This is a very well stocked and neatly organized store location. The workers are actually more friendly than other locations that I have been to. The store isn't usually over crowded. The lines don't usually take long at this location either. This location has a well organized area for the clothes and they are hung up on the hangers where they should be. The pet section is also well stocked and organized which makes it very convenient for customers to get their pet food. The manager is very professional and keeps the store in order. They have a large parking lot and they actually have shopping carts at this location. I do recommend this location because it's so neat and clean.

Store #18197-Lockwood at 610 freeway, in Houston Texas ZIP code 77 026.I live in the neighborhood and sharpeare daily I was surprised when I went into the freezing section to get some chicken and french fries I notice that it was all the food melting and the freezer was turning hot, to me have been thought out for at least several several hours it was completely defrosted for a unlimited amount of hours as a restaurant manager it's my purpose and part of my job to check every freezer and every back door and every bathroom when I come to open my restaurant you guys should put that in your policy all managers should check their freezers before opening. Now this restaurant manager will have to throw away thousands and thousands of dollars of food.

At the end of a hard day, feels good to shop at this location, with such kind employees, hopefully the lavender hair female and the hispanic male, stay working here permanently, I'm sure they had a long day too, and still they have the greatest attitud. 5 STARS TO BOTH EMPLOYEES AND THIS DOLLAR GENERAL LOCATION

There is this worker there named Donald who handled a very unruly lady professionally while also helpin me find what I needed. Most dollar stores don't have such professionalism. The other workers kept to their job and didn't slow down

There's always like 5 people working, and only 1 register open with a long line of customers. There's always carts full of boxes blocking at least 5 isles of the store, yet somehow the shelves are NEVER stocked with inventory. there's always at least one item i have to leave without because the shelves are empty.

Half of the things that I was looking for were not available. There were boxes everywhere, you could not even walk down some of the store aisles. But on a more positive note the employees were very nice.

Dollar General employees at this location appear to be really uninterested in their jobs or customer service. The store is normally near and clean. Process aren't bad... But the customer service is what keeps customers coming back.

This Dollar General store in the Trinity/Houston Gardens neighborhood is roomy when compared to locations.This store needs to improve their merchandise presentation. This seems to be a recurring problem at many Dollar General stores. On hand merchandise counts must be correct, or empty pegs will never get filled.

Dollar General always has what I need what I'm looking for and sometimes what I'm not looking for and I'm not talking about impulse buys at the register either. Dollar General always has low prices and stays open later than any other so-called dollar store (don't want to name names like family dollar) that helps late working or 2nd, or 3rd, shift parents, couples and students, so yeah I give them 5 stars all day long!!!

The cashiers followed me throughout location, I was in my work uniform in a clearly marked truck. But i felt unwelcomed. So i left abruptly. Avoiding this location in the future.

This store looks horrible Missing product, things on the floor,dirty floors,and dirty shelves. Where Is the Managment? I can go down the street and the Dollar General on Loxkwood is much better,10 times better. Is this an independent DG. They dont have a district manager?

this is my neighborhood dollar general. Being in the hood, customers always bring in trouble but customer service is great I always look forward in chatting with sunny the cashier who’s very sweet & helpful

This place was the word DG I had ever visited. The staff is horrible always accusing customers of stealing. They are very prejudest African American woman there who is very rude and disrespectful. Did not enjoy my visit at this location.😠😠😠😤😤😤

Never a greeting or a thank you when she is there. The only time is when the man is there. I think he's the manager because he's always there. Just don't expect anything when she's there.
