I'd love to feel like I could visit this location more frequently, and would considering how close it is to my house, but I swear every single time I visit the majority of my time is spent at the front waiting for someone to check me out. It's bizarre. I don't go to Dollar General to shop for a full bill of groceries for the most part, I'm just going in to buy a couple of quick necessities or a snack, as are most of the other patrons from what I can tell, so their inability to deliver on their one potential selling point - convenience - is frustrating. I'd say it's management's problem for not staffing up, but today there were 2 employees who eventually meandered up to the front when a line started to form behind me, and I'd say 2 employees should be plenty for a store this size. And I can't say they were keeping themselves busy organizing the shelves or cleaning up outside given the sorry condition of the store both inside and out.

Today I went to this store looking for detergents to which I remembered that today they have a 5 off 25 offer. In front of me was a lady with her daughter and they wanted to use coupons, but the manager or I don't know who it was, gave them an ugly treatment, the worst thing is, that when they left, this man began to complain about how people use coupons, even said that he knew they were not going to be able to pay for those products that the ladies had left behind. Just for wanting to use coupons? if the same company provides the coupons so that they can be used. The guy spoke in such a racist way that it made me very angry to listen to him..I was standing in front of this dude and he didnt attend me, he just kept talking like a parrot, complaining about this two Hispanic woman. HE knew I was standing there but he didn't have the nerve to call me to check-me-out, I had to approach the other cashier, which was also there, so when it was my time to pay I used my 5 off 25 coupon, and they treated ME in the most arrogant way just for wanting to use the coupon, as if it were a crime. I think the company should explain to them how to treat people with kindness, believe me!! the ladies left quietly they never disrespected the man who attended them, so that fool had no right to treat them like that, or ME!! I bet he talked about me as well.I left that horrible store with a feeling of witnessing what it is like, to be treated with no respect whatsoever.

mariah is very productive professional and positive as well as her co worker and the security guard they help find the perfect phone charger because my new puppy dog chewed mines all up.....lol i came at 7:28pm on 04/21/2023 they are all amazing

This Dollar Tree is closed with doors locked at4:30 pm on a Monday evening. No sign and customers just waiting outside in the heat. No regard for customers.

I haven't been in this store in a long time. I took a chance they might have ceramic flower pots. No flower pots, but I found several other good buys. I just know how many times places at this intersection has been robbed. I bought a few things....and moved on quickly since I had my grandson with me. The cashier was very nice.

They have great sundresses for the summer. $10 and you get buy one get 50 off.it's a steal you can't beat it! Some are only $6. Great just to get around in the summer. They have cute Easter stuff, great stuff for the patio. I love Dollar General!

This store is tucked quietly in behind another small business and next door to a storage facility right where an old grocery store used to be. It's a great location, they have lots of stuff, and friendly employees. If you didn't know it was there to begin with, you'd naturally pass right by it continuing on your Merry way...

Miss tiny was very nice and helpful, I was a little more than $5 short on my card when I had no cash on me and she went ahead and paid the rest of my items out of her own pocket! Very nice and thoughtful of her, I couldn't thank her enough. Great customer service from her, thank you!

It's the fact that there's only three customers in the building and it seems as if there aren't ever any employees that work there. If I wasn't an honest woman it would just be easier to walk out with the items than to stand in line for 30 to 40 minutes waiting on a cashier to realize there are other people in the world

I could get list in here all day. Love shopping here, but they have way to much stock out on the floor. There's nowhere to put it. If they could fix it to where you could actually go down each isle, then it would be easier to shop and find things.

Have doors locked during business hours, stood outside 20 mind before anyone even noticed I was out side with my kids, then when I asked why the door was locked and that I was standing out there, they said for safety reasons and if they feel like their life is endangered they wont open the door.... I'm 28 female with 2 little kids what's to be afraid of? And also while I was out their several ealderly lady's needed to go to the store as well but couldn't get in. Horrible store go to different store. I don't understand why you have a store if you don't unlock the door

They don't answer the phoneThey use to have it going on at this one now when I go in and need something the morning manager tells me it probably in the box and will probably be later today or tomorrow it's beginning to look like all the family dollar store no organization and I been going here for years y'all need to get back on the ball don't get me wrong they are nice staff the ones I been knowing in there

Manager had an attitude and held up all the other customers by choosing to not help her coworker and doing other tasks. I’d recommend everyone to choose another location if they care about customer service.

Almost a throwback to the old “General Store” they seem to have a little bit of nearly anything. While this location is in a suburban neighborhood many of these stores are in more sparsely populated communities. Prices are reasonable and the staff seems quite friendly.

Wow this is a very nice Dollar General. The shopping center it's in looks like something out of a walking dead episode but the store is bright, clean and well stocked. Cashier was super friendly.

Every time I go to this store in the morning they are NEVER OPEN at 8:00 am. Today was another MULTIPLE time that I waited until 8:15 before getting so angry I left. There was even an employee sitting out waiting for, I guess, the manager to get there to let her in too. Craziness. Won’t shop there again.

THE DOLLAR GENERAL STORE ON 43rd Streen is new, clean, and has great merchandise! This Medium size store is always well stocked, and clerks are accommodating and very friendly to all customers. A plus for me is having an up-to-date magazine rack.My Grandaughter loves the art supplies, hubby loves the plush towels, and very popular groceries.There are no long checkout lanes to slow me down. I Shop at General Dollar for the convenience, and all their great products.Happy shopping!

Store was a mess. Items for clearance sale all on the floor in bins blocking walk ways. Nothing was catorigized or in any kind of order. I couldnt go and just look for the 2 itwms i needed. I had to qalk around the entire store searching

I love to shop at dollar general although you have to watch the prices but then again this is everywhere you will always find some excellent bargains.I also like to check out their seasonal specials. Sometimes I can find stuff here that I can't find at other stores or I just get a better deal.

If I could give this location a negative 1000 stars I would. Came during business hours as posted on the internet and on the door and the door was locked. Called the store for half an hour with no response. When the worker finally showed up at the door she said they were closed and went back to playing on her phone. Absolutely useless.

Most Dollar General stores are good places to shop, especially when on the road. When you need something, they are likely to have it.This DG is new, brighter, and is very pleasant to shop in.

Interesting place I don't remember ever going to a Dollar General they do have a little bit of everything my problem Lies when I walked in and no one was visible are available that kind of freaked me out for a couple minutes the very clean and organized I will be back I need music or something kind of creepy and quiet
