Yesterday, I had scheduled my dog cloud to get groomed as a walk in to a place called doggy dip and clip in Houston. After returning to pick him up, one of the groomers had asked me if my dog usually bleeds from his mouth. I said no and he said cloud might have some sort of gum disease which I found strange. After getting home and walking cloud, I found him to be covered in blood. Cloud has never had a problem like this and it's a strange coincidence that it would start now. After further inspection, I found clouds nose to have a cut as if with scissors or a blade and small cuts around his lips. I will be reporting this establishment to the TAHC and I hope anyone who thinks about taking their loved furry child here reads this as a warning before trusting these monsters.The man spoke to me as if I didn't know how to take care of my dog which upsets me even more that they couldn't just take responsibility for their actions. These people are cowards and will find anyway to shift the blame.

I was referred by Petco! Petco’s grooming policy has become more regiment then before so our Havanese required a mom and pop solution!I have to say, they nailed it! Out of the ballpark! Took a matted Havanese and got her stage ready!The only drawback was the pricing! A little higher than expected but then again, it was well worth it!Thank you Dipandlip! Will be bring in the 4 month havasu’s in next!

I have 2 dogs that go here for nail clipping, hair trimming, and bathing. They do a wonderful job. It's like your dropping your pet off to a family member. Good prices also.

I was in the market for a new groomers when moving to Cypress about 2 years ago and stumbled across Doggy Dip & Clip. I’ve been with them ever since. They provide an amazing experience with their customer service, flexibility, and grooming services. Never have I had a bad experience here. Their flexibility has allowed me to do walk in’s and appointments. My dog has been sprayed by a skunk twice and they managed to get the smell almost entirely (99%) out both times. You can truly tell it is a labor of love when coming here. They will always have my recommendation to those in the Cy-Fair and Northwest Houston area.

I brought my dog in to get groomed, he’s a poodle mix. I told the guy at the counter that he’s extremely nervous when he gets groomed and he started it wasn’t a problem. About 30 min after dropping him I get a call from a lady stating she wasn’t able to groom him because he’s keeps trying to bite her. I explained that he’s been groomed before and they usually have to put a muzzle on him. She said no I can’t do that it will stress your dog out. I tried to explain that that’s the only way he’s able to be groomed and it’s fine. She stated no come pick up your dog and hung up. If you don’t know how what your doing then just say that. It’s your job to know to deal with animals that may be aggressive or don’t like to be groomed.

I took my dog Friday morning to get a wash and cut. The customer service was fine but the work was not. I had let the person know my dog is scared of getting groomed. It’s been a couple of days and he is not himself, he seem scared, spends most of the day curled up. He usually is very happy and loud dog. He even has a bad rash and he keeps licking his paw we’re they cut to close to his skin. And the cut was not want I asked for didn’t say anything when I got him because what is the point it’s not like they can put his hair back it really short.

I am really glad I brought my dogs to get them groomed at Doggy Dip & Clip. Eric was very nice and professional and took care of my 4 dogs like it was nothing. All of the dogs came out very clean, clipped, and calm. They took caring for our dogs very serious and I highly recommend bringing them here. I have one dog in particular that I have taken to 4 different places and all of them were unsuccessful at clipping her nails. Doggy Dip & Clip was able to clip them and said they did not have any problems. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys.

I took my Aussie Mix & Australian Shepherd for a bath & from package and they did a fantastic job. The dogs were not too nuts when I picked them up so they must have been very comfortable. I was very happy with the pricing, too. I'm about to schedule my second appointment right now!

My rating is based on customer service only. I called last Monday to set up an appointment and was told to bring her as soon as possible in the morning for her grooming appointment. Fast forward to Monday I call to inform I’m on the way at 10 AM and am told they can’t take my dog because they told me 8AM. I was never once told to come at 8AM .. which is right when they open. The lady who picked up could have cared less and once I told her to just cancel the appointment she quickly and instantly said “okay bye”. I’d stay away from this place due to the lack of customer service alone.UPDATE: Not even 20 minutes after posting the review she called my PERSONAL cell phone in a hostile tone saying I was wrong about what I said in my review. I found it kind of funny and ironic because when I called about bringing my dog to her appointment earlier she was "too busy taking care of other doggies" but once I leave a review she has the time to call my cell number to harass me because of the review I left. I truly suggest staying away from this place unless you want to be treated like the bottom of the barrel. I never even stepped foot in this place and I have ever had such terrible customer service experience. Now as for the reply from the owner under my review, well you can see what I mean when I say they lack customer service skills. I was not late to my appointment because I was never given a time to come. “Come in the morning as soon as possible” does not mean come at 8AM.

I had to take my dog to urgent care after going here. The lady was very unprofessional and tried to say the vet was “overreacting” when they said he needed stitches! Poor baby is stuck in a cone for the next couple weeks.

Lovely people and they do a great job. They seem to minimize the caging and the dogs are running around the studio (the well behaved ones) which is nice and reduces their stress I’m sure. I bring my Aussie and my Yorkie mix and they do a great job on both.

Our two pooches came home happy, clean, and freshly clipped just the way we like it. We haven’t had a good local groom shop in this area for a while, and the corporate stores are over priced and demanding. We are thrilled with the kindness and professionalism we have found here and will make Doggie Dip ‘N Clip our every time grooming salon for our boys!

After a horrible experience with Petsmart, leaving my dog half shaved, I found doggie dip and clip. They not only took care of my dog but calmed me down. I was on the edge of tears. They took excellent care of my baby. My experience was wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone!!

At the Emergency after them cutting my pups eyelid and totally down playing it. OH he moves to much was the excuse. Took him to his vet which is down the street, she advised me that he will need sutures and anesthesia to take him to an emergency.

I have a Pomeranian 1.5 yrs old. I used to take him to a different groomer but I think something happened at the other groomer and his attitude changed. So I looked around and found Dip and Clip. He still is still a bit aggressive but they have patience with him and call me to keep me in the loop. We (Dip and Clip and I) are trying to figure out ways to get him back where he was when he would be ok with his grooming. I am LUCKY to have found this place that is willing to work with me and my dog.

Really friendly staff. Really inexpensive. For a bath, nails trim and teeth clean only 37 and change for a small dog. Erik was really friendly and took amazing care of my pup. Will definitely be back.

They did a really good job with my puppy miniature schnauzer, this was his first full haircut and I absolutely love it. I really loved that they have the patience needed to deal with him, there is no doubt that we will back!! Can’t beat the price either!!!

Brought my Pomeranian in for grooming and asked for a Puppy or Teddy Bear Cut. They acted as if they did not know what type of cut that was and I had to show them pictures. They came started with a price of $65.00 and came back with a price of $80.00 or possible higher. I suggest using Linda’s Pet Grooming, Cute as a bone, or Groomingdales.
