We are so pleased with our experience at this cat hotel! The email report with pictures was a lovely touch that we really enjoyed. The facility was immaculately clean and very inviting. The condos for the kittens were quite spacious, which we appreciated. It was great to know that our little guy had plenty of room to move around and play-without any extra charges! When we picked him up, he recognized us right away, and he settled back in at home with ease. It's clear that he was well taken care of here. In comparison to another cat hotel we used in the past, where our cat had a hard time readjusting and seemed a bit out of sorts, this experience was a breath of fresh air. We can see that our little guy truly enjoyed his stay here and we couldn't be happier with the care he received. Thank you for taking care of our baby with care ❤️

This was our first time using Nourish for boarding our 21-year-old cat. We had never boarded her in the past but she was having some health issues and we were going to be gone for a week so we had no other choice.We actually interviewed four different, cat specific, boarding places in the surrounding areas and Nourish stood out above all of them, so we decided to give them a try.From the intake process, through the daily updates and pictures, all the way through to the long-awaited pickup 7 days later, Nourish was AMAZING!!!!! We loved the pictures and videos that they sent and waited with anticipation every day for the new pictures and/or video to come through.Not only did they take great care of our cat, they also washed her bedding, blanket and toys.Being such an old cat and having mobility and health problems, we we're very worried whether she would survive such a huge change in her environment.Not only did she survive, she was actually purring when we picked her up. Anytime she goes to the vet and we are holding her, she never purrs until we get her back home.We HIGHLY recommend Nourish and will be telling all of our cat living friends about the amazing and wonderful blessing that we found in Nourish!!!!

I had a death in the family and needed to leave quickly. I have 2 cats. A 6 year old calico named Katz and a 6 month old tabby named Marble. I have never left them with anyone and was nervous. Cat Boarding By Nourish eased my concerns beginning with my first phone call. The staff was informative and reassuring that my fur babies would be in good hands. I originally thought they would be at the Memorial location which is closer to my house. The Memorial location didn't open until the day we were returning. Rice Village location was not as convenient but I appreciated the staff and went to that location. I was not disappointed. Cat Boarding By Nourish took great care of my fur babies for 4 nights. I don't think they wanted to leave. I really appreciated the photos. I will definitely use them again, but the Memorial location. Thank you for an excellent experience Cat Boarding By Nourish.

The staff is always amazing -- Iullia and Leslie were so diligent in caring for our cats and in sending progress reports. Nourish has been my go-to for boarding my fur-babies for a number of years. Their customer service is Ritz-Carlton level. Linda and Bill are super attentive and conscientious with the cleaning of the rooms and care for their fur guests. The cats get lots of playtime and attention. I got the sense that the staff really got to know my cat and took time to play with her mainly because she seemed to go to the door a lot after she got home - I think she wanted to go back to the sweet girls that were taking care of her! I had expected my cat to be mad at me for leaving her there, but instead she was happy and affectionate. The Rice Village location has lots of natural light and air filters for clean air. This second location in Rice Village is AMAZING with Beatrix Potter-type murals and lots of space. My pictures are from Bella’s April 2022 stay. If you want to be sure your babies are in good hands while you are out of town, be sure to use Nourish Cat Boarding!

I have been boarding my cats and purchasing pet food here for a couple years. I love everyone there, Linda seems like family to me! The Memorial location is my home store but I recently boarded in Rice Village- equally wonderful! My cats are so well cared for, I know they are safe and very happy! Highly recommend this company.

Seriously the best place to board your cats. They sent me pictures every few days. I even called and asked for a video because I missed them so much and they happily sent an extra video. I had to have my cats last minute stay an extra night and they did not mind at all. So accommodating and took great care of my cats. They even gave me a little goody bag with food, treats and toys when they were picked up.

I am so thankful to the staff for taking care of my cats. I have 2 cats who at the time dirint get along with each other they were accommodating to the situation and had the cats bedding separated but also allowed them in the same play area where they were able to get along safely. Now that I got them back they can sleep together. So thankful for their hard work.

