Wonderful experience at Demi’s! My dog is quite energetic and scared of the noises that come along with getting groomed, however, the staff at Demi’s was incredibly kind and patient with him. I loved that it was a cage free day that he was able to enjoy playing with other pups before/after his actual grooming time. I felt the pricing was extremely reasonable, and the grooming was of superior quality. My new favorite place to pamper my pup.

We took our almost 1 year old Chihuahua for her first professional grooming at Demi’s. Setup for the appointment was done through an online portal and I found it easy to upload documents and input all of Queso’s information into their system. On arrival we were greeted with positive vibes and made them aware this would be Queso first experience. They were kind and off went our little cheese head. Besides giving staff a little scare with her acting abilities, they said she did an amazing job with the groomer and was eager to play with other pups in house. When we picked her up not only did she smell delicious but she looked like a pup version of Cinderella. She was sleepy so she took a nap as we headed to a fur birthday party.I would give everything about Demi’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!Queso can’t wait to come back. Drove 40 min to get my frenchies anal glands expressed . I even called a few weeks before to make sure they do frenchies and I was told they do. Once I show up I was told they only do outside anal gland… why wasn’t I told that before and they should be more specific on their website about that. What a waste of time.

I am so grateful to Demi’s Dog House for servicing my senior dog. She is almost 16, has mobility issues, a bit of an attitude, and a vestibular disease which makes her unsteady on her feet. We couldn’t find anyone who would even attempt to groom her, until we asked our vet who referred us to Demi’s. It was so bad that her fur was matted and even brushing her was a challenge. I’m so incredibly happy to see my little old lady looking her best again, and she is happy to have a lot less fur :)Photos show before and after (she is wearing a sweater in the after photo)

After our pup's groomer left her previous daycare place, someone recommended Demi's Dog House and we're so thankful. We started a remodel last fall and Demi's was so accommodating to allow our Cavalier to come to daycare 5 days a week starting almost immediately after we inquired. Since then they've been super helpful with grooming, boarding and we're always greeted with a smile at the door! You know it's a great place when our dog is PULLING us up to the front door because she cannot wait to see her friends. Thanks to the entire team at Demi's!

We have been taking Olaf (our 120lb Sheepdog mix) to Demi’s for years now. They always take good care of him!If you are looking into Demi’s, you must drop your beloved pet before 9am for grooming and you can only pick them up during certain hours. They have “nap times” for the doggos, which I believe is between 1130 to 1330 so they are closed.Attached is our boy Olaf post bath and groom from Demi’s!

Demi's is wonderful! I've been bringing my Shih-Tzu, Rocco, here for many, many years, and they are so good to him and keep him looking absolutely adorable with his summer cut! I've been beyond happy with all of our experiences here (grooming and the occasional boarding) - they have the friendliest staff who know Rocco (and his quirks), and they make me feel like he is being cared for and treated well and is always in good hands while he's here.I'm moving soon, and it's so hard to say goodbye to Demi's - I hope I'm just as lucky in my new city and find a place for grooming where they are just as terrific as everyone at Demi's. Thank you all so much! I appreciate you!

I have been taking my Golden Retriever here for the past 8 months since I've moved into the area and I absolutely will not take my dog anywhere else now. The best part is the dogs all get to play instead of sitting in a kennel after being groomed. My dog has always had anxiety going to the groomers but this place really alleviates that stress and they do an amazing full groom. Highly recommend!

Best dog groomer! I've tried several different groomers and Demi's is by far the best! They offer a wide range of services at great prices and sell high quality grooming products, food and treats.The staff is so friendly and helpful and they take great care of my pups. They make sure to accommodate any special requests you may have, within reason. For instance, one of my dogs has separation anxiety so they make sure to always keep both of my dogs together and try to get them groomed quickly after I drop them off so he doesn't have to be away from me for too long lol. They're so efficient and always do such a great job! So glad I found this place!

Highly Recommend! We have been getting our dog groomed and boarded here for over a year and it is wonderful! The staff is always so nice and helpful. When we board him we like to call everyday to get an update and they are really good about letting us know how he is doing. The groomer does a great job shaving and bathing him and wow does he smell so good when we pick him up! He gets sooooo excited to go to Demi's every time!!!

