your computer talking customer assistant program is absolutely horrible, wont answer questions correctly or it says it cant answer it, assuming asking what is the required age for someone to be able to take the vaccine is something the computer cant answer. It wont put me through to talk to an actual person to answer just three questions the program couldnt answer.
