staff. There are others not far away that are never anywhere near that bad.

I'm sure it must be due to COVID-19's effects on my local Dollar Tree that there's been no food items (as usual) since before the pandemic. Management is still wonderful but the new <20 year old help (at the Oak Forest store on 43rd. St. leave much! To hope for. Their communication skills are as horrible as their perspectives. Please help return this store to the effectual normalcy it once ran under? And hurry? Thanks for looking into this.

Currently standing in front of the store at 821am, they are supposed to open at 8, employee is out front waiting as well, manager was late, when she arrived she took her sweet time getting to the door from her car while several customers patiently waited for her to walk up, no smile, no apologies for the inconvenience, just mocked the associate that was there on time for being happy. Marilyn was the associates name that was extremely apologetic, greeted everyone as they came to wait for the store to open with a positive good morning, and was equally as pleasant when checking out. Wrong person in charge if you ask me. There was a customer out there that said this isn't the first time this has happened, that its happened 3 or 4 times when she came at 8am.

Friendly cashiers, but frequently VERY understaffed with only one lane. Better options than competitors in the beauty section and plates/mugs bowls section, but no produce. Decent parking. Attractive seasonal decorations available, as well as a huge selection of cards.

I like this Dollar tree. The check out is speedy but the service could be better. It's easy to navigate yourself throughout the store but don't expect anyone to just be standing around that works there. It kept well clean.

This new Dollar Tree is clean, organized, friendly people, and more products than other locations. Thumbs up! Even with the price increases, I'm still a customer.
