The place it self has everything! Pretty nice!. I did have one encounter with the lady at the register on May 29. My item didn’t have a bar code she looked at me and asked me how she was supposed to know the price of the item without a bar code. She continued to stare at me as if I too worked there and could fix the issue.

It was okay. It was a bit too cramped inside for my shopping comfort. There was an annoying automated announcement that came on every time a customer entered the entrance to the store to warn that there is surveillance to monitor the store for our protection. I quickly bought a few items and left. The employees were working in their area to restock the store and that was that. No one greets you when you enter the store.

No customer service at all. When the guy was working there I went more because he was very welcoming and helpful but I go to this specific store less now. On a positive note, DG in general have the app that I've been using for 5 years now where you can get a certain amount off items in the store which is pretty neat. This specific store have a dollar aisle with household cleaning items that I frequent.

A lot of people shop at the store and this doors does not trust a lot of people they have someone staying at the door they have people watching people but at some point I do understand but when you get to know the people in the store they are very sociable and friendly except for two. Sometimes the store is very empty because it is beside a housing project. But for the most part they try to stay well stock on various things. But sometime the people that work there have attitudes. But people come and go because they cannot deal with the people inside the project. But they have to understand that people are dealing with a lot of things mostly the people who are inside the project don't live there but and they have to deal with a lot of things that the people are living there so I suggested they get people who can understand what the people are subjected to who live inside the place and can deal with them. Not saying that they get ghetto people working in the store but they get people that can deal sajha locked logical with the people that are under these things so saying that is to say this you have to understand the people and have empathy not sympathy and unjust understand and not ridicule. And most of the time if you catch someone stealing asking why they're stealing when you're in the type of area and not just be because they want to maybe they have to or need to but anyway they are mostly nice people within the store

so yesturday i went because it was the last day for the 3 day deals but the staff on this location dont respect the deals they act like they own the store not to mention they have bad atitude like they are bother all the time also the manager is like that never goin back i rather drive more to another one than coming here i would like to call and make a commplaint

I've always liked dollar stores. DG is a great dollar store. Plenty of things priced cheaply. Items you need are almost always in stock, they rarely run out of stuff! Love the yellow carts, walls, and sign. Yellow means cheap lol.😄

Customer service is good, their very friendly. Store is small kind of messy. Baby food dates wasn't expired but wasn't far off as most. All around ok black area dollar general store.

It's a terrible place don't waste your money because what you think your doing is helping your budget by saving money shopping here you will instantly realize it's not worth the time you have to stand in line to purchase your items. Not only is it's going to take you forever and a day to get out of there the staff is horribly rude with a don't give an f attitude at all times have never visited a location where there is any sort of professionalism being demonstrated. I would rather spend a few more dollars somewhere else than to risk going to jail swinging on an employee for smarting off at you with an attitude like y'all are on the street and they are not at work getting paid to act like that with the people that make it possible for them to get a paycheck.

I have received decent service every time I have visited this store. It's very close to home and offers great prices for goods the corner store upcharge for. Ample parking in most cases.

Cashier "Sam" was extremely helpful in helping me find a vitamin that I was looking for.She looked it up on her phone to show me the bottle then walked with me to show me where they keep it in the store.She was kind, courteous, and professional!

I love this store. Friendly staff in the morning and at night. The area is not the greatest just in and out. I always find what I need and they are always helpful with my dg coupons.
