My pets have excellent health support in this hospital, all their care is provided by the professionals who work there, they provide very complete care that ranges from preventive care, education so that we take good care of our pets, surgical services, emergencies and care for acute illnesses. Samy, Sisy, Luna, Bella and Dan have been patients at this center at different stages of their lives, they have been vaccinated, sterilized, they have had their ships placed, they have taken care of them when they have gotten sick, always They have close appointments, they are very friendly and the prices are fair, they also have updated medical records available if you want to access them, I trust this center a lot, their doctors and their assistants, the receptionists are bilingual and provide excellent guidance, If there were 20 stars I would surely give them.

This is a long overdue review. (10/13/21)I knew my 16 year old bichon frise, Baby, was getting close to the end and I didn't want for her to suffer anymore. She had had several seizures in the earlier months and a tumor on her chest that was growing uncontrollably. I knew I had to make the difficult decision that no one wants to make but kept holding off on it.I was unsure if I was making the right decision so I decided to book a quality of life appointment for Baby at Cypress Falls since my sister trusts and recommends them. (09/23/21) Dr. Halbrook came in to check Baby and let my sister and I know that she agrees with us and thinks it is time to let her rest but it was up to us to decide. She was very professional, kind and understanding.For anyone who hasn't been through this, it is a very difficult decision to make. I knew what I had to do but I was still trying to figure out if there was anything else I could do for my Baby instead of euthanasia. I ended deciding on an at-home euthanasia service but unfortunately I waited too long and Baby's tumor burst. When I called the at-home euthanasia services they had no immediate appointments available so I called Cypress Falls to see if they had anything available and they did.I'll admit I was scared of how the experience was going to be because I kept hearing that they didn't allow anyone in because of the pandemic. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Halbrook that the reason why we wanted an at-home service in the first place is because Baby means so much to the whole family and we all wanted to there with her to the end. Dr. Halbrook and staff they really went above and beyond on trying to make this experience as soothing as possible. She told us that we couldn't all go in but instead she was going to setup a spot for us out back that way we could all be together to say our goodbye.I want to say thank you to Dr. Halbrook and staff for making this experience as beautiful as this experience can possibly be. Baby's last moments were peaceful and stress-free. Thank you for caring so much!

HUGE thank you to the staff at Cypress Falls! I switched my girl Sadie to their care for her pregnancy, ended up needing a short notice c-section, and they were more than accommodating and friendly from start to finish. I was well informed and educated every step of the way, and they have more than reasonable prices for the quality of care. Couldn't have asked for a better vet to welcome our little "Bean" to the world ❤

Went in 11/27/23 for an ultrasound to confirm my dogs pregnancy and get a normal exam, in less than 3 minutes she was back in the room and was told she was not pregnant, all the notes that the vet documented were everything we told them we suspected or had happened prior to the exam, We payed upfront and came out with a $1k quote to have my 1 year old yorkie spayed because she “had” pyometra and had to have surgery the “next” day since there was a cancellation and availability. My husband and I got scared and stressed about collecting those $1k+ dollars last minute but..We decided to look for a second opinion to confirm this first diagnosis and turns out she is in fact pregnant, and her blood work came out perfectly fine. Shes okay. We were going crazy looking for help financially and stayed up all night to make sure she was okay and not “getting worse” like they said she could.. so just beware, look for that second opinion.. before paying them. If everything was actually true and confirmed with other vet I would 100% trust them, but I did not feel comfortable while there for the exam, I HAD TO LOOK FOR THAT SECOND OPINION.

I truly from the bottom of my heart am so thankful for Dr Robert's and her amazing vet tech staff.They were so helpful and worked with me as much as they could. Coming from the vet field myself. I fromike they did all the right things in trying to diagnose my baby WINTER.She end up need foreign body surgery.But she is home and thriving like nothing ever happened.But she hmgave me a heart attack. Thank you again to the staff.im so grateful.

I called this location to inquire about prices. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats at home. I spoke to Star over the phone and explained to her that I am creating a budget to bring my fur babies in for their wellness exams. She was so patient and informative. I really appreciate her time and positivity.

I love Cypress Falls Animal Hospital! I have a “difficult patient” and they always treat him like he is one of their own! They always work around his “temper” and bring us in when there are no other pets around. They genuinely care about him and they take their time. Dr. Hallbrook is very knowledgeable and she gives great advice to the owner. Whether it be treatment guidance, food recommendations or health concerns, they are always eager to help! All doctors and staff are always very nice and very caring. We’ve been bringing our dogs to them for 3 1/2 years. We’ve even had a doctor calling places and advising us where she would take her pet in an emergency. They’ve always made us feel very cared for and understood the importance of our dogs to our lives. No matter what dog issue, a solution was provided that gave us helpful results. Including our experience with other vets we saw with childhood pets, I can’t imagine anyone better. Also, the charges were always reasonable.

I have nothing but great things to say about them. Every single member of the staff is friendly, caring, and helpful, and the doctors do not try to overwhelm you with expensive costs. They are actually quick to tell you they’d rather you spend your money on treatment than expensive tests that may not be needed, let’s start with this and see how it goes, etc. No matter what combination of doctors and / or techs we see, they are excellent. I just love them and will never take my pup anywhere else!

I have been using them for 8 years as of 2022 and absolutely have NEVER had a complaint about them. They are very caring about you and your animals needs, they are not expensive and are a normal price for animal care. They will never charge you unnecessary items. When it comes to your babies you do not want to be cheap just like with your own health! The team has always been amazing with my dogs and cats check ups along with dental’s they have recently needed. I will ALWAYS refer people here as this place is amazing and truly care for your pets.

