The fries were good. The place clean. I ordered 2 large fries, that's it. And no other customers were in line. The girl making the fries filled up a bunch and ignored me and ignored me even after looking right at me. She then went to play on her phone and then showed another female worker what was on her phone. None were in a uniform. They were wearing faded hoodies.Finally, the cashier came over and asked what I needed. I said I need my fries. The cashier was a nice young man who was paying attention.

The restaurant is in complete disarray every time we come here. They will not bring your food to your table even when you order to the table from the app (so if you are in the play area behind closed doors, you have to monitor the front to see if your order is ready). The area with the play place seems to never be cleaned, never has sanitizing wipes in the dispenser, and always smells funky.

Half the time they either “don’t” hear your order properly at the drive through speaker and you don’t know exactly what they have on their side until you get to the window to pay due to their sign not working in the drive through that shows you your order as they put it in, that needs fixed it would help a lot with the food mistakes. Also every time my family asks for sweet tea we are given unsweet. And if they don’t give something you ordered they say you didn’t order it until you show them it’s on the receipt. Otherwise it’s a good place to eat going through the drive through if you’re tired and just want to eat before going home to relax after work.

Honestly overall experience was okay not to bad at all, the speed of the food that I received and the quality of it was decent. I was missing some of my drinks but a nice girl there was able to get everything resolved for me even though during that time they had a rush. I believe she told me her name was Stephanie good worker. She knows how to stay calm and get everything done quick that’s good.

The worker at window was absolutely rude. I asked for a orange juice with my meal. At window I was waiting for my orange juice. The window lady told me I didn’t order one. Very nicely I told her I did. She told me to check receipt rudely. I did and saw they didn’t put it on there. I told her to just charge me one and be on my way and this lady told me I had to drive around and get back in line if I wanted my orange juice. Like are you for real?!? The amount of time she had to fix their mistake I would have been on my way. Instead I left and got a juice across the street. She is young and was wearing a mask. Poor customer service. Can’t even do a simple job at McDonald’s. Good luck with your future young lady, you will need it.

I ordered 2 bacon McGriddle meals one with chocolate milk one with apple juice, and a sausage burrito meal with Dr.Pepper, the burrito meal come with 2 burritos I only got one. When I looked at my receipt to figure out why one of the photos below is what I saw. The hash browns were so soaked in grease they were not edible and even stuck to the bags they send them in and to each other (pics below) in fact there was so much grease in them they soaked the brown bag the meal was delivered in (pic below as well). Every store in the chain has lost my family’s business.

Traveling through with my husband and decided to stop for a quick bite and a tea, we both noticed how dirty the lobby was with trash and stains on the floor! We went to wash our hands and the restrooms smelled terrible and were just filthy with toilet tissue everywhere, stains on floors and NO soap to wash hands. Needless to say we left without eating and were able to find a really nice burger place in town that was very clean and smelled great!

French fries were cold. The burger was made just the way I like it. Drive thru attendant was one top of the orders.Dietary restrictions: My eating habits are very restricted, McD's is good about not salting my food.

Regular McDonald's, nothing stood out except for the fact that they charged me $1 for water. Just let the customer know that there is a charge for water, then let them decide if they want it or not. I just like to know. When I brought it up at the window, the lady told me laughing (maybe nervously) that she didn't take the order and was silent after that. Other than that, the McChicken was fresh and delicious and the staff were nice.

Wait in line was unacceptable through the drive through work only a few cars waiting. When I arrived at my destination to eat my lunch since I'm working. The regular hamburgers were covered in mayonnaise witch make be sick. Had to through away and no lunch now thanks to them getting my food wrong. Can't go back to make right since I'm an hour away. Hey disappointed will not go back.

Wait over 30 minutes for a Carmel frappe while playing the staring game with a employee cause he just looking at me not even offering to help at all.took at least 40 minutes for me to talk to someone then when I do they just say that he said no and just didn’t do it and then clocked out and left. I do not ever plan to visit this location ever again. Now my fry’s are cold.

I stopped in this McDonald's for an order of hot fries while driving from Dallas to San Antonio. The fries were excellent and fit perfectly into my French fry cup holder Thank you for the hot crispy salted fries McDonald's!
