Today while trying to return unused, uncut, plumbing supplies with receipt in hand (within the 30 day return window) I was informed that COX does not return Plumbing supplies; No matter the reason. Don't waste your time here You could get the wrong size pipe or fitting and then be stuck with product you don't need and out your money. No where on their website or in store did I read that Plumbing Supplies are not returnable. Lost my business for a couple of dollars.

I have been here a few times, I can say that all the staff is very helpful and courteous. I went to get a few keys copied and they do not disappoint. They have a large selection of hardware products, and store is nice and organized. Will keep returning for my hardware needs.

First time coming into the store it was very welcoming. I was nervous because my husband sent ne here to get parts for plumbing and i had no idea what i was looking for but Sabrina was a great help. She was friendly and knew exactly what I needed. THANK YOU

This is one of the best independent hardware & lumber stores in the Houston area.The store is well stocked with quality products. It's clean and merchandise presentation is excellent. Store associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.In this age of big box retailers like Home Depot and Lowes, it good to see a locally owned store like this thriving.

Its like a Home Depot but reduced in size & convenient so you can get & go quickly, there's lots of staff there ready to help you find exactly what your looking for so you can get back to your projects, there prices aren't priced high, and they have high quality merchandise it's your very own Hardware Convenient Store.

Great neighborhood hardware store,Not sure what has happened, but the service has stalled. I saw 5 people just drop their items and leave. The cashiers just sit and talk, lines are long and everything is locked up which is fine but there is never anyone to get the items out. I hope they get this fixed fast.

I went in to see if I could find a 2in brass check valve and yes I did it was only $25. All the ones on line were like $40-$50. So I didn't have to order it and wait for it to come in. They got me out of a bind!!! Thanks a million!!!

This place has been around forever. The main thing I like about this store is that there is always someone there to help you. No waiting around for someone to assist you. Or no looking around for an associate for about thirty minutes.

Came in from northern Missouri needing several different things for a project going on in Houston. The management there runs a tight ship and shows all the great qualities that a manager should. By seeing this, the only results you will get are what I experienced, which was top notch service and friendly approachs from all employees on duty. My favorite hardware store great prices and for all the little things like nuts bolts and screws that major department store don't have they carry. An amazing staff is always there to greet and help with any questions. Just checkout their catalog online it's extensive.

I was a customer here for the last 8 years. I would spend the few extra dollars because it's a local store. Never had an issue with an exchange until today. I bought a replacement chain for my chainsaw a few months back. Decided to use it today but I bought the wrong size. Well to my surprise the manager didn't want to exchange since I bought it over 30 days ago. It may sound petty but to lose a loyal customer over a "16 dollar retail part" ..

A little overpriced but it's more organized and you get more help from the staff if you ask for what you're doing. You can get your stuff really quick , and have a very large variety of screws anchors hardware. Definitely recommend this spot. The only thing I can say is a lot of the wood is very Warped, this is just my experience that every time I go there it's like that. But other than that everything inside the stores pretty good.

Best place in the city without the big store feel. The employees are very helpful, in case you can't find what your looking for. The store has failed only once to have the thing I was looking for but that was due to me being too fussy about a tool bag I wanted.

First visit here. A friend recommended this place for a specific item I was looking for. I had been waiting for over a month to come here. Finally drive across town going in late to work to make it here and they were out of the specific item size I needed. They had like three employees help look as they showed it was in stock, but no one found it. I was told they hadn’t done inventory in a while, okay I guess. Then when the manager Chris asked how I was doing I explained and asked if he would offer me the size up at the same price since they were out of the one I needed and I finally made the trip here. He said no but I’ll knock off 10%. I said of my whole purchase he said no just the one item. WOW saved me a $1, no thanks. Why do I want to overpay for the wrong size. It’s not about the cost but more about the moral. I’ll just order the right one I need online from amazon or from someone who has the exact size of what I need I guess. Yet brick and mortar stores wonder why their losing business to online purchases.I was looking forward to coming back here because it seems like a cool spot but I’ll stick to online or local places closer to home.

The is a gem of a hardware store that still impresses me on every visit. The customer service associates really go out of their way to help you find what you need. They have fasteners and products that the big-box stores don't have, all at reasonable prices. They also have a better quality-selection of bits, hammers, etc. Also love their glass-cutting service—way cheaper than Binswanger.

They were very helpful even with most of there pipe fiting sold out from the frost. Had a few people ask me if I needed help which was nice. They have everything you could be looking for. I will definitely be going back.

Upon arrival, it was like an old ma & pa hardware store. There was a wide assortment of merchandise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Product isles were nicely organized. This location was very busy. They provide great customer service.

Reliable and affordable Hardware store! The employees care about helping you and they always have what you need. Right along the street of Wayside their is no way you cannot see it! I needed a screwdriver and even though it was time to close they stayed open a few minutes longer for me. I love them!!

Aww shoot this place is awesome. They have everything. I've live in sugarland area and would take the drive to go there to buy their goods. Their customer service is like if they are family and have almost everything you need.

I have been coming here for many years. You can always find someone to give you good help. Unusually good and friendly service. Old fashioned in that way but well stocked. I can't think of a better hardware store in Texas.
