Great food, friendly service. I was 1st customer of the day. Food was prepared quick. Lost a star due to the socializing with another employee (I guess, he was in the kitchen, got 2 drinks and left). Socializing meant cook got my order wrong, and he took the order. Asked if I wanted fries, tots or onion rings. I got soggy fries instead of tots. They were meant to be reheated later. Fries don't reheat well in the microwave. Big Rig parking next door!

I ordered tacos with easy cheese. But it appeared to have extra cheese instead.After ordering my food and ice cream, I told the cashier I would be back. When I returned from the restroom, I went to the counter to pick up my food. They pointed to a table in the lobby and said that was my food. I was shocked that they would leave my food and ICE CREAM CONE in the lobby instead of at/behind the counter. And it's beyond my understanding why the even made my ice cream cone when I informed him the I wasn't there. That's my reason for saying that I would be back. I should be able to wash my hand before eating without my food be left for anyone to get to and melted ice cream cone.

I recently visited the this Dairy Queen, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The overall condition of the place is run down and in desperate need of attention. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the establishment lacked the maintenance it deserved.The most concerning aspect of my visit was the unprofessional behavior of the workers. The dining room felt more like a playground for the staff's children than a place for customers to enjoy their meals. It was incredibly distracting and created an unprofessional atmosphere. The lack of supervision and discipline reflects poorly on the management's ability to maintain a suitable work environment.Moreover, the workers themselves demonstrated a significant deficiency in customer service skills. Their indifference and lack of enthusiasm were evident throughout my entire visit. It felt as though they were doing me a favor by taking my order, rather than providing the friendly and attentive service that customers expect. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.The wait time to receive my food was excessively long. The inefficiency and disorganization behind the counter were apparent, with orders seemingly forgotten or misplaced. This resulted in frustration among customers who were left waiting for an unreasonably extended period.Lastly, the management at this Dairy Queen lacks leadership skills and organizational abilities. It was evident that there was no clear direction or oversight in place. The chaotic atmosphere, coupled with the lack of employee discipline, suggests a fundamental failure in management's responsibility to uphold a standard of excellence.In conclusion, my visit to this Dairy Queen was a regrettable experience. The run-down environment, workers' unprofessionalism, long wait times, and lack of leadership from management collectively contributed to a subpar dining experience and make me wish I gone to Sonic down the street. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to restore the quality and reputation that Dairy Queen is known for.

Went to Drive thru. I ordered Peanut Buster Parfait which was not made as it should be. It only had hot fudge and peanut on top and bottom and none in center. Also the blizzard wasn't full all the way to the top. Not too happy that the recipe wasn't maintained on my ice cream product, but it was fast service.

I was sitting there waiting I'm watching the manager she's a very rude lady she was complaining all out loud talking about the drive-thru customers everybody but maybe the people that own that place don't really care about customer service thank God that the rule lady can mess up the good ice cream

I stopped in last night about 7 o'clock to get dinner for my family. The girl at the speaker's/window was really nice there is 4 people inside when I placed my order. I ordered 10 of the extra large chili cheese dogs and 4 fries.. They asked me to pull around which I did. While waiting 2 of the 4 staff members left. Leaving 2 People to complete my order and it took 45 minutes to get them. Even though it was only 2 People my hot dogs were burnt lil to no chili and cheese.. I wasnt happy with my order. But I feel bad for the 2 workers.

The drive-thru server was very friendly. I ordered a chicken sandwich and blizzard. I got the blizzard very quickly but had to pull up and waited 7 minutes for my chicken sandwich. Once I got the sandwich it was hot and delicious.

The people were friendly, the place was clean. My 4 piece chicken basket was good. Would have been better with honey mustard. But they were out of it. Out of fries. The drink machine was broke. Had to bug the waitress for refills. The place was busy. Overall a great experience.

Just went in and the two girls working didn’t want to work. They acted like they were idiots that were stoned. Out of lettuce and steak fingers…..hmmm. Yea I think they just didn’t want to work. They were too busy entertaining the boys that were eating ice cream and flirting. I won’t be back. This Dairy Queen just sucked!!!! Too bad!! Do better!!

Service was friendly, prompt, and informative.Food was brought to our table which was nice. Didn't wait long. Everything came out as ordered and was yummy.No napkins on the table.Certainly not the cleanest of places, but it had a nice, hometown feel :)

This is not a “fast” food place by any means. I was the only one in line but it still took them half hour to get a 4-piece chicken strip combo and a small blizzard out. The workers lack customer service and the place is always changing out employees. Time to stop paying $7.25 or shut down, owners.

Same as some other post here 2 girls that do not want to work. Got 1 chicken basket and waited 25 minutes for it and ended up just leaving. Worst Dairy Queen, easily.

A lot faster than they used to be.I remember a few years ago it would be 20-30 minute wait to get your food. I've been twice this week, and gotten great hot food (4 burgers and Onion rings - about 6-7 minute drive) and today 3 tacos in just a couple of minutes. These were at lunch times too (11:20-11:30)

Went to get ice cream around 8:20 ish and constantly heard workers in the back saying our ice cream was the last of the night even though they had about 40minutes to close. After that, they proceeded to tell each customer in the drive through that ordered ice cream that the machine was down even though they are just too lazy to make it and shut everything down 30 minutes before closing.

Food was good. This location however has some serious issues with urgency to take care of customers. Workers stand around unable to multi-task while customers stack up at the counter. Today it was just my wife and I....we were at the counter waiting for 5 minutes while two employees, one being the loud obnoxious manager, just slowly walk around really doing nothing urgent. They were not waiting on customers at all. The manager actually walked past the counter, went to the back of the store and returned carrying soft serve icecream mix. Then started filling the icecream machine, which took 2 or 3 minutes. During this entire time no one even spoke to us. The manager finally took our order after filling the machine first with no icecream orders waiting. We were within seconds of just walking out. The cook was doing his job, but this store needs management in the worst way.

Stopped by on LONG trip back from Dallas, getting a milkshake and keep going. Little lady was nice, I waited about 20 minutes in a very warm dining room. Milkshake was really good!👍👍

This Dairy Queen is Under New Management and it seems to be very good management. They cook did an outstanding job on the chicken basket tender chicken, not to crisp and not too greasy. I recommend giving them a try. The only thing that I found it lacking is that the chocolate malts are still not very chocolatey. Just a dab more chocolate would be great

Awesome service. Lots of napkins. Food served correct temperature. Blizzard was cold, Dude was hot. I'm very picky and they got my unusual order correct. Awesome staff. Manager very friendly.

Have stoped here several times in the past had great service and food. This time I got my order and had several flies flying around and they wanted to charge extra for condiments. Got the dude with onion rings with a soda. Soda was mostly ice. Well since they now want to charge extra for condiments, and had all the flies. I won't be stopping here again.

I'm an or trucker stopped in for my 30 minute break. Wasn't too busy but took over 20 minutes to get my food. Didn't even get my cheese sauce for my soft pretzels. Won't be coming back any time soon.
