I enjoy shopping at dollar general because of their really good deals. From what I’ve seen this is one of the most clean and organized dollar general that I’ve been to. Ms. Angela the manager helped me during my transaction and she was very patient, and kind. Would most likely be back!

My to go Dollar General. This one in particular is an old building. Even though it's always going through something, is the best one for me.This building always has something going on ; like ac breaks down, the sliding doors don't work well, or the registers just break down ( no notice) but the best part about it- is the customer service. Every cashier is doing their job and receiving their customers well.Hoping management gets the building better:)

All the workers were on the phone while working and when i was checking out the lady at the front was on full conversation on the phone while im trying to ask her a question about the stuff im buying.

Well store was kinda busy on a busy corner in Houston. The girls selling custom wood furniture on the corner is freaking pretty cool and their shop is right in the same complex behind dollar g.

Every time I come to the store they are closed early.. so why don't they change their hours to 9:30 since they're closed at like 9:30-9:50 so that customers don't drive all the way out here long-distance when other places are closed. Y'all need new management if y'all can't keep your store open at the hours that are posted.

Most items don't have prices, and the shelves don't have prices for the items neither. Been here a few times and evry time i do most isles were a mess, everything mixed up and all over the place. Cashier wasnice today but the store itself is a mess and they still can't fix the sliding doors. We have to slide them open ourselves smh.

The reason for the 2 stars is because, the store is in a low income neighborhood and for this reason I feel like they don't take the time are care to keep the store clean or Organized.Really no good help when you are trying to locate items throughout the store.The employees having a lot of person conversations about other employees. This store is not somewhere I'd shop on a regular or even suggest to anyone.

I always have enjoyment entering this local D.G. store , it's must be the personnel, you always have great greetings once you enter the door of the building, makes you feel like you're part of the community, once you're a known customer, you get to know the employees & guide you to what merchandise your looking for,& also if they have in stock, or when they would have it or still carry the merchandise !! Real nice atmosphere !! Carry on with the good work!!

The store is supposed to close by 9 PM every night. However tonight I stoped by 8:50 pm because I live at smart living on telephone rd which it literally right next door to the store and the doors were locked i just needed to run in to get tampons and Pads and the manager and the associate were at the register And basically told me the store was closed and I politely held up my phone and pointed to the time to let them know that it is not yet 9 o’clock and that basically meant nothing !! Something really needs to be done about this store for one they never open the store on time and Then they’re always closing the store early this is unacceptable I will be calling corporate

This store overall is great to go to. If there is a sale get there early to get the good stuff. The staff is friendly. It would be helpful to have two checkout lines. Each time I've been so far, there is only one checkout line.

Loved that the had Mr. Pibb 😊 the only downside is it was only available in 2 liter bottles. The suck part about our trip is there weren't any baskets to place items in nor were there enough staff to assist customers. The line was extremely long and there was not enough space for social distancing protocal.

I didn't really find what I was looking for as far as school supplies. I was looking for Manila paper and didn't find it. I don't know if I will return as the prices seem to match the competition. They did have an affordable plain stationary set with paper and envelopes, though.

One employee said a customer had taken the restroom key but the door was locked and no one answered the door. Then a male dressed in store uniform came from the men's restroom and said they were out of order.

This is my store hands down. It's right up the street with a friendly helpful staff. I'm living on a budget check to check and DG stores and its helpful employees make my life less stressful and manageable.

The cashier was so rude i ask her to check the price on something she gave me an attitude she was so rude and her attitude so mean idk why is not my fault that the product didn't have price. There was a mess on the toys section the employee was soo mad can't even be friendly!!!

Employees are rude and they never have anything you want to buy. Extreme couponers take it all. And the isles are always blocked with boxes. It is difficult to walk around with a cart.
