This pharmacy’s employees are lazy and not discreet. I went to the consultation counter about a UTI that I self diagnosed and wanted to understand if there were any over the counter items I could get a recommendation for. They opted to not approach the consultation counter and discuss this. The pharmacist on the other side of the counter that clearly couldn’t be bothered to walk 4 feet over to consult me had an attitude and let me know that I needed an anti bacterial and needed a prescription as she spoke just loud enough for me to gather that she wasn’t going to or keen on providing a consultation.I just re approached the counter to see if it was a fluke and make my ask more clear. It was worse, the pharmacist recommended items for things I didn’t even have symptoms for. No questions asked and absolutely no eye contact from the elder pharmacist. Not her problem. Just remove this counter and throw the staff away. 🤣

Pharmacy services are slow. They take long lunch break and close the pharmacy during lunch break. I don’t understand why they can’t stagger lunch ?

Horrible pharmacy customer service . Usually have to wait more than 20 mins to pick up prescription.

I enjoy going to CVS because of the rewards and coupons. This location really needs to get more staff on the floor to assist customers. They have 2 self check out lanes. One is only in service. I waited almost 10 minutes for assistance. Because the machine wasn’t working correctly. I enjoy CVS, this CVS requires more staff.

Website and google both said the pharmacy was open at 9 am. They did not open till 11am. Took additional 2 hrs to get medication for my child.