I was not a dog person. I agreed to watch a stray dog while trying to place it ... that was 13 years ago. I am now a dog person, and most people joke that they hope to come back in their next life as my dog, Zoila! Nicole and Kim and the rest of the crew at Demi's Dog House were a huge part of that - and have become an important part of my family. I have proudly referred many people to them and all my friends have been very happy.That leads me to a recent review by Brittany Sadoff, who was a friend. I'm not sure if we happened to both find Demi's independently or if I referred her, but two big problems with her review. First, it has been almost 2 years since you were at Demi's. Now, at 4:30 on a Saturday this is an issue again? Are you day drinking during the Astros game (go Astros!) C'mon. You know your dog is not socialized (your fault, not Niro's). Did you forget that while at my house, your dog suddenly bit my dog, like you forgot to pay the $500 vet bill? I'm hopeful that you will sober up and delete your silly review ... there is no conspiracy against your dog or hidden tapes. You should not own a dog ... or, apparently, a computer!

Took my dog in three times (approx 6 weeks apart) for grooming. He has very thick fur with an undercoat, which is why I use professional grooming. I tell them every time to do what they think is necessary for my dog—whether it’s shaving matted fur or adding furmination. Every time he went in, they forgot to perform at least one of the services included in the price (either forgetting to clip his nails or his sanitary shave).I took him in to get a bath and whatever else they thought he needed last week. They said he needed furmination and I approved, but they forgot the sanitary shave. I took him back in this week to get the sanitary shave and the owner informed me my dog’s under coat was matted and that he needed to be completely shaved. She said she wouldn’t even recommend bathing him because it would make the matting worse (mind you, they bathed him just days before this convo).I asked how it got so bad when he was regularly brought to them for grooming (in addition to being brushed at home). At first she claimed I had always explicitly said no furmination or shaving. I reminded her that is untrue and that they had charged me for furmination on my prior visit. All she had to say was “well, I hadn’t put my hands on him before today.”

Our 2 dogs attend doggy daycare at Demi's 1-2x a week. After trying several other daycares before Demi's, I can confidently say that this daycare is a loving, nurturing, structured play environment that is great for all dogs.Unlike other daycares, the class size is smaller and allows for supervised play without being overwhelming to the dogs. There are many areas indoor and outdoor where the dogs can play with toys, get in the water, cool off by a fan, or take a nap. My dogs LOVE coming here, and it is so exciting to see them on the cameras all day having a great time (even if they're just resting on one of the many hammock beds).My favorite part is the staff is always interactive with the dogs whether that be throwing toys, taking cute pics, or simply petting them. I feel as if my dogs have been shown the most love here by their daycare staff which is important when I can't be with them all day.

I took my dog to Demi’s from puppyhood to around 2 years of age.My dog was accused of attacking another dog. Demi had multiple cameras that were available at all times to view. After my dog was accused of attacking another dog I was denied access of the videos but still required to pay the bills of the dog she supposedly bit.The first correspondence from Demi was that my dog disengaged from a toy and bit another dog and then walked away. Then the vet bill came back and according to Demi employee “boy she really got ‘em!” I was required to pay for 5-6 dog bites/stitches. But never saw any proof that it was my dog and my dog alone that inflicted these injuries - after asking for video proof of the incident. They have video proof for their own insurance. So why not show me unless they’re hiding something? I’d like to show this to a dog behaviors trainer if she’s now such a threat.So what’s the actual story Demi? Did my dog disengage and bite the closest dog or did my dog attack another? I’d like to be able to get the help my dog needs but withholding information won’t help that.I do not recommend this dog facility since they won’t be honest when an issue does occur.

I brought my goldendoodle pup, Mochi, in at 5 months old today! Not gonna lie, I was very nervous. My first time as a puppy/pet owner and her first groom - I didn’t know how she would act or what to expect. Demi’s Dog House was not only understanding, but extremely kind and professional! They know what they’re doing! Mochi came out of grooming with new friends and looking beautiful! Thank you Demi’s Dog House…I will absolutely be back! ☺️

They are very nice & do good grooming. HOWEVER, The problem is that you have to drop your dog off before 9am & the poor pup may be in a cage until 6pm when they get around to grooming him. There’s no scheduling. We’ve had dogs for years & have used groomers all over the country & I have never seen a place that doesn’t schedule their services. It’s nuts. Not coming again.

