Nourish is an excellent facility. The staff are very experienced and caring. My kitty, Lexie, is almost 7 years old and has never been boarded. I am the only person she is ever around. It was stressful for her, however the staff at Nourish helped to minimize her stress.

My cat loves boarding at Nourish. It's quiet, clean and always an easy time working with staff to make boarding reservations. I really love the dashboard to manage his stays and the report cards sent! The staff is very caring and provides updates with pictures every few days which I really appreciate and enjoy. I'd highly recommend boarding your kitty at Nourish for a peaceful "no dog" experience.

I love to take my cats here to be boarded when I'm out of town. They have really big rooms for them, and they send you photo updates so you know they are doing okay. When I pick them up I can see that they are not stressed and have been brushed and cared for. It is also great that it is a cat only facility so there are no barking dogs to stress out the cats. I highly recommend it.

I LOVE this place. Linda and staff treat my two cats as if they were their own. I don't worry when I know they are in their care. They get as much attention if not more than they do at home. Every other day email updates with photos are great. Today when I picked them up I found Val in the display window soaking up all the attention.

We love using Cat Boarding by Nourish when we travel and need someone to look after our two cats. We have tried a few different options in Houston and genuinely believe the folks at Nourish are among the best in the business. We have boarded our cats at both their Rice Village and Memorial locations and have had good experiences with both. We even had a minor medical problem flair up in our one cat while boarding and Nourish went out of their way to get our cat the vet care and medicine they needed. Our experience with the Nourish team has been great and we will continue to use them any time we need to board our cats!

We love boarding our cats with Nourish. They are always happy and well taken care of while we’re away! The staff are wonderful and I love that our cats can get nail trims as well. They send pictures every three days. My only wish is that when we get our pictures we could get more, as they only send 2-3! But overall we always use Nourish when we’re away.

My angel babies vacationed at Nourish from April 4th to April 13th. I say vacation because Nourish is the best place I have ever boarded my 15 year old cats. The people who work at Nourish are wonderful. And, I know that my cats will be wonderfully cared fo.

Nourish is the best place for cats. The boarding facilities are excellent, the staff is outstanding and they carry quality cat food. We have been using them exclusively for at least ten years and never plan a trip until we are sure we can get a reservation for our cat.

I highly recommend this place for cat boarding. I wouldn’t leave my cat anywhere else. They are flexible, give discounts for long-term stays, and provide a loving and stimulating environment. Every cat gets daily play time outside of their enclosure and window time where they can watch the people in the store! They send me pictures and videos every few days so that I can see for myself how she’s doing. There are different types of accommodations. Even the smallest one is quite large compared to other places.

Stopped by this pet store by our house for the first time and since we are first time pet owners the young lady at the front was very knowledgeable, she answered the ton of questions we had and was super sweet. The store is small but it is filled with a variety of food for cats and dogs. They even have boarding for them which is great. Definitely will come back to get more food!

All of the fantastic reviews are for a reason! I called and spoke with Linda, the owner, who patiently answered all of my questions and offered to give me a tour of the facility which I took her up on.The place is incredibly clean and nice.The team is very professional, kind and accommodating and they love what they do!Plus they send photo updates on your kitties which are the highlights of your day…They also have a retail store at Memorial location and just recently opened a second location (cat boarding only, no retail ) at Rice Village which I am so excited to visit soon.

Our cat has been boarding at Nourish for over 2 years now whenever we go on holiday. Unlike other places that board cats and dogs - the staff are well experienced in dealing specifically with cats so we are always confident our cat is left in good hands. The updates and photos they send back are very helpful specially when we go on longer 2 week trips abroad and staff are always friendly. Well recommended.

They sell high-quality pet food and treats AND have my two favorite cat toy brands: Ratherbee's Catnip toys and Go Cat wand toys. My cats go crazier for that catnip and these wand toys than they go for any other brands. I absolutely love that I can walk in here and find just what I need, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Caring people make great business. This, dedicated to cats boarding only, place gave us the greatest piece of mind while we were on a prolonged travel. Receiving emails with a note and photos of our kitty always put a smile on our faces. It was like leaving your cat with the best friends.Day rate was no higher than others, we checked 5 other places, but the quality is probably tripled, so it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend it to anybody wanting to board here, and we will be back if travel in future for sure.

Lily and Coco are shelter cats who can be quite nervous and scared with changes. We travel on a regular basis and have been boarding them for the past 4-5 years at Nourish (Memorial branch). The staff is very warm and friendly and the facility clean and quite ample for boarding. I can tell our cats are comfortable and very happy when they are boarded here. They return home to us and are calm and relaxed and act as if they never left the house. For our cats, this tells me they feel safe and enjoy their stay at Nourish!

So very grateful that there is a place like Nourish for cats only. Ms. Linda, and the team are absolutely amazing, very understanding and the care is beyond extraordinary. One of the kittens was still recovering after a serious surgery and had to wear 2 collars, so lots of things to take care of. I can surely say they took better care than I could under the circumstances and even the surgeon was super pleased and impressed. We will surely go back there and will travel more without any worries now ! Thank you Ms. Linda and Nourish team !!

We LOVE boarding our cat at Nourish. We have been customers for several years. The boarding space is clean and bright, the cats have time to be out of their enclosures, and they also spend some time in a different larger enclosure. The owner and the other employees seem to really love and get to know the cats that board there. Our cat is not friendly in unfamiliar surroundings, but Nourish has always been so wonderful with him that by the time we come to pick him up, he is totally happy and comfortable. And we love getting the pictures they send every few days - we look forward to them and they make our day when they come! We have tried a few other boarding places in the past and I feel our cat's experience has ranged from tolerable to pretty awful. Now that we have found Nourish, I don't want to take our cat anywhere else.

Kate at the Nourish Memorial location is a rockstar! She took my new client information over the phone, entered it into the system, and booked a next day reservation for my cat. She walked me through all the steps for a new client and explained the boarding process for longer stays. I come to this store about once a week and have been for over 2 years now. I bring my dog in almost every time as well. The staff has always been amazing to myself and my dog. I love that you get a discount if you buy so many cans or your 13th bag free.I’ve never ever had a bad experience there. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.The bad review about the restroom is a little ridiculous as they have people’s cats back there they are paid to keep safe. They can’t let you back there. The taco place is only a few feet away that they used the rest room. Definitely an unfair one star review.

Nourish was recommended to us by our vet and we couldn't be more pleased with how well they took care of our senior cat over Christmas. They immediately responded to any emails we sent and we loved receiving updates and pictures of our cat happily playing. They even convinced him to take his daily meds in a pill pocket treat instead of having to administer the pill in a capsule so that made his stay even less stressful. We will definitely use Nourish again and recommend their boarding facility to friends.

Before deciding to take my cat to Nourish Pet off I-10 the staff gave me a tour of the suites for the cats and play area. The suites and play area were clean and the staff were professional and friendly. When I needed them to look after my cat and they did great job communicating with me if they had questions and sent me photos of my cat playing.
