Bought my 3rd night vision/thermal optic here and it was the best experience I've had finally got to upgrade to a good thermal agm varmint ts50. Very knowledgeable owners. fantastic customer service. Definitely felt like part of the family the minute i walked in asking hundreds of questions. And when your getting into the thermal game it is very expensive they offer one of the best layaway programs ive seen. when I get to upgrade again in the future I will not go anywhere else.

I called and never owning a thermal, I had a ton of questions. She easily answered every question I could think of. Later I called again and said I was on my way but cutting it close to closing, she waited. I ended up making a purchase a hour after close. They are VERY informative and don't push you in any direction, they just tell you the Options of each scope and let you choose. All around superior customer service! Treated me like I was a repeat customer. They even Registered my scope for me!!

Terrible customer service. Package is obviously lost in the mail. Was initially told to wait a few days to make sure it was lost on the mail, which I did. Now, I Receive passive aggressive emails when I send inquiry emails. Refuses to refund until the claim is paid through USPS. Would not recommend doing business with this company. While I understand that the shipping issue is not on them, the customer service is awful with this company. Edited to add - please see companies rude response and you will see exactly how their customer service is. Buyer beware. You can also read other reviews that mention their customer service as well as issues with USPS. As a business, if you have that many problems with USPS, you would think they would switch carriers to avoid the continuous issues.

I visited this shop on a whim one day and the customer service was amazing. A lot of the night tech, I am not familiar with. I was getting ready to purchase some unneeded accessories and instead of upcharging me for products I didn't need, I was informed of the decision I was making and they saved me about $50 (roughly). All of my questions were answered, my budget was taken into consideration, and then about 30 minutes was set aside to teach me and set up the products I was purchasing.If I need a product, and Feral Texas Outdoors has it, I'm going to be spending my money here.

I don't do a lot of reviews mostly because the service or I should say customer service I expect is never good enough. I met Jessica and Jason today at the store and can't say enough about how I was treated. The 5 star is not high enough my service was more like 10 star they went above and beyond to help me out on a day that they were not even open. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They keep a great inventory and prices are great. So I highly recommend them to anyone . They won me over as a forever customer thank you Jason and Jessica.

I bought the AGM Rattler with a Monocular combo and couldn’t be happier with the product quality for the price! I gave only 4 stars because at checkout I payed for USPS priority because it said 1 business day shipping. I received my Product in 4 days and USPS will not refund the shipping fee. FTO did have prompt customer service in returning my email but basically said it’s USPS fault because it left their facility on day 1. I don’t disagree with them but I do suggest they reword the 1 business day shipping on their website to clarify so people don’t waste an extra $30-$40. I only live 4 hours away so it probably would’ve been delivered in same time frame with free shipping.

Feral Texas Outdoors is a great company to do business with. I had some product questions and wanted to verify availability on the AGM Adder TS35-384. They were quick to respond with answers to my questions and lightning fast with the shipping after the order. My new scope was at my door in 48 hours from placing the order. I had my shipping details from FTO within 20 minutes of my order.I didn’t know much about Feral Texas Outdoors prior to my order and to be honest I found them because another Texas based optics retailer I have done business with in the past, didn’t have the Adder in stock when I was ready to order. I’m glad I went with Feral Texas Outdoors because their customer service was second to none. Be sure to support your American family owned small businesses! Just received my AGM thermal today. It shipped fast and they even threw a koozie in the box. Only down fall was the batteries were completely dead to test it out. I have rechargeable batteries coming tomorrow.Can't wait to try it out!!! Thanks

I was in the market for a night vision device. Without requesting it, a sales rep noticed I had made an online account and put a product in my online cart, but didn't purchase it. They reached out to me, texting my mobile number to see if I had any questions or concerns. After chatting with them for a few days on and off through their personal text, I received everything I asked for and more. The sales rep went over the moon to answer questions and even help me secure the individual serial numbered device I specifically wanted. They worked with me financially as well, and communications were always prompt and straight forward. This is a standup company, I could not recommend them more. I didn't get the sales rep's name, but they deserve a raise (don't care what they aready make, give this person a rasie)! I will be back!
