I had a terrific experience at this CVS. Kervin, Mali and Sergio embodied the Christmas spirit tonight! They assisted us and went above and beyond and were able to answer all of our questions. They were friendly and their great attitude was contagious.

AWESOME new CVS in 77035 right across W Bellfort from the Kroger.!!!The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and attentive.Huge store, amazing selection of items that I couldn't find at my CVS in Bellaire.This is my new CVS (even though it is a further drive from my current CVS).

Pharmacist is rude and terribly unhelpful. This is the second time I’ve tried to pick up a prescription here and both times I’ve had the displeasure of working with her. Not only did she make me come inside unnecessarily both times, but refused to offer any assistance other than “our system isn’t working”. Also wouldn’t provide her name. I’d love for someone to call me and I’d be happy to provide further feedback.

Love the store and the staff!First time in this CVS location even though my house is in the neighborhood.The store is brand new, smells good, full of stocks. They open till midnight.Sergio was very attentive and helpful!

This new CVS pharmacy is TERRIBLE!!!! I had surgery today, we never got a call that my prescription was ready. I’ve used another CVS for years and I always receive a call and a text. We called to check on it and they said it was ready. The pharmacy closes at 9pm, that is what is stated on their recording when you call for store hours. My husband arrived in the drive through at 8:56pm, it was closed. He went into the store. They said the pharmacy closes at 9. He said it’s not 9. Humph was the cashiers response. He couldn’t get the prescription. DON’T LIST HOURS AS 8am-9pm AND THEN CLOSE EARLY and then refuse to help someone when they are there before 9pm.
