Big shout out and thank you to Dr. Gray and all of the folks that came to help at the low cost vaccination clinic today. It went beautifully. Smoothly. Quickly. I love the way we could all space out in the front and not be forced to stand in line with all of the dogs too excited.While this went quickly, I did not feel rushed when it was our turn. Your Techs were awesome and the woman at the front desk who checked us out was delightful. Staff really can make or break a business.It is also great that your vet records are tied to the Trenton office since we live in the middle. Nice to know we can go to either clinic and be under your attentive care.Thank you for this service to the community.Well done, Dr. Gray!

Probably the most disfunctional vet clinic I've dealt with. I called for a pregnancy check appt for my mare weeks in advance they told me they will get back with me if it's something Dr Gray cant do... They called me days later told me she can't sono but will palpate.... I finally show up to my appt at 3 pm just for them to turn me away and tell me it's something she can't do. She can only do blood tests and they have no idea how long that will take. I guess diesel is free for this clinic and customers time is not their problem either. Drove from Telephone and took off work early to get this done all to get there and be told she can't do it.And the receptionist at this clinic needs to be replaced 100% NO customer service skills, no care for clients and just all around making that clinic look even worse everytime I call.

Each time I have made appointments here I have to wait for over an hour after the set appointment time. If slow was the only issue I could deal with it. Plain and simple = I have never felt less helped than after I leave here.

Highly recommend! We use her for our small animals and our livestock. A couple years back she saved our little Chihuahuas eye. This year she saved our horse's eye too. She is caring and gentle with the animals.The staff is very friendly and professional.

I have taken a found kitten there & they helped me to get it healthy. I also took my puppy there & they helped me to get her healthy. She is 3yo now. The kitten was 4yo when she was killed. Not by vets. The parking area is gravel. The door is opened by a person if you need help, usually.

My usual vet is in Louisiana, and my dog had an eye that was making greenish yellow goo. I couldn't get to Shreveport, so I'm grateful that these guys worked us in the same day I called. The staff was kind to my little dog, and the doctor was thorough. I'm grateful to these guys for being there during a minor crisis.
