As CVS stores go, this location is average. The staff is helpful and they do acknowledge you when you enter. If you appear to be lost or need assistance, they're quick to jump into action.There is a self checkout area and a traditional cashier as well. It's good that a person is stationed close to assist with the self checkout since a free items require staff member approval.The store is clean and well stocked. I'm not a fan of the tight parking lot so I tend to park on either side of the store.

This CVS is the worst CVS in the whole city.... They have constantly messed with my medication over the last year. I have been without for months at a time because they wanted to put in place the most ignorant plan... Getting all your medications on the same day... Impossible. And it has been proven to be impossible leaving me without medication that I need to survive the day. They have no shame, even though it's their fault, they have the audacity to suggest that I pay full price for my medication so that I can go without. Really, I pay the insurance company for this very reason. Don't trust these people, I was told my medication will be ready on the 24th but got a text saying two weeks from now. I never understood why this store always had issues with customers but now I know and so do you. Thank you don't waste your time here

Worst pharmacy tech or Dr. Ever ever since I walked in he stared at me " tall mid age hispanic" flat told me my prescription was not a prescription and looked at me up and down and asked you have I insurance . First off I do have a prescription from an urgent care and I had insurance blue cross blue shield. Pretty much he didn't want to fill my prescription. Very rude. If he is having a bad day do t take out on ur customers. I will call corporate

Went into this CVS location on Christmas to grab a couple of items that I needed and had a great experience. The store associate was so pleasant and welcoming! I went there right before 3:00pm. The long were getting long but the cashier got us through the line very quickly! The store was clean and well organized!

He is the most Unprofessional, ghetto with no ethical well manner individual & CVS should not have a person as such representing your company. I am politely waiting to complete my complaint with the Leadership Team. I will never use this pharmacy again. Too many too ever be treated so rudely.

Went to this location to make a return from another cvs and I was told they do not take returns from another cvs. Went to another location near by and they took my return. I called the manager the next day and the manager stated it depends on what you are returning. I stated the young man didn’t know what I was returning and told me no returns period from another cvs. The manger stated again I said blah blah…. Horrible customer service and speaking with a manger was even worse now I see why this location has 2.3 stars! Count your days cvs.

This is a great place if I need to get money from an ATM. I wouldn't purchase anything from a CVS because it's a store that tends to be incredibly expensive. I understand that it is a convenience store, but there are plenty of stores in that area with much better prices. The only reason why I would ever stop there is if I had a 40% off coupon.

The worst CVS I’ve been to. I scheduled an appointment for a vaccination at eight in the morning and when I got there they wanted to push my time back two hours. The vaccination room was very dirty; I wouldn’t be surprised to learn I got a virus in there. In conclusion, an overall negative experience. Definitely would not come back unless it was my only option.

This is the closet CVS to my home, sadly. So it is more convenient to take our prescriptions to this location. Everytime it has basically been a bad experience, it seems they are either under staffed in the pharmacy department or just in general. I have had to drop off a prescription which takes 10 minutes to be atteneded to begin with. Then be told it will be ready in 2 hours, just to see it be filled when I arrive 2 hours later. That is the minor stuff, the staff back there is rude and just unmotivated. There is generally always a line and one cashier open up at the front, they are fairly nice and try to get through costumers. Sadly we have have to take the poor service over taking it to a further location and grown to except the poor service.

I went to this CVS to pick up a package from UPS the store is being remodeled or something so they couldn't find my package Veontra Thomas went the extra mile to help me very nice and professional young man he was actually like that to everyone that came in the store he knows how to cross sell and mult task thank you Veontra

These people are rude!!! They act as if they have so much to do...but prescriptions are never ready and if you call, you hold for 30 minutes and they rush you off the phone and you get nothing accomplished. If you can avoid it DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!!

Terrible service. I come almost often to print photos, they are never ready, they make me walk around and then to pay, they tell you that they do not accept cash and other times that the machine does not work and only cash. The manager is very irresponsible, they make you wait to print your photos and then they don't give you an envelope to keep them. Whenever I come it is the same ...I just came, the photos we’re supposed to be ready by Saturday April 17,2021 and when I came they were not printed, PLUS no cash accepted so have to leave my photos and go back home. 😡 ALWAYS THE SAME ISSUE HERE !!!

I don’t even know where to start with this pharmacy. To summarize my thoughts, I’ll just say that they are dangerous!! I feel sorry for the poor patients that have no medical background. They will let you be without your prescriptions for days and will claim that they never received your prescription from the physician. I was WITH the nurse when she called my prescription in to Racquell, but when I got to the pharmacy nobody knew anything about the script!!! Let’s not mention the many times that I have received a “prescription ready” text, but when I got to the pharmacy I hear their famous statement “your script is not ready yet” or “are you sure you called it in”. I’m over it. This pharmacy is trash and their staff is rude as hell! They NEVER acknowledge their mistakes!!

The cashier balled up a man's receipt and threw it on the floor. When he asked her about it, she said, "Oh yeah. I owe you like $20." She proceeded to unball the receipt and then threw it at him. She got his cash and loose changed and just left it on the counter and proceeded to call up another customer, without even giving the man a chance to collect his money. Mind you, she thought the man didn't speak english, and he wasn't at all rude or disrespectful to her. Her customer service was disgusting to experience.

1. I called to ask for the pharmacy's fax number and their response was "I dont know." with attitude. Smh2. I finally reach the pharmacy and got an estimate on the pick up time. I show up after the pick up time and have to wait another 30 minutes for "reprocessing".3. When picking up at drive thru more attitude and at this point my impression of them is complete and utter INCOMPETENCE.Long story short I had my script filled at another CVS

I tried reloading a prepaid card and they would not accept my passport as a valid for of identification. I have done this at every other c vs and I have always used my passaport. The employees here are not trained properly and they are rude. I will never be coming here again and I hope they get some sort of training so they can learn how to do their job right!!! This has got To have been one of the worst cvs locations in houston.

They are very rude and racist. I had a prescription sent over twice and supposedly them they never received it. If only there was a way to rate it no stars I don’t believe they are even worth one star. That pharmacy is the worst I do not recommend it to no one.

People realize how over priced this store is correct? Go to Family Dollar, Dollar General, Walmart, and others are much, much cheaper on literally any item you can choose. How are we letting the companies grow so large without competing on pricing anymore? Ignorance.

Never have had a problem with this cvs. Staff is always nice and and helpful. The pharmacy was always been helpful to when I used them for medicines. The only thing is that alot of things on their weekly ad are usually out of stock

Horrible service!! Too bad this is the closest pharmacy to me!! Mgr and staff are so rude! Never smile, never greet, they look so miserable and take it out on the customer. That young mgr named Jason I believe had the nerve to tell me he never makes mistakes and blaming me for not giving me one prescription with 7 more that were given to me. PLEASE CHECK UR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING!!!

This pharmacy sucks! i CANNOT for the life of me get the right prescription even though my Doctor's office has written down the name of the specific medication and still get the wrong one or the generic brand when it specifically asked for brand and then I go back for the brand and they give me the wrong brand!! UGH!! I shouldn't have to go inside each time for their mistake and zero customer service! This place is horrible!

Tried calling several times to check if my prescription was ready and had to hold 20+ min each time and could never get through. That just shows how poor their service is if they can't stop to take a call. Had to drive there to find out it wasn't ready. And other times they call to tell me a prescription is ready and when I've arrived it wasn't and I had to wait over an hour.

Store needs to find management who will open the store on time. Currently sitting here at 7:40 AM and the store is closed. Sign and website says the store is supposed to open at 7. That's the only reason I went out of my way to come here.
