LMAO!!!! These dull tools told me it would cost $67-70 to refill a 20lb propane tank. I have been in this location before and they were not very bright then either. They are definitely in need of hiring people with brains in their heads, not in their... well, you know. 🤣🤣🤣

I saw a employee walking around the store crying and I asked her what was wrong she told me she put in for a week vacation in March for December and her manager Chase refuse it after she has been there for 9 years dont miss a y days and also closes most nights I think he need to be demoted or fired and she should become manager because he is not being fair I think District Headquarter should definitely get involved because he is not management material Tractor Supply is not a grocery store from which he came that shows me he dont know how to manage a team

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. There was a young man that helping load a toolbox into my truck and I asked if we could just set it where it goes. He jumped in the back and helped me set it. Service like this will keep me and others coming back. Thanks to that young man.

Great place to grab feed or things for the ranch/home. They just need to get better cashiers. The girl at the register was pretty much interviewing for another job with the person she was checking put and there was a long line of us waiting....

Outstanding inventory, clean store, prices a bit on the high side. The employees are usually nice but it varies from store to store. I have had several occasions when asking the location of products that I have purchased in the past, being told that not only do they not carry the product but that they never have carried it.

I like going here instead of the HD place for most of my hardware needs. I have bought shirts and pants at a good price. My doggies love their food. Only down fall I see is it's difficult to find someone to help you.

Had a problem on the road and needed bolts for my shifter lever on my motorcycle. Ethan L. Was super helpful in taking his time to make sure I got what I needed to ride back home safely and I highly appreciate it. I left out a star because we were unable to locate bolts and bits needed so we had the improvise. The store really lacks a variety of bolts and screws, other than that it was great!

This Tsc is so unfriendly!! The young girl working the register doesn’t even speak! Seriously! She has worked there awhile and is always the same! It was Sunday the 20th at 10:30. Is it really that hard to be friendly! Also there were 7 people deep in line and she never called for any help. Surely Tsc can do better!Sandy Miller- Hillsboro

Very nice employees at this location. I was treated like I was the only one in the store. I interacted with 4 different employees and the manager and wasn't even there with a problem just purchased a single item. 👍 to this store

Couldn't get help. When we finally got someone she sent us outside to look for ourselvesWe needed mortar mix. I am 66 and my daughter broke her back and neck, she has trouble walking. When we finally got checked out she told us to go outside and someone would load for us. That's not all but that was enough.

I have spent over$3000 last year in the Hillsborostore. I bought a 50 gal. animal water trough on 12-19-20. I understand a 30 day policy. However, a trough should hold water for more than six months. I lost 150 gallons of water in two days trying to find the leak.I went into the store and the check out person was ready to exchange the trough for me. I also had proof of purchase. Then another employed walked up and wanted to know what was going on. She said she could find no cracks, as if it would hold water. Questioned me about how many animals I have (like that would make a difference). I explained to her that I was a repeat customer and spent a lot of money there. I do not live in Hillsboro. I told her that I had spent over $3000 there just last year but would not spend another penny at this store.I Called the Tractor Supply in Cleburne as soon as I left and they said bring it and and get another one. Even though it will be a longer drive I will now go to Cleburne to spend my money. They seem to have some common sense employees .

Tractor Supply employees are not at all knowledgeable. I placed a call to verify if they had a hydraulic hose end adapter to go from Pioneer to IH. The employee asked me the size. I stated there isn't a size, it's an adapter from a standardize Pioneer to an IH. He said no ma'am I need the size. Again I said No size, the hose end is Pioneer, I just need an adapter. He replied again, I need a size. Once again I explained to him, the hose has an end, no size, just the type of end that fits into a tractor. His tone became rude. I need the size to find the right one he said. I told him if you don't understand please find someone who does. There is no size involved. He put me on hold for some time and then he said, there's different sizes. I answered yes, on the actual hydraulic hose ends, but not the adapters! I then told him you don't know what you're talking about, please find someone who does. Apparently no one knew because he left me on hold for 15 minutes and then I finally hung up. In the morning I went to TSC and there with the different sized ends hung the Pioneer to IH adapter. Ugh.

I went in Hillsboro tractor supply on a friday to look at Gun safes and dealt with a very pleasant manager named Kim. She pricedme a safe and told that price was good thru monday. I returned on Saturday to purchase and was told the price was $50 higher. When the cashier used the walkie talkie to ask the manager what the deal was. Shawn the manager very rudely said the price is the price loudly where multiple other customers heard. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Sad thing is i probably would have paid the extra money with an explanation. TSC Hillbsoro has lost my business!

Helpful staff. Left one star off due to not stocking calf formula. They had small bags and those with soy in them. Calves cannot eat soy. Older ones yes but not babies.

Have been shopping with TSC for a number of years now, in Waxahachie, then Ennis, and now in Hillsboro Tx. Waxahachie and Ennis would send me an itemized list each year of my purchases for tax purposes, but I don't receive them any longer. Ennis store would match prices from others in their area with lower prices. Hillsboro won't do this. Also have noticed their prices for livestock feed have skyrocked recently.
