I just can’t leave the parking lot and not making a comment about this CVS location. I wish somebody from corporate/executive could randomly show up and “shop” here. Insane!! Colleagues have attitude and even cuss out when checking out…not to mention pharmacy drive thru. I think this hall crew needs some intensive training on how to train people and learn how to, at least, smile and listen to what customers have to say. I mean it…not my first time coming to this location because is my closest one and there’s no one single day that I come and feel happy utilizing their “services”. Hope somebody that can support this team/location read this review and do something about it!

Merchandise presentation needs improvement at this store. In addition, I noticed a lot of out of stocks. They need to scan and correct merchandise counts.A store associate named Lainy was very pleasant and helpful during my visit to the store.CVS has weekly sales on many items. The ad is available online or in the Sunday newspaper.

This location is located at a busy intersection. I only go if it's the only place I haven't found something I really need. Dirty entrance, debris always in and around entrance. Difficult to find an employee when you need an answer to simple question. Store is understaffed for the number of customers.

This place needs to be checked.Back at the pharmacy, there has been times that it smells similar to a gym place.You will get this foul smell of sweat and sort of human odors coming from about the side place of the room beside the pharmacy.This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this smell, this is the 3rd time.I will not make ridiculous assumptions but i must point out that management HAS to keep hygiene at practice.I am a frequent customer so yes, i shall leave my review of how it is.

Supposedly this location stops loading and paying bills at 4 PM. This is the only location that does that because I’ve been to another location after four and I’ve paid my bill as well as load my card. Overall if this is only this location they should put a sign up stating that or something on the website if not, they need to check with their staff to make sure they’re not lying to customers just so that they don’t have to help them out

I had a Rx sent in yesterday it is now the next day at 10:30 and I drive through the drive-through to pick up my prescription and they tell me it’s gonna be 10 more minutes and that it would be best if I came inside. So I parked walked inside and sit at the counter for 15 minutes without anyone addressing me or asking me if I needed any help. I then walked back outside to my car got in line for the drive-through pulled up to the window and they still took a few minutes to get my stuff around told me it was two dollars and sent me on my way didn’t tell me what they’re giving me and asked if I had any questions didn’t ask if I taking the medication before nothing, great experience.

First off they photo department was down for a whole week. I went up there to collect my pictures and the machine wasn't working. I asked why didn't you all give a courtesy call to let me know the machine was down. The store was nasty stuff everywhere it looked unkept. They send out a email this Monday saying my pictures are ready so I put in some more pictures of women that where models to send out to someone who needs them. The manager says the pictures are inappropriate and she can't print them out. She was rude and unprofessional. I feel if I'm paying my money for pictures it should not matter if these women were dressed in bikinis, bra sets, as long as they were covered up.

It's not professional for the store to change the hours to deposit money and not change it online. There are a lot of hard working people out here in the world that have bills to pay, and I'm just trying to pay my bills online. The manager David says they changed the hours and the only other CVS by me stops @ 5 which is very unprofessional because we do work... It's like false advertising...

Make sure NOT to go to this location unless you want bad customer service and make sure that they mess up your photo orders that you ordered in advance. The manager Miguel Renad didn’t even know what a Photo Panel was or how to use the photo center at all. How do you text a customer and let them know that their order is ready when no one In the store knew what a photo panel was, and I ordered 3!! I was so excited to get them and now I have to take my business to Walgreens that has a lot better customer service and is actually knowledgeable in photo printing. Maybe you should teach both your managers and employees how to print simple things. I’m so disappointed.

They have always been extremely helpful and they make the entire process so easy. They're kind and considerate and always seem to be in a good mood no matter what the circumstances are. I have also gained a lot of information that other Pharmacy seem to neglect to before coming with.

I happen to be in the hood and wanted make up as soon as I saw the CVS. Oh no no no was this place a mess. Their make up end caps were a disaster. I did the favor of NOT taking a picture. The make up were open from where seals were at, used tried on make up that weren’t “try me”, empty boxes or containers of what used to be a product, and I can go on. The lines were so backed up with one sweet cashier doing her best but I put back my items and walked away. I’m only speaking for their extremely limited make up. No holiday specials like the ads display. I just took my business to another location because there are good cvs for make up elsewhere. The store was nice and clean with the metal gates looking like it was ready to close but it was still a couple hours until close. CVS, this location needs a little bit more of attention. I really dislike making this review.

They had the make up that I was looking for and stayed stocked instead of having to ask for the item or finding it on another shelf. They had make up stocked compared to other CVS that have the end caps displays but no product. The store was clean and had their lines moving and the customer service was good until the cashiers keep chit chatting with one another and having to get their attention then again they could've been switching shifts. Good store to shop at.

People always greet you with a smile and are very helpful. Even though we're waiting for Thanksgiving, it may be a good idea to take a look at all the toys. Some people are really into the points program and are saving on their purchases. Just check them out the sales.

This place has hit an all time low. I have always got my prescription filled here and you would think they would send something to us or our physicians about no longer accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield. This location is probably the most unorganized I have seen. This is the reason I no longer shop at any CVS. But people do need to get their meds. Just do it somewhere else. CVS has no value on there customers.

Horrible service! They claim they only could refund$40 of my $54.11 because i used a debit card (same as cash). Lesson learned. Will only shop at Target because they have no problem giving your money back when you have your receipt!

The pharmacist was so rude! Talked to me as if I was stupid when I had a question about an inconsistency on my medication. I know you guys are busy but there is no reason to treat your customers as if they don't matter. He HUNG UP on me before I was able to tell him that his explanation was unclear bc he was mumbling. I would have given them 5 STARS.Although it would be nice if they fixed the drop off drive-thru.

Online and on Google this CVS location shows that it closes at 10 went by this location and it was closed before 7 PM. Wouldn’t recommend going here. Looks like people don’t want to work.

When we first began coming here the inventory was always low and the store was a mess, but recently they’ve really turned things around. We’re always able to find what we need and the staff is really nice.

I ordered some photos online first they couldn't locate my order & when the processed my photos I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the pics mist of them had the heads chopped off & the others the color quality was really bad , I will never do that again I was so upset the pic were of my father who recently passed away & I was using them for a project I was doing for my family..😢😢

Came here to take passport photos, and they said it's not working and they have no paper. Uh ok? Maybe take down the giant sign that says passport photos if you dont order paper for it.
