My husky has never had a sick visit in all of her 5 years. Over this last weekend she was not feeling great at all. Our normal vet was booked Monday when we called. We called Bay Glen and they got us in the same day as a new patient and sick visit! All employees were sweet and professional. We will definitely be back as they will now be our primary vet.Also the facility was very clean

The staff at Bay Glen is great! The front desk team is always welcoming, and Dr. Jenny Jong is so kind and attentive. She and the nurses listen to our concerns and are super sweet to our fur baby. I’ll always recommend Bay Glen Animal Hospital.

We found our new home! Yesterday was my dog's first visit at Bay Glen animal hospital and we couldn't be more happy. The staff and everyone we came across was very cordial and the facility is very clean. Dr. Delgado was very thorough along with the technician and facilitating my pup! I love that they have the monthly Paw plans as well for preventative maintenance and care. It's a little bit of a drive for us but well worth the drive!

Bay Glen Animal Hospital was great at fixing up my cat's ingrown toenail. My can is no longer bleeding and/or favoring his paw. We have used Bay Glen for almost 10 years after moving to the area & have always gotten great care of our pets, and much compassion when we had to let one go to the Rainbow Bridge. I would highly recommend this Vet Practice.

Bay Glen Animal Hospital provides excellent care. Dr. Janney has seen my dog for years and is extremely knowledgeable and gentle. Now that we live in Oklahoma, we make the 8 hour drive to Texas to have dental cleanings and surgery with him. Absolutely recommend Bay Glen and their doctors.

My lab had a dislocated joint and we could not get into our normal vet. The staff was helpful in getting us a same day appt. The techs and vet were both incredibly thorough, kind and helpful. Highly recommend. So does Rico 🐾 prices were very reasonable and the location is also clean 👍

I just had another wonderful experience with Bay Glen Animal Hospital. My 9 month old kitten, Nikki, was refusing to eat. I thought she might have eaten something that was blocking her intestines. With Christmas only a few days away, I decided not to wait her out and called Bay Glen. They were able to see her the same day. I had had great experiences with this vet in the past and I knew they had a wonderful and skilled staff and the diagnostic equipment to help her. Before Christmas, Doctors Janney and Delgado were able to come up with a treatment plan for her and with the Bay Glen's wonderful staff taking care of her, she is back to her usual bouncing off the walls self. It was the best Christmas present.

Always a great visit!. This was for dental cleaning for my dog. Bay Glen notified me immediately when the cleaning was done and my dog was awake, and that everything went well. I have been with Bay Glen for lots of cats and dogs for 20 years.

This was my first experience with Bay Glen Animal Hospital, and I can’t see enough good things. I was really worried about my pup and I was able to schedule appointment that same day. Dr. Delgado was patient and thorough. he listened & made the appropriate recommendations.Now my little guy is back to normal, and I am so thankful. The rest of the staff was also incredibly accommodating and polite. I highly recommend them.

Was looking for a new vet since ours closed down, and I'm glad we decided on Bay Glen! Our cat went for updated shots and a checkup and the tech and vet were absolutely wonderful! The prices were affordable and they handled my pet with care.

Updating my previous good review because since I posted, I have had nothing but trouble trying to get my medications for my pets online. After adopting a heartworm positive dog and spending so much on the treatment with this clinic, you would think they would value preventative medicine. I guess they instead value expensive treatments and medications they get to sell through their online pharmacy.

I took my dog yesterday morning as an emergency. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done and I had to make the most difficult decision of my life. I can’t thank the staff enough from the moment we arrived they came to his aid and did everything they could to make his last moments with me as comfortable as possible. Even though, I’m heartbroken I’m so glad he went peacefully. Thank you everyone, Hercules will forever be in my heart.

We took our dog to Bay Glen one day after we moved to Houston. I scheduled an appointment online, but based on my dog's symptoms, the staff called me that morning and asked if I could bring her in sooner. I am so glad that they had the foresight to do this, because my dog ended up needing emergency surgery to clear an intestinal blockage. I was distraught, but the vet techs and vet were so comforting and knowledgeable so it helped ease my anxiety. My dog had a successful life saving surgery under their care.

The need for emergency services for my dog were unfortunately needed - and although having to deal with the overwhelming stress and emotions that go along with caring for a terminally ill pet, I'm grateful to have found this clinic. They were very caring and accommodating right from the start.It's hard to let go of a dog that is so very loved... but considering the unfortunate outcome, Dr Jannay proved to be not only a very knowledgeable and thorough vet, but also a very compassionate and genuine human with a bedside manner that I wish more medical professionals possessed.To say that I highly recommend Dr Jannay and this clinic is an absolute understatement!

They treated my Ferret anyway, knowing it needed emergency care and did what they thought it was best just to get my money. Expensive giving me hopes and my poor Jupiter died on our way home after they injected her with some antibiotic knowing she was weak and haven’t ate properly. I won’t take any of my pets there.

The staff and Vets here are top notch. They go above and beyond to take great care of your animals and make sure you are informed every step of the way. We unfortunately had to bring our dog in due to an emergent situation and they got us right in and diagnosed him immediately. We have been taking Sima our golden retriever to Bay Glen Animal Hospital since we got him as a puppy. All the staff and the Vets there are so friendly and good at what they do. They are very efficient with keep you on schedule with vaccinations and medications. They also have some in-house insurance preventative plans that you can choose from. I would like to share one particular incident here. Our dog accidentally ate something that he wasn’t supposed to (totally our fault btw; cant leave a puppy unsupervised for even for a second). As soon as we realized that we called the clinic and everyone their was so on top of everything. They told us to visit immediately to get him checked. They induced him to vomit what ever he had ingested. They went above and beyond to make sure our baby was doing ok. We will forever be grateful to them for their care!
