I love shopping at Dollar General stores. But the store on Homestead near Little York some of the workers need training on greeting the public. Mind you i said some of them . I have had some at that store was very pleasant and that keeps me coming back. Today is 7/15/2018 that lady on the morning shift did not needed to be at work today. Not a good day for her. But you never know what problems a person may have or going through.

One employee in the store. Wanted to buy a 12 gallon container. Asked employee for a top to the container, he stated that a top must not come with it. Sign a rack tell you to " Don't forget the top". Also it shows a top on the picture. When to Family Dollars for a container with a top. 😞😞😞

My mother likes coming to this store. It's closer to her home and it's convenient for me as well. The store has a variety of things, like clothing, houseware, laundry, food, milk and bread. And prices aren't as expensive as you think they are. Run in and run out!

I will be posting various reviews all over the web about my experience: I am actually a frequent consumer on a weekly basis. It was my first time in this store location but I know the policy remains the same from one store to the next. At this location I was discriminated against by 3 Hispanic employees who refused to oblige my coupons. I opted to show them your store policy and even after showing them the policy they declined service. They began speaking Spanish calling me stupid and at that point I decided to record the entire instance because I knew it would only get worse. On your website it states blatantly that we are allowed to use your store coupon and a manufacturer coupon at the same time but because the item would have only been .53 cent they refused to service me at all. I have contacted an attorney in regards to the discrimination I received and he says we definitely have a case. Employees should NOT be able to create the rules because at the moment they are in charge of the store. Your policy should be complied with by all employees working for the company. The way I was treated and spoken to by the employees makes absolutely no sense. I continued to listen to them insult my intelligence and finances in Spanish - finally I had enough and began speaking Spanish in return to let them know I've understood the racial and discriminatory remarks the entire time. This is something that no one should experience. I do not take this matter lightly. Someone will need to be held responsible for what your employees did while behind the badge representing your business. I expect to hear from someone in regards to this matter or I will be seeing you all in court.

They actually treated you as you were a customer which is different than almost all of the other Dollar General that follow you around making you feel as if it says ima a thief on your forehead. And I believe his name was Jesus correct me if im wrong I dint wanna put incorrect info but he is the cause of that feeling. Because he personalizes with you

This store is okay,but it's not the best. The workers are not in the front of the store where they need to be. I will come in there alot of times where I would walk in and none of the workers will be up front. They like to stay back and stock the shelves rather than stay up front at the register. This DG is much smaller than the other DG stores. This store does not keep thier shelves heavily stocked at at all! The shelves where certain items are , are empty and stay empty for a week.or more. When there is a long line , it takes them soooh long time to open up the second register , or sometimes they don't open it at all and I'm held up in line for the longest. Why have two registers when you don't hardly use it?

Customer Service sucks. The place is never stocked, items all over place. No one their smiles. No good morning. Safety hazard. Never clean either. I won't or wouldn't recommend this place.

Out of countless stores I've entered the last few days this was the only one to have toilet paper and cleaners! And I believe just received a truck of more. They were unpacking freight boxes of lysol.

Ok parking was no problem , but after entering the store finding all the things I needed I had to wait in line for at least 15 min, to be checked out, that was the only problem.
