The CVS Pharmacist as well as everyone there in the pharmacy is professional, efficient and very pleasant. I have a considerably lower opinion about the pharmacy staff of other major chains.

This asian lady was very rude, not only her, so does the Indian lady too. (I couldn't take the picture) They both don't explain and doing their or not doing what there supposed to, well so that I could explain to my mother to translate for her, at first we ask if there any employee that can speak Spanish and it's funny that the Indian lady saids she can speak Spanish, which my mother can't understand her. And while we were waiting, Indian lady took care a customer behind us and she changed her attitude or switched personalities, she was super nice to him but not with us, which she wasn't helpful with us. They weren't treating us fairly like any other customer. We had help from another employee and the Indian lady decided to get into our conversation and act as if she was helpful.

Zaida or from what I heard her name was literally forgot about me on the line. I was on hold, waiting for more than 20 mins and didn't even bother to apologize or nothing. Horrible customer service.
