Only thing good about this family dollar is the staff excluding the managers. Very unprofessional and the store is not kept up. The manager or supervisor is never in and can never be reached. Would not recommend sadly. Need better management.

This is one of the better Family Dollar stores. Is located in a small town of Hitchcock. There's rarely a long line and when there is the clerks quickly pitch in to get people on their way. The store is well-stocked. They are located near a fast food restaurant and a laundromat. Also located near two convenience stores. Friendly staff. There is another store about a mile closer, but I prefer this store so I usually go ahead and drive the extra distance.

I have never been in a family Dollar that was so unorganized over capacitated. Everything was jam-packed on the shelves and there was no room to walk down the aisles. To top it off the AC was not working and you started sweating while looking down the aisles. I would not recommend this family dollar to anyone.

I was able to find items for which I was shopping rapidly. The store was well-stocked and most customers were mask compliant, which is important during the pandemic. Their prices seem relatively competitive.

Boi oh boi this poor azz store. Always its like a nuke went off inside. Bare shelves. Coke 7$ a 12pk. If they have bread, i think it's worthy of dieing for. Doller tree next door dont help bc its a 99c store now

Love this store. There are 4 other Dollar Tree stores in easy driving distance. I no longer have to drive to the other ones to find what I am looking for. This location has it all.

Every time I go in there the aisles are completely where you can't get down they're stuck all up and down and has not been put away it's just a hot mess I don't know if it's because I don't have enough help at least at Dollar General you can get up and down the aisles with your basket and the stock is put away

Its horrible its getting to the point that we wont be able to shop there anymore ive been asking over and over again to stop putting more overstock merchandise in the isles i am handicap and im in a wheelchair its almost impossible to shop there anymore i even talked to the district manager he promised it wouldnt happen again of course thats been over 6 months ago im thinking of calling BBB about it and also the people that protect dissabled peoples rights its rediculous nobody has even tried to help i live in a senior and dissable apt complex about 1/4 mile from ur hitchcock tx store my some of my neighbors have already stopped shopping at the store we now have 2 dollar generals in town u should consider a larger facility the place is run down always cluttered its an old building in bad shape if it were my store i would be embarrased of the condition and i would definately try to please my customers and give them a clean roomy store to shop in
