My first time coming into At Home and my experience was great. 👍 😊The lady who checked me out was friendly and helpful!!! The manager was very friendly and helpful.She helps me and the cashier sign up for the insider perks boss program which helped me save money as a business.I just wish At Home offered a business credit line for companies furnishing their offices or furnishing their vacation rental homes and etc.Other than that my experience was great with the staff.

Second time ever that I visit this store but I’m sure happy I want. I found my perfect Christmas tree! I also purchased the Christmas tree decorations there as well. Minus the jewelry and pins.If you have a she-shed or you just love uniqueness, this tree will be perfect for you.

this is a cool place, especially if you need furniture or decorations, but most of the furniture that you get here is for decorations or there are mirrors. But you can sometimes find mirrors that are much cheaper priced at Goodwill that are much more beautiful and have better varieties.they have very different items at this location and honestly is good for going on a date, hanging out with family, or even just being by yourself. But please do spend some money here. As always much love from Houston and the universe.

I am new to the area, so this was my first time visiting an At Home Superstore. The store was clean and organized. There is something in this store for everyone. The prices seem reasonable. OMG! The Christmas items are my favorite. Please put on your walking shoes and have plenty of patience when you are visiting this store because there is so much to see!!. Love it!!

UPDATE: again, two checkers right before Christmas!!!! The store is a disaster zone. And don’t trust their inventory online for curbside pickup. I made that mistake, waited 24 hours only to find out they didn’t have what I needed in stock. What a nightmare! I will NEVER give this store another chance!Two checkers on Jan 4th!! Get ready to wait. And wait. And wait.........

I like it because I can find most of what I'm looking for, however, it's a jumble! You have to dig through everything to get what you want. The problem is the price of everything. At Home gives the impression of being a cost saving place, but it's definitely not. They could surely do better.

Love love love all the stuff hate that they are $5 Or more bucks more expensive on items others stores carry. I bought the concrete holder for 12.99. Went to TJ Maxx right after got it for $7.99. It's too bad because cute cute stuff just overpriced

There's tons and tons of things here to help spruce up you home, office, or neighbors house! Lol. I love talking with the assistants they are always Soo cool, fun, and helpful. It's appreciated! The store is well organized and the pricing is pretty spot on. It's rarely ever bustly so I hope more people start taking a few minutes to check them out. Great stuff and great pricing! 2023!

Most if not all of the wooden furniture (desks, end tables, shelves) that we looked at had some sort of defect such as a scratch, broken pieces of wood, paint chipping, etc. Very, very bad and unsellable condition.

The only reason this location is getting a one star is because I can’t leave a review without it. So the reason I’m so upset with the customer service at this store is because I have been shopping at At Home for years. In all of my many visits I’ve never felt so mistreated and undervalued as a consumer. Here’s the scenario: I went to this At Home on Saturday on two separate occasions. I recently moved so my kids and I are decorating our new place. The first visit I spent $230 then I went back for an accent chair I saw on the first visit. The second purchase was $310. So I finally have time last night to set up my table only to find out one of the place settings from the tableware set I purchased was missing. Picture attached so you can see one setting is missing. I’m thinking no problem I need more plates so I’ll go purchase another set and just get that one discounted since I’m short from the other one. I could have boxed everything back up and asked for an exchange but after lugging furniture up two flights of stairs all weekend I was over it. So I said I’ll keep what I have and just buy another set since I need additional plates anyway. I have my receipt and the picture above to show the manager my issue and I asked for a discount on the other set. I was originally told this could be done by one manager then another one said that it couldn’t. She insisted that I had to go home and bring back the original box with the missing items before she could give me a discount. I was confused because I’m literally trying to spend more money because I need more plates and just asked for a discount for what I was shorted. My request was denied and the stated I’d have to bring the dishes back which I agreed to do but this time I wanted my money back and I would purchase my plates elsewhere. All of this could have been avoided with a simple 10% discount but on principle alone I drove back to my house loaded up the set and took it back getting my refund. I’m typically a reasonable person but this experience proved that customer service has gone down the tube. Needless to say I won’t be spending another dime at this store.

Horrible.We saw a cashier yelled to a customer type of aggression. She looke really annoyed to work there. It was more like for other customer witnesses to feel unsafe. There was many people to check out from my line, and that cashier was the only one with no clients and her attitude was more like "leave me alone"
