Recommend some training in customer service for pharmacy personnel. Poor greeting... just says "hello". Seems to start every sentence with that word. Gave my name and date of birth, then she disappeared for 15 minutes with no explanation. Not going back there again

The lady with an accent lacks customer service. Could not help with a simple refund when i had my receipt and unused item. went to another location where they were glad to help me. Very inconvenient.

I go here all the time and won't stop going, however....when I see a store associate mistreat an elderly man I need to say something.Please teach these younger folks to treat the older generation with respect when it comes to technology. The self checkout is foreign to them and they get frustrated. All he needed was for you to take the time and use the register to get his free item.

So impressed with the extra care and patient experience that Paulina in the pharmacy showed to us tonight. My 4 month old got diagnosed with RSV this afternoon and the first cvs was out of the medication, so the first cvs called over to this location and, despite it being 15 minutes to close, Paulina graciously filled my baby’s meds! Thank you so much! You’re a lifesaver!

Make sure you don't have a medical crisis between the hours of 1:30 and 2:00 PM because they will close the gate in your face for lunch. Manager absolutely did not care. There is a perfectly good Walgreens across the street if you have to stay in the area.

This is quite literally the worst CVS I've ever been in. The employees are never around, and when they are they are condescending. They rely exclusively on the self checkout system and when they see someone one waiting to check out they hover in the background of it like vultures and tell you to use the self checkout. The whole place smells like mildewed carpet. They are always out of diet coke products. I hate this place. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Skip this pharmacy, here to echo what others have mentioned about poor customer service. In my experience the cashier was even combative and snide. I would hate to see how they treat elders or those who have trouble with English.

Poor customer service! unprofessional conduct. my mother and i went to this location few days ago to pick up medication, what transpired it really upset me! from the techs all the way to the pharmacist supervisor.. they seem to have a big issue with communication.. manners is not an asset simply deplorable.. my mother is a senior citizen of 65 non english speaker she thought for one second was going to get the assistance needed from someone that is supposed to be courteous white collar NOT! my mother was “assisted” by this asian pharmacist supervisor once my mother started struggling with the language barrier what this lady did was completely asinine.. her arrogant attitude started to come out, my mother tried her best to talk to this person and every time my mother said something she started eyeballing her making the experience very uncomfortable it’s quite simple this asian lady has a huge problem with hispanic folks, lady if you have a lack on proceeding with your job and can’t serve other minorities then stay home! neither your attitude nor yourself belong there..it is funny not to mentioned one of her pharmacy staff was yelling at me from behind the counter class act .. as a professional the right thing to do is approach me talk to me with decency there was no need to shout across the counter that really threw me off.. and to make our experience worst i had to wait for more then 1 hour prior i received a notification saying my prescription was ready .. their service is incompetent no wonder their google rate is at 3.1 stars my point is no one should get disrespected like my mother was just because she is Hispanic just because don’t know the freaking language.. arrogant people work there .. will never go back

I only gave them 1 star to give a review, if it was possible to give 0 I would have done so. The pharmacy workers are so unprofessional and would rather focus on what they should have for lunch than actually wanting to help the customer. Complete utter waste of time and rude attitude, will never come again.

I've been going to this pharmacy for the past year, the pharmacists call you to let u know you need to pick up your meds, not just a machine. They have helped me time and time again with issues I've had with my insurance and trying to get prior authorizations processed with my doctor and my insurance company. I care about all these things instead of who smiles the best, the people across the street or these folks.

Worst experience ever at CVS. My Wife had a Covid19 test at 1:20 pm and we got there in time but it was a car in front of us and finally at 1:27pm when it was my wife's turn the pharmacy said that we were late and the appointment was closed. There is always a problem here with this CVS.

I have called on several occasions trying to speak to someone in the pharmacy but no one seems to care that the automated system does put the calls through. Or is this their way of NOT PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. At least at other pharmacies they have the decency to answer their phones!!! This is why I never shop at ANY CVS.

The staff is nice and helpful. The bad thing is the beauty section: it always looks the same and there are a lot of stands from brands that never get restocked, they look completely abandoned. The shelves close to the entry, the ones that are supposed to display new products, are always messy and with old gift sets as well. If the beauty section was in a section far from the entry, it would be not much of a problem, but since it is one of the first things you see once you enter the store, it doesn't make the store look good.

It's an average (perhaps a bit above average) CVS Pharmacy. The staff is nice and the place is always tidy and clean. There's sometimes issues with the pharmacy itself, but that's likely due to the medication providers. It's rarely crowded and the atmosphere is always calm.

In the panic before Harvey I went all over the area looking for good flashlights and batteries. I found batteries at this store but the flashlights were tiny weak and expensive. I bought them anyways because I was afraid of losing power and thought something was better than nothing.We never lost power and I never used the flashlights, so I thought I'd go return/exchange the flashlights a few days after the hurricane so that I could buy some better flashlights for the next time I might need them. I kept the batteries knowing I could use them laterThe manager refused to accept them telling the employees that they were not to accept any electronics despite the return policy not saying anything about the exclusion of electronics.Taking advantage of people's fear in the case of a disaster like Harvey is pretty low in my book. I was able to return the flashlights to another CVS store without a problem.Classy vs Trashy. I'll choose to avoid this store and shop elsewhere.

Signed up for a Covid-19 test and when I went on the day that I was scheduled they told me that the systems were down and to come back the next day. Well I came back the next day but this time they said they couldn't do the test because It was scheduled for the previous day even though I told them the employee was the one that had told me to come back the next day. Nothing was done about it and the CVS pretty much denied me a test because they were too lazy to do it right then and there.

My insurance has an agreement with CVS I frequent their pharmacy. Nice staff. They fill prescriptions quickly, if I have a problem they have no issue contacting my physician.

Melina or however her name is pronounced was so rude to me in the drive thru I asked her questions about my prescription because I wasn't too sure which location my doctor sent me prescription too being that I moved & she was very aggressive and rude , go to a different location if you're already in enough pain and don't wanna deal with unnecessary attitudes super frustrating because I live in the area & don't wanna have to go a location across town because nobody cares about customer Service here

Today I went with my mother in law to pick up a prescription and were an old hispanic couple trying to buy insulin syringes and test strips, but the pharmacist refused to attend them because “nobody here speak spanish”He told them to came back at 3 pm because at that time someone that speaks spanish be there, when I finished, the lady approached me and asked if I spoke spanish, cuold help them, then I bought for them the syringes but no the stips they were too expensive for them. I felt so upset, because no matter what languaje you speak, you deserve respect and nobody can discrimate you in any way. Shame on you pharmacist but karma exists, you’ll see
