My daughter’s food is always correct and she enjoys it. Grilled cheese and fries. However every time I decide to order something is always incorrect. I’ll start checking my order ever time from now on. I usually let it slide because I’m in the restaurant business. But no more. I always do my best to make sure my guests get exactly what they need and repeat their orders back. But when it’s to go there not much to do to fix it right away. I did call and I have a sandwich waiting on the house. That’s nice and all but an apology would have gone a long way. Customer service could be better.

They never get it right. Always something missing. I paid for it, why didn’t I get it? Bought two items that come with a sauce. Neither item came with a sauce. Two things going down the hatch dry, thanks. For all of you saying the Hooks Sonic always gives you your items, go play the lottery! You’re the luckiest people in this earth to get everything you paid for at this location!

I LOVE Sonic Ice....but the ice machine is always broken. O literally will buy a bag of ice daily or every other day. However for the last few days I haven't been able too. This happens more times then I would like. But service here is always friendly!

Very fast service and not far off I-30. My order has always been correct and never had a mix up. The staff is always friendly and greets with a smile and always asks if I want my receipt. One of the good Sonic restaurants in Bowie County.

Been going to this sonic for over a year then all of sudden about 3 months ago the burgers started tasting weird. I asked my kids they all said same thing . I tryed a burger couple days ago they still taste bad I don’t know what’s going on but I guess that’s another place I can’t eat at. If anyone goes there and experiences the same thing I would love your input

More frequently than not they mess up an order, the fries and tator totts taste like they've sat in old grease. Overall unpleasant these days. Place has gone down hill.

I love the mocha chocolate blast. Today I got one paid $4.54 and it was made with no mocha and not stirred well midway of trying stir for mocha taste white ice cream was in bottom not even stirred. I tried hooks cause for last 2 times in new Boston they could not make them. But they are good when they are made right.

Placed order,. Grabbed the correct change. Turned music up. Didn't get all the way through the first song when guess what I got my order and it was correct and hot. Completed with a smile thank you and hope you enjoy. I was proud to tip this server and excited to leave this review.

It's easy to find & get in & out of. Service was fast & friendly. Shakes were perfect. The only thing is that the bathroom smelt like some sort of nasty burnt grease or something but it was very, very clean & well stocked.

In general, the food and service is okay. I really only go for there happy hour and sometimes for dessert items because I like their sonic blast. They have a bad habit of not getting orders right or forgetting items like condiments.

Visited 3 local Sonics this week. Hooks Sonics was The Best in everyway by far .Only store to have all ordering stalls open and working. Burgers were amazing .bun fresh drinks we perfectly blended not over syruped. And when I believe her name was Kensley delivered food with a smile and was fast and polite. CHEERS ALL THE WAY.5star service ALL THE WAY

Sonic has gone down hill terribly.I had to explain no onions with mayo.Patties were extremely dry and only warm not hot. Could tell there was Mayo, but it had disappeared to just a white smear.

The "man in the speaker" is very nice, always. He allows me to get out my entire order without cutting be off. A car hop named Willow was very sweet. She asked me how I was, asked how my day has been, she was awesome.

We ordered three (3) American hot dogs with added chili and sheese. We were quoted and agreed to pay the additional charge of .60 cents per hotdog for the additions to each. We were actually charged $1.00 for cheese and $1.40 for chili for the first two hotdogs and $ .50 for cheese and $ .70 for chili on the third hotdog. Fine. None of the hotdogs had cheese or chili though. None. I called the store on the microphone and a lady told me a manager would come out. A lady did come out. She actually looked at the hotdogs and then went inside and came out with a second lady who told us the chili and cheese was on the bottom. I showed her the hotdogs and still she insisted the chili and cheese was on the bun. Literally she looked at the hotdogs without chili or cheese and swore there was both chili and cheese over and over again. I understand human error, I even understand everybody think that they are right but someone pays that much money for chili and cheese they should not only taste it they should be able to see it. AT THE VERY LEAST, they should be able to see it! We would have though we would be able to see it and to taste it.BOTH ladies looked at the hotdogs! There was no chili or cheese! Service here sucks. Food sucks.

I don't eat out much but was like it's Friday, gonna splurge. Ordered a 1/4 pound with bacon. Live around the corner, got home hamburger was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Won't be eating here for along time.
