I take peaches here and she loves the staff. She's never nervous and mad at me when I pick her up. I made the mistake of taking her somewhere closer to home. Never again ! This is her beauty shop

I am very picky over my groomers, and these people didn’t let me down. The were up front about everything, they take their time with the animal to ensure your pets comfort, and they do a awesome job with the grooming on top of it. I am going to be keeping them for my groomers from now on. I would suggest this place for anyone who wants to make sure their animals are safe, and groomed to perfection. Thank you team for making Louis look so good!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dog Tales! I take my aussiedoodle named Dexter. Although he inherently hates getting groomed, they have done an excellent job with his cut every time and try to make him feel calm! I love that he gets a new bandana after each cut and smells AMAZING. They do excellent work and have been very patient with his puppy stage! I highly recommend their service for your pet!

We've been bringing our Newfy to Dog Tales for some time now. She is always excited when we pull up and she is always happy at pick up. Her dense coat is always so soft and clean after baths, and they gave us excellent advice and accommodated our special requests for grooming. Dog Tales has a fantastic staff who care deeply for their clients and there is no need to take your pets anywhere but here!

Five star grooming salon. They take extra care of my three fur children and I appreciate that ! I highly recommend them. They even donate their services to the Nassau Bay Animal Shelter. They truly care about dogs. ❤️🐶🌺

Wow! Great ladies at Dog Tales! Super caring, understanding, quick and responsive! I needed a quick nail trim for 2 chi chi's and a full salon visit for 1 and they were very accommodating! They did wonderful with Mr. Bentley❣They were a new salon for him too. Although Mr.B has quite the separation anxiety from me, they handled him great! I'm very picky about him smelling good and his nails being as short as I trained them to be. They exceeded is both areas!

This place is tucked away in a nondescript strip mall. I have lived across the street for a year and just noticed it. They did an A+ job grooming my Golden Retriever. I am thrilled and will be back every six weeks for follow up appointments. Friendly staff and they know how to groom according to the breed standard.

Unfortunately, I will have to start going elsewhere for dog grooming. Several hours after picking up my elderly dog from Dog Tails, I discovered that deep within his ear canals were two pieces of cotton left over from his bath. So deep, in fact, that I had to use tweezers to extract them which was a painful process for him. I completely understand that mistakes can happen but when I called to explain the issue there was no concern on behalf of the staff nor was any attempt made at ameliorating the situation. Also, after talking to other customers, the company has also left cotton in their dogs’ ears - so it is clear that it is not an isolated incident.

Ruthie and her crew gave our Daisy her first haircut today & she looks spectacular!!!! Daisy has been in a few times before for shampoo etc, and she was soooo excited to get out of my vehicle to go inside today for her haircut. A great sign!!!! I can’t say enough about the awesome staff at Dog Tales Pet Spa!!!!!🐾❤️🐾 Highly recommend!!!!!! 🐾❤️🐾

The staff is very friendly. All the pets seem happy - even the ones getting shorn. That welcome drop-ins, and we are always in and out quickly. Great neighborhood pet groomer!

Service was amazing, we got a nail trim, in and out in 5 minutes as a walk in. Reasonably priced, was $13plus tip. Could also tell they cleaned their facility, just wish there was a place to sit.

They took over 2 hours to groom my dog, then didn’t do everything we asked for and instead of calling us they waited till we got there just to charge us a ridiculous amount.Not worth the money we spent.