We contacted CFAH at our lowest. Our dogs face and body were just shredded by another dog. We couldn’t afford the surgery another vet had quoted us (thousands) so we went to CFAH seeking any alternative option or second opinion. Thanks to Dr. Hallbrook, Tessa and others, who gave our Sphinx the best attention and care he deserved, they helped make the procedure affordable for us by offering us options that other places didn’t. They checked in on him at home, answered every question, and really showed us they care about the humans as much as the animals. We appreciate you guys very much.

Great experience with this group. Recently had to switch vets and this practice is right in the neighborhood. The front desk administrator was sweet as could be and noticed each pet as they came through the door and instantly made you feel welcome. The vet tech was patient with my both me and my dog. My dog can get stressed out when she feels someone is all business, but to her, it felt like someone just wanted to pet her and walk about and she didn't pick up on any "vet" vibes due to his demeanor. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help our dog. She gave us some great advice moving forward. Also, very sweet, gentle and patient with our dog. Their prices are beyond reasonable. I feel we finally have a vet home and that we clicked here. This is important to all pet parents. Thanks for a good experience!

My sweet boy Aussie has been through a series of unfortunate events, but everyone at Cypress Falls Animal Hospital has been by our side throughout the entire process. Over the past 2 weeks of him being in their care i’ve called up there countless times during the day with lots of questions and not once did they make me feel like an annoyance. They were also always able to help and assist with my questions and concerns. They are reliable, genuine and make you feel like family. Dr. Roberts is who worked on my kitty and not once did she give up on him. She genuinely cares about animals and I promise you’ll be able to see that through and through from the second you meet her. She is simply the best. I am so beyond thankful for everyone at Cypress Falls Animal Hospital and feel so blessed to have found them. Finding Cypress Falls Animal Hospital was such a relief. The vets are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really explain any issues that are going on with my pets and I can ask a lot of question. I really trust the care they provide and really feel like my loved ones are in good hands. When we had a difficult decision to make regarding the care of an older dog they were so understanding and really weighed out all the options with us. I really couldn't say enough good things about the doctors and staff here!

Love this place!! When I had to put my dog down because he was having heart failure they gave us the time we needed before putting him down even gave my kids a Dr. Seuss book about pets. When I got my next dog this is where I went again. Cypress Falls has that small town vets office feeling! They care very much about your pet and when there's a problem (like my dog not allowing anyone to cut his nails) they work hard to find a solution. Wouldn't trade them.

I waited too long to post this review, mainly because I don't want this practice to get too busy for me😬. I have been so impressed with Dr Morales, not only is she smart (as expected with any vet) but she's also compassionate. I have tried so Many vets in the Cypress area and most of the time I felt they were either too expensive or uncaring or too busy (or all of the above). Dr Morales is perfect (which is the best compliment i can ever give), i always felt I had her undivided attention without feeling rushed. Her staff has been great too, even when I had emergency situations they were able to see my babies the same day and coach me through the situation (since i get very nervous). If I had all the money in the world i wouldn't hesitate to bring babies to her, that simple. Thanks Dr Morales!! 🤓💗💗💗

I love everything about this place. The prices are extremely reasonable and the care my dog receives is point on. The vets take their time in explaining step by step (dumbed down for me to understand) what’s going on and talk to me with respect, patience and care. My dog had surgery here for a hematoma on his ear and was given the best care I could ask for. You can tell the staff loves animals and cares for each and everyone that comes through their doors. They make stressful situations a little more easy for you especially in times where your animal is in pain and needs surgery. Not only is my dog cared for with respect and kindness, I am as well.

This team helped us through one of the hardest times of our lives. They were gentle and caring throughout the entire process. My heart is broken, having to say goodbye to my best friend. But the ladies here did there best to make this an easy transition. UPDATE: On the list of things, no one never wants to experience is losing a pet. My best little buddy Charlie an average DSH cat passed away on Friday morning. While an average breed Charlie was larger than life and the best companions, I’ve ever had in my 55 years. He was the sweetest little guy who just wanted to cuddle and eat. Diagnosed in January of 2022 with FIP we hoped for the best, and Charlie fought as best he could, he sadly lost the fight. He will always be in my heart. The compassion Dr. Halbrook showed was incredible and I wanted to say thanks, to both her and her staff. You don’t always find that type of care and professionalism. Thanks again. Miss you Chuck.Brought our cat in for evaluation and received some bad news about his condition FIP. I believe it's a pretty easy task to evaluate a vet when you bring your pet in for a check-up or annual shots, its usually a pleasent visit. A much harder task is at hand when good news is forthcoming, Cypress Falls was AMAZING in this task, I can't say enough. They explained what was going on with our cat, discussed options and most of all showed COMPASSION with Professionalism. No one knows the exact future of our little guy but I trust Cypress Falls.

I had my Schnauzer treated there today after being bitten by another dog. Doc Betty and her team were first rate. The costs were very transparent and reasonable and there was no suggestion to perform unwarranted lab tests or x-rays. The knowledge, courtesy and attention were very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in bringing my pet back.

I found Cypress Falls Animal Hospital by accident on a Saturday when my greyhound was needing emergency surgery. I was not their client at the time but they were still willing to stay late and stitch up my dog. My (former) regular Copperfield vet of 19 years told me they didn't want to stay late and to take my dog someplace else. I'm so lucky I've found Dr. Halbrook & Dr. Thomas. They are wonderful vets! It's obviously they care for their patients. They have always been considerate of my budget and have never tried to push unnecessary tests or treatments. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about Cypress Falls Animal Hospital.
