Very friendly staff and vet, Dr.Craig.My oldest was suffering from bad allergies and I couldn't get her in to our regular vet fast enough. Paige called me back the same day to schedule us from a cancellation.The staff was so friendly with my scared girl. Will definitely go back

Dr Bowling and the staff here are AMAZING. They've cared for our cats for 15 years since they were kittens. We recently had to put one cat to sleep because he had cancer. Dr Bowling did everything she could for him, always called back immediately if we had questions and was so gracious when we finally had to let him go. Dr Bowling and her staff have also been amazing with our other cat who is not a fan of going to the vet! He's quite the handful but they're very quick and efficient to minimize his stress (and avoid claw marks!). If you have cats, Dr Bowling is your vet!

This vet clinic has the most caring and polite workers and vet. I am not from area and had to call about my 15 year old basset who got sick.. They immediately took me but unfortunately there was nothing that could be done and she had to be put to sleep. Everyone was so sweet and caring. The vet even gave me a hug.

Our buddy was sick and the doc was very helpful. But the greatest thing about this place was the compassion and care they showed when we found out we were going to lose him. Stevie Ray was more than a cat. And I thank the entire staff for the compassion and understanding they showed. I will be back. And I recommend them to anyone. Some vets only care about money. This staff was rare in that they care about the people and the pets.

Absolutely the best vet in the Hill Country. Dr Craig and Dr Bowling, as well as the rest of the clinic staff, get to know their patients and always do what's best. They are honest, friendly, and extremely caring. Our dogs actually enjoy coming here, and that makes each visit so much easier!

This clinic was wonderful! I was staying near Horseshoe Bay for the holiday weekend and called to see if they could get my cat in for an illness visit. The staff was so accommodating and fit me in that day. They were great with my cat, up front about pricing and spent time to explain things to me. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had been bringing my pup to HSB vet his entire life. At 11 he had skin tags removed but was limping for some reason. For a week he kept limping so we took him back, Dr. Craig said nothing was wrong.For the next few weeks we watched him get worse and decided to get a second opinion.My pup was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. An extremely intense fast growing bone cancer.The next few months we’re hospice and then he passed away. The remaining months we took our care to Hope animal clinic who did amazing with him. Those months were so painful and harsh not only for my sweet pup but for the entire family.His cancer was most likely accidentally overlooked but that caused him to die, and our family to hurt in more ways than you can imagine.Ive been waiting to write this, take your animal here if you want but remember this story.Our baby B could’ve had a longer life.Negligence. Truly awful and sad.

This place is a terrible place to bring your pet. My mother went to get her dog vaccinated and upon entering the facility, my mom had to place a muzzle on her dog because he was “scared” and she was unsure of what his actions would be, mind you he is a small dog. As she tried to apply the muzzle her own dog bite her hand out of being scared. This facility called the police and gave my mom the decision to pay $650 for a 15 day quarantine there, or put her dog down. This is the only time this dog has EVER bitten anyone, and was not showing any signs of strange behavior. Due to him not having a rabies vaccine and this would be the first, my mother had to put her dog down because she cannot afford the cost. This is total neglect and disgusting behavior by this facility that a perfectly healthy dog was put down for no reason. Do not go bring your pets here because they may not return home alive.

Pricing is astronomical. Make reservations for boarding way in advance. Also a simple nail clip which should be free is $15! Gougers for sure
