I went in looking for a inexpensive bag to use (in a weird size for a piece of equipment I use for work), and, they were able to think outside the box to provide me with a very suitable solution that I had not thought of.On top of all that, they are genuinely good people - which is hard to find. Friendly staff assist you finding the best tool, or other items quickly and the checkout is easy and fast. All employees appear to care about the customer, and it shows! Prices are well within line with big city stores' pricing and they provide coupons that represent $5, or more in savings on many popular items. The inventory is usually stable with few shortages. I come in often for various items and are seldom dissatified with amount of stock on hand.

This is a wonderful store , If You live in horseshoe Bay you don't have to go into marble falls traffic. The store is Always clean, well managed and always somebody there to help you find what you need. It's a very well stocked hardware store.

Just like every Ace I've been to, the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They never walk by customers without asking if they need help.This store was very clean, well organized, and had a decent selection of most items.

We went in to buy a new electric cord for our dryer. Not only did they have that but they have many other home repair items.I must confess that I was distracted by the amazing candles and cute decorations.

Me and my boyfriend just got a house and finally got a dryer and realized the connection didn’t fit ours so we raced over to Ace to just grab the one item we needed and we pulled up 8 minutes before they closed and saw the doors locked and the open sign flipped to “Closed” and the Ace employee getting in his car and speeding off.I understand no one wants to deal with someone coming in before close but if your hours say you’re open until 7 then BE OPEN UNTIL 7. We drove 15 minutes just to get that one item and left empty handed, we will not be returning. So unprofessional.

I generally only go to this Ace for convenience reasons. Limited selection in most departments and overpriced. If I have the extra time, Lowes and Home Depot are another 10 minutes down the road.
