Besides always getting my dogs grooming done wrong. I do not like the set up they have in the back for the pets. It seems a bit unsafe and unsanitary. I tried to give them a few chances but it is not worth my dogs health so I will not be returning. Especially due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and solutions.

These people use to have my respect but unfortunately today all those loyalty and customer satisfaction walls have Crumbled down. It always take desperation and trying to make an extra buck for less work very shady business practice. I asked for a special cut for my dog. My dog had 3 to 4 hair knots so since I came to agreement that my dog wasn't going to get the hairdo for her type of breed the groomer wasn't going to spend anytime taking knots out just grab the clippers and just eliminate the knots. Well they charged me about 20 bucks extra I ended Spending 75 dollars just for a cut I could have gotten elsewhere for 50 bucks. It's ridiculous. The guy never explained to me that we would charge me extra for knots he just clipped away with ease. I have the mental understanding that if he would take the knots out himself and spend alot of time doing it with untangle products and untangle brushes than I would have gladly gave him 100 and not 75. So my advice for any new potential customers beware this establishment is starting to get to pricey and not even do such a great job like they use to. I would be very hesitant to bring my dog back to this place and this has hurt this one loyal client. I even told the guy, you didn't untangle a damn thing so when am I paying for knots that your just chopping off with a clipper. Doesn't make f....ing sense. He wasn't grasping that concept. And to be honest like my dad use to tell me in spanish para que argumentar con un tonto? Que sea un Tonto y no dos. And I say that respectfully. Ignorance can be very hurtful for business. Remember AC GROOMING YOU COULD HAVE CHARGED ME 50 MORE TO TAKE THE KNOTS AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN OK. BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE PAYED 20 OR 15 DOLLARS FOR YOU CLIPPING ALL THE DOGS KNOT AND SKIRT.

My dog was extremely matted and the big names ( Petco and PetSmart) rejected us but he was greeted with open arms. I'm very pleased with their sevices, great price, he smelled so good,,he was so happy! Thanks AC Grooming!😍😍😍

I went there because of 4 stars. I took my small long haired dog a shih tzu and asked for a teddy bear haircut instead came out with most of her hair cut off noticeably uneven cuts especially on face she had a burn mark as well as clipper cuts underneath her chin and tail was just about gone. I am never going back and I suggest if you have a long haired dog do not take it there and check it before you leave. They also wont let you see the camera.These people have been shut down three different times under different names also spoke with another one of their past clients and their dogs front teeth were all missing when they picked it up if you go there make sure you take a picture of your dog before you leave it there .Make sure you have your pet covered. Be careful of some of the positive reviews some are fake.

Used to like bringing my fur baby here because prices were decent and they did walk ins in case of emergency. But I was not pleased with my last visit, baby girl had a few cuts around her body and she seemed scared. Also I feel like they wouldn’t even bathe them, just sprayed something on them to make them smell “good”.

Today was my first time ever using Ac grooming. I liked the fact that they accept walk ins and you don’t have to have a appointment. The groomer came out and asked exactly what I wanted for each of my dogs . One thing I didn’t like tho is that I was dropping my dogs off literally at 8 am and they told me they wouldn’t be ready until the afternoon. I’d rather not leave my dogs in a crate for hours so I paid extra to get them done sooner . I came to get them and was semi happy with how they groomed them. I specifically asked when I dropped them off not to cut my male dogs ear hairs, just a slight trim but most of the hair was taken off . I wished they kept more hair on his hairs but other than that if you’re looking for a place that’ll accept your dog asap definitely go there .

I used to like this place for the nail trims until they only started to take cash only, I actually wasted my time taking my dog there for them to tell me cash only, this hasn’t been the first time they do this. I’m very disappointed and I will not be taking my dog again here.

New to the area . Took my schnauzer in . They immediately put him in a rusty crate and kept him for 4 hours. The cut was nice but I don’t feel like they bathed him abc my dog cane home infested with fleas . Won’t return

This place did a great job grooming my 10 year old golden retriever. The guy at the front desk was super nice. However, they were short staffed that day and had to take a few hours before completing the work. The phones were also not working that day but they called from a different number to make sure I was immediately aware that the dog was ready.

Convenient for a drop off grooming service with no appointment (walk ins). However, they didn’t follow instructions on the hair cut for my dog. Instead she was shaved all over. After, I specifically said not to cut her too short. Also, she had cuts and bruises to her legs from service. Smelled like she wasn’t bathe. This was my first time trying this spot. Wasn’t pleased at all after seeing my puppy.

Very friendly, affordable and convenient. Never have to make an appointment or go super early hoping for a spot on a Friday or Saturday like a certain vet clinic nearby. My dog always looks great and smells like coconut.

I will admit...I stopped taking my 90 year old neighbors babies to AC a while back because their facilities had become run down and they were having issues. They always did excellent work, though. I was THRILLED to find they had moved shop. Their new digs is amazing. Clean and very professional. They showed me around the back and they have so much more room and so many ideas and plans for the future. 3 generations all working there...love the family vibe! And of course...they did a great job on the baby 💖

It was our first and will definitely be the last time there. It was on a Saturday and didn't know it was their busiest day there as they didn't say or mention it to me . I dropped my little dog at 9:30 for a bath and hair cut, didn't get him back till almost closing time which was about 5pm. He keeped scratching so I took him a bath myself and he was infested with fleas. He never had fleas before till now. Also when I got him home he was soooo thirsty which told me they didn't bother to give him water. Another thing when I was bathing my little Buddy he was like frightened which was another indication of being mistreated during his bath there. They may be reasonable in price but definitely not worth it. Never ever again. These other reviews gotta be false.

Left my dog at 9:10 AM. They called me at 1:48 PM to let me know she was ready. 5 hours just to give me my dog back still dirty. $30 for my dog to come out smelling like wet dog, dirty face and bloodshot eyes. You get what you pay for. This place even has the windows covered so you can’t see when they’re working on the dogs.

My Pooch loves this place! Never had an un-satisfying visit and always handled with care. The owners give you a specific time and they are done. Always friendly when we enter and they truly take care of their animal visitors. I recommend to any and everyone

Overall my dog smelled really good but I officially took her in to get her ears cleaned and they still looked exactly the way they look when I took her in. I wanted to give them a chance but I don’t understand how they missed her ears. You can defiantly see how dirty her ears are.

Took my cat for a flea bath. Before taking her I asked about it and they said that they do them and that it would be $20 plus tax and that nail clipping is included. Why is it that when she was picked up 1.she still had fleas 2.we asked if the nails were clipped they said maybe, which they weren’t 3.it ended up being $27. If they would’ve done a great job I would understand but it was a half done job. Horrible.
