The manager is the problem at this store it’s my second time having an issue with her she has no respect an what public place doesn’t have a public rr plus she was screaming at me for no reason really rude you need a new manager! She wouldn’t even give me her name. An kept on screaming an ended walking away! Just rude I would love to give you 0 stars but it won’t let me! Very disappointed

Normally I have a very good experience every time I've been here. Today my order came to $42 and some change before I added my online coupons... Then it came up to more like 32$. I had a $20 bill $5 bill and a 100... This woman then tells me at 4 p.m. on a Wednesday that she does not have the ability to sell me these items... Needless to say I'm just going to go to the family Dollar next door and I am sure they will be happy to be making money from my hundred. 🤨

In stark contrast to the Family Dollar nearby, prices are usually what is listed on the shelf.There is also a different selection of things to buy from here than from Family dollar.Is the store perfect all the time? No. But I have not had many issues with the store, and certainly not the staff here.It's suspect that here would be rated less than Family Dollar, and if you look at my other reviews like that Costco in Pearland, or the Sams Club, you know that I don't mince words when it comes to bad service.Here there is good service in my opinion.

Customer service was great, but when it came down the transaction at the registered, it was horrible. I was able to find a lot of good deals and was trying to use your coupon that says $5 off $25 but never went through, I tried using my phone number and the coupon by it self but still didn't take it.

Close early multiple nights for what ? What is the point of your hours saying you stay open to 10 if you don’t . And this is supposed to be a new store . SMH . Closing at 8 every night ….

I just left the store and the cashier up front was very rude all I did was ask a question. And what dollar general doesn't do cash back.

Este día marzo 2 tienen la promoción de por cada $25 en compra te descuentan $5 con el cupón que te dan en el recibo de compras anterioresYo tenía 2 así que decidí usar dos compras separadas arriba de los $25 cada una y así obtener el descuento que da la tienda (no los empleados)resulta que el primero pasó con éxitoYa para la segunda transacción dice que el sistema me lo rechaza (según) y le pregunté a la casera que pregunte a la manager y me contestó que ella no podía hacer nada al respecto .Bueno pague normal y me vine malo que ellas hacen es que para el segundo cupón pusieron como que yo está agarrado descuento de $1 dollar por algunos productos ( que no tenían ese descuento) yo me di cuenta pero no quise decir nada para no pelear ahora llame al servicio al cliente y le comenté lo que estaban haciendoEllos me dijieron que el sistema trabaja a la perfección para recibir los cupones según las reglasNo se porque hacen esos no que les pagaran más por no dar el descuento que la misma empresa daY le dijieron a otra clienta lo mismo en lo que yo estaba aiCuando salió la clienta me dijo que se puso a reír la manager hispana y que a ella si le agarró 3 cupones de los mismos míos y no le puso problema siempre la manager es pedante no merece estar en esa puestoYo soy cliente frecuente y casi a diario hago compras ai me gusta porque hay de todo y está grande pero estoy pensando no volverY se lo dije a la cajera y la manager contestóQue sería mejor no volver a esa tienda que no necesitaban lo que yo gastaba aiLatina la señora y trata de humillar a los demás latinos
