The "manager" at this store has a mess everywhere. She was very rude and disrespectful. I questioned her about being disrespectful and she answered with "I am not an employee here I am the manager and boss here". Seems like she needs a reality check from the real boss.

The only complains are the baggers in front the store and inside. I went inside and the guy asked me about money. It happened only once so far but there should be a security inside the store not allowing baggers in store.

I have always had a good impression of Dollar General's customer service, but this time I had a very lousy (female) cashier. first he was on the phone the whole time, I the client was waiting for him to finish watching his videos so he could pay. when he attended me he did not let me put my phone number for my DG coupons. She with a bad attitude and always on the phone. So I told him that I had coupons from DG and that I needed to put in my phone number and he responded very badly, yelling at me and making very ugly faces at me. So I asked her something else and she started yelling at me... I told her that I worked as costumer service and that she had a bad attitude. I left everything in the cart and I grabbed my two babies and left. When I went to the door, the door was closed and I couldn't go out. the same cashier opened the door and saying things. I said “thank you for your good customer service…” and left. I hope that Dollar General takes it into account because we go to the store to buy and what we need is good Service.

I like this store. Way better than my neighborhood family dollar. Pleasant staff. But trashy parking lot and front view of store. No baskets. Like ever. Something is always down. Electricity, credit card service. Staff is great but the owner needs to face lift this place fast.

The employees play extremely loud rap music with no respect for the elderly, children, or religion. The cashiers are slow, rude, and unwilling to help you locate an item on the floor. This is the worst store I’ve been in and needs a complete overhaul when it comes to employees.

I frequent the Dollar General two to three times a week. Always very busy. Employees always nice... ** is the one that keeps this store up and running. He is always nice, professional and goes the extra mile to make your shopping an easy stress free trip. Have shopped at other Dollar Generals but always come back to the one at i really enjoy shopping there that making me want to work there

This is my 2nd home I'm a Deaf man and was I'll at one point. I accidentally dropped something couldn't pick it up. The store manager came to my rescue assuring and so compassionate. A loyalty was born. And her employees follow in her guidance an training.

Went to get birthday balloons for my niece and they didn't have a lot of variety of those they have them all displayed but they only had like 3 out of the eighth they displayed. other than that the ladies that worked in the store was really nice and tried to help me out as much as possible

It was awful on the outside of the store. The trash can was sitting tied to a pole but upside down, so trash was all around the entrance of the store, inside the store was a mess also with boxes everywhere. There was a employee stocking and putting things on the shelf though., who had his mask hanging off one ear. With the pandemic happening and people dying, he need to have his mask all the way on his face. The cashier Donald, needs to be taught to greet the customer by at least saying hello.

The store is kind of a mess and theyre always short handed. There isnt any management oversight. The cashiers lack professionalism. But you can tell that the standard for that hasnt been set. So where as they work hard and do their jobs, they havent been properly trained on how to handle things.

Customer service is good in this location! I always get spoke too and helped!! Manager seems like he’s invested in the company! Employees are friendly!! Which isn’t always the case at DG so big shout out this location!If they could keep the solicitors away asking for change outside the door with a little security it’d be even better!

Need more workers , it always one cashier, one stocker/ cashier who only comes up to the second register when there are 12 or more people waiting in line. But it is conveniently around the corner. Plus I prefer DG better than Family Dollar

It was a very nice experience I make record time they had one employee in the front I had money added to my card and no time but someone came in with a blue hoodie on and stole some things and took out running so that what happens when you have one employee and a whole entire store that can be seen that needs to change

Has a wide variety of items from food to household goods. It's always changing with what's seasonal but you can find steady favorites as well.

Dollar General is ok, but some prices are higher than others ( that could be lower ). And, i also like the dollar tissue when needed. And, customer service could be more knowledgeable of knowing sections of ailes. Some signs are complicated to read also.

I was in store on today walk into the store I was wearing my mask lot of people with not wear a mask children adults sneezing coffin no one that work for DOLLAR GENERAL.put more than 1are 2,3 Employees to work a whole store with customers stocking cleaning the place can't be completed