I've been taking my dog here for daycare and boarding for 9 months now. She LOVES going to Demi's! I love knowing she's having a great time, that the staff treat her well, and being able to see her on the live stream cameras while I'm at work or out of town! The prices are comparable to other places around town, but I think the great service and live stream cameras make Demi's Dog House far better!

My furry kids love coming here for grooming & daycare. The staff is great with my special needs pup. (she is incontinent due to a back injury) & always take special care when handling her. She usually needs a couple of rest periods when she is groomed & they always give her as many breaks as she needs. I have complete confidence that the staff will keep my pups safe & happy while in their care.

OH EM GEE what can I say about Demi's? I have been taking my dog there for almost two years and it is AMAZING. Initially, my dog was rejected by another dog daycare because of incessant barking (!) and he was very young, 3 months, so I knew it would be a challenge for us to find a home-away-from-home. Nicole had no issues and pulled him right into her pack and he's been a favorite ever since. They do Doggy Picture days which are THE CUTEST and they have helped in his behavior training just by him being there, (he slides toward difficult on the behavior scale) and they coo and cuddle and love him as much (maybe more?) than I do! They have always answered all of my dog questions with the greatest advice, you can tell they study and are obsessed with the craft of dog care. I have never had any issue with personality, unavailability or unprofessionalism. The staff are incredible and you can tell love their jobs. And the best part is my dog comes home exhausted and sleeps for two days, completely worth the money. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a great daycare for their dog; you won't find a better one!!

We go to Demi's for Doggie Day Care. The first day, My dog, Peaches, was so proud and happy. I could just tell that she felt special.The staff is loving, considerate and special as they care for pets. This is so important to me as I yanked my dog from Urban Tails as fast as I could. Before the assessment I knew what kind of establishment they had.

I would compare Demi’s to Tom Brady the goats of goats. My dogs have been treated like the king and queens of the United Kingdom. I can’t speak more highly about this place it is well worth the money and has the greatest owners who personally care about your loved ones.

Our dog was groomed at Demi's and due to our work schedule spent the entire day there before we could pick her up. When my girlfriend finally did pick her up they told her what a pleasure it was to have our dog and how sweet they thought she was. They mentioned that since she was there all day they would count that as her 'assessment' and that she could come back for grooming or boarding anytime. Great... fast forward a few months and we are going out of town this weekend. We call to schedule the boarding and the owner claims she can't stay without an assessment. I conference call in my girlfriend who relays what she was told and the lady replies that she is the owner and that she apparently won't honor what we were told. Her tone suggested that she thought my girlfriend was a liar, but even if that wasn't the case having an owner contradict her employees and put her customers in the middle of it all is just bad business. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that are far more deserving and appreciative of your business than Demi's Dog House.

I have been taking my dog here for six years and cannot say enough good things about them. They really seem to want to get to know the dogs and do what's best for them. For example, they tell me my dog goes first during snack time because he is very good driven and has a fit if other dogs eat ahead of him. This place is the most racist and hateful business I have ever encountered. After almost a decade of taking my dog here, they locked me out of my own account and refused to provide any documentation regarding the original ownership of my dog after he was stolen by several individuals who changed his microchip registration and deliberately withheld him from me based on my identity as an Asian woman. These same individuals used multiple forms of litigation abuse, harassment and slander to prevent me from retrieving him despite the fact that there was a registered police report and hate crime report filed in Houston.

I love Demi's dog house. They're a la cart services are great because I can just get small things done for my dog in 30 minutes or less. Great Value and I love the fact that they have a doggie naptime in the middle of the day to make sure that their pups are pampered and taken care of.

Best service and most reasonably priced pet groomer you will find in Houston. Quality of haircut is far better than most grooming I have seen. This is my primary "go to" for dog grooming; I would suggest scheduling early as they are almost always booked ahead because of popularity!