From the pictures of my little girl, Stormy, during her stay at Nourish in West U, she seemed to love this place, and that calmed me about leaving her. When she returned home she was her normal self which was good to see, because she was there 7 days. I will definitely use them again. Do not hesitate to board your fur baby at Nourish.

I took my cat to Cat Boarding by Nourish for a 17 night stay in one of their very nice multilevel townhouses.The facility is very clean and the accommodations are quite spacious. The staff is friendly and caring. They listened to all of my first time boarding concerns.Every third day I got pictures of my cat in the playroom which went a long way to ease the anxiety I had about leaving him for so long. I think Bad Bunny thoroughly enjoyed his stay.This was the most expensive facility I looked at but it was also the nicest and cleanest and I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for.When I need to board Bunny again I will definitely be returning to Cat Boarding by Nourish and I will also recommend them to any of my friends that need someplace for their furbaby to stay.Thank you Cat Boarding by Nourish for doing an awesome job with my little man!

The best in the GAME! We have gone on vacation and each time, Nourish has taken excellent care of our girls. They pay close attention to the details we share and make sure the cats are given tons of love and affection. The pricing is fair (complimentary nail trim? WOW!) and they always discount you for the second cat. The pictures sent every three days really give us peace of mind. Thank you for this wonderful level of care!

The owner personally greeted us alongside the receptionist when we arrived worked with us when we told them we may be delayed due to requiring a vaccine for our recently adopted pet, we even had a chance to groom them as well prior to check in since we had a very long drive from the east coast to Texas. They were so kind and patient with every request, receptionists and staff there are the kindest and most profesional we ever worked with. The owner is prior military and worked at the same base as my husband he runs an excellent establishment we had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend this location to everyone we know and would most definitely board our cats here again. They were very relaxed upon pick up (we couldn’t take them to the hotel we were at as they did not accept cats), they had a long and stressful drive and seeing them calm and happy after staying here was such a relief for us as we were also exhausted from the drive, it relieved so much stress. My cats had never been boarded, so I was hesitant about having to do so. Upon our return (after 2 weeks), both cats were happy and healthy. I can see our cats been well cared for, fed appropriately, and entertained.The customer service is great! Amazing boarding facility and friendly staff. My cat stayed twice and she had a great time, eating without issues (she had issues at other facilities…) and having a lot of cuddle and play time. Each time I received a regular report with pictures which is appreciated. I’m happy to have found this lovely place for my furbaby.

We left our adult cat and our 5 month old kitten for a few days at the Cat Boarding by Nourish Rice Village location. My kitties had never been boarded, so I was hesitant about having to do so. I Googled reviews for the best rated cat boarding facilities in our area of Houston, and decided to make a visit (based on the excellent reviews) to this location. I was given a personal tour of the entire facility and details about the care they would receive, including all of the security measures in place 24/7, and decided to go ahead make a reservation that very day. My 2 stayed in a Villa, which allowed plenty of room for them to have their own space and yet, still be housed together. The facility was spotless and all of the quarters were very clean and neat. The kitties who were boarding looked content and comfortable, with soft music playing in the background.Upon our return, my 2 were definitely glad to see us, but appeared very calm and happy when we arrived. We were greeted by Julia when we went to pick them up and she was so sweet and efficient. We were checked out in no time and on our way back home. Oh—and they also sent emails every other day with photos of our cats at play in the larger play room. I would highly recommend Cat Boarding by Nourish in Rice Village and we will continue to board our cats there whenever we are away.

First time boarding my active kitten at Nourish and he was very well take care of. I received email and photo updates and the staff, Julia in particular, seemed to really know him at pick up. I appreciated being able to bring his bedding and toys and that they allowed me to continue his raw diet while boarding. There are designated parking spots right outside for ease of drop off and pick up. I will most definitely consider Nourish as my cat boarding of choice in the future.
