Came to the store at 9:50 and they had already closed the doors there was a lady standing in the cash register and she told us it was closed. CVS website clearly says they close at 10.

It's hit or miss at this location. Sometimes you will get decent customer service sometimes you won't. That goes for the front and pharmacy. They do have one associate in pharmacy that is very nice and efficient that's the only reason I gave 4 stars.

Went in with a covering on my face. “Manager” said I need to wear a mask. I said I don’t need a mask I have a face covering. She literally refused me service because I would not put on a mask. Completely and totally unreasonable and I told her as much. The state law and the Harris county law specifically says facemask or face covering. This place needs a new store manager.Go to Walgreens across the street. Had no problems there.

came yesterday to refill. the girl that was there stated that it would take 4 hours to refill since she was the only one there. Cvs you guys lost me as a customer. It made it seem that she did not even want to help me.
