Great travel stop, all travel stop needs provided. Clean and well kept. Entering off of 35W South is just a tad bit tricky....it's a quick sharp turn right directly after your left turn, crossing a lane that cars use to get 35 (on ramp lane) . Oh and watch out for shower 5, no inside locks available, you have to rely and hope that the automatic lock from the handle will come through.

After stopping at this Loves only to replace a fuel filter, put me on side of the road stranded. Replacing the filter cost me $95.33 / The filter had a pinched seal, which means it was not put on properly. There was no Loves in the area to come fix it so Road service cost me another $326.00. After speaking with the manager at this Loves center, he told me that there is nothing they can do, no refund, no credit, since I had to call a different service to come fix it. This is why I stopped using Loves for the last 3 years because this very same thing happened before only difference is the last time it was the water separator filter all very simple job’s, Isn't it ironic that I decided to give this company another chance and I have another problem that cost me money. I started going to the TA and I never had this problem. Stay away from the Loves travel center for repairs.

Steven Valdez is possibly the rudest adult man I have ever encountered. I have purchased over $1,600 in fuel from Loves in less than 8 days. I requested a shower and wanted to use my points. He wouldn't even take the time to see my fuel receipts to verify my purchases. He said i should of used the fuel pumps on the truck isle and told me I had to pay for the use of the shower. He then walked away. I won't be a loyal customer going forward. Just another way of getting out of the rewards system Loves markets and promotes.

Helpful staff! Low on the four star just because of the shower door. Y'all need to get that fixed. Don't be cheap with the chain lock, get a real lock and make the doors shut all the way.If you want something other than subway, there's an IHOP and Starbucks really close, so walking there is an option. That's what I did, as I don't have to deliver right away.Also, I don't know anyone other than my brother who takes 2 hour power showers. There are other people that need to clean their bodies out here folks. Have some (even a shred) of respect for others.

Worst customer service at any Loves truck stop, especially from the Chester's chicken lady.She acted like she just woke up and it was 10am, the chicken was cold and fried dry, the chicken gizzard were raw and I only got 4 gizzard yes 4 in a bag for $5.00 and some change. Chicken beat was dry also. The woman acted like we were bothering her just to order. Not a friendly staff, it's freaky small here also in the parking lot but the store part seemed clean. Not even my dog could chew the gizzard and if my wife didn't have a load, we definitely was turning back to show them the horrible food.

I would like to say first, the employees are all very friendly.It's becoming clear all that is happening in between showers at ALL the loves is they replace the towels.The trash cans are NEVER emptyThere was hair all over the shower, my wife turned the water on before I could get a picture.Showers should be cleaned in-between each use.Otherwise, why are we paying 15$ for?Even if it's free with your Loves card, you should still get a clean shower.

This review on there shop service.. came here to get my truck worked on .. left name number on a note book they had guy told me they would call me when its my turn 24 hours later still waiting... do your self a favor drive to the next truck stop or the next love up ahead .. i did... they should just close this shop read reviews most negative remarks are about shop

Variety of food and clean bathrooms. Gas competitively prices with several pumps. Lots of inventory you'd need in the highway and some seasonal items.

Do NOT use their "Truck Service" center!!!! Trucker's worst nightmareAn absolute joke of a place!!! They won't let you be in a store, while performing a service. Also extremely Rude!Did an oil change! 3hrs of a wait time. Was not allowed to see anything ✋️After I left, in about 200 miles recieved an unusual high oil temperature light.My Engine oil was over filled,By 3 Gallons!!!Had to stop at a "Harbor Freight" and grab an Oil Extractor Tool and remove it myselfFuel/water seperator was not replaced as well!!!Avoid at any cost!!!

A complete dump that is way too small for this area. The Pay Line is too far back for reefers to fuel behind them. I stop here because my company makes me, but I don't spend any of my own money inside...they waste to much of my time outside

I have stopped at numerous Love's Travel Stops in many different states and have never had a truly terrible experience. This particular location has been more clean than most and appears well stocked. The restrooms were very clean on both occasions. I'm sure I'll stop by here again soon.

Picked up a bolt in a tire leaving their fuel island. It's a super single and I'm dead in the water. It's more important for them to mop the bathroom floor than have their shop fix it. And no want asking it for free we have an account. But now to protect the rim they'll have to do it in the driveway instead of the shop. And I have to sit here and burn time. Such great customer service

I stopped by this morning around 10:20 AM for a flat tire issue! I’ve been told that waiting time up to 4 hours! Now is 15:45 and still waiting for the service “hour ago I pulled in”My load get canceled and I’m actually late for more than 2 hours.Worst service I’ve had so far.

Very disappointed that Love's corporate team does not allow the Subway stores located within a Love's Travel Stop to accept online orders on the Subway app because Subway's online app allows customers to use coupon codes for discounted sandwiches and that cuts down on the Love's corporate profits.For a couple of dollars, Love's corporate chooses to penalize the Truck Drivers that enjoy a Subway sandwich as a meal choice.Love's corporate would be better off just closing down all of the Subway locations within their Travel Stops.

At the auto care shop , The worst thing in this place is they let you wait more than 6hours -8 hours as the waiting list and they said they’re not gonna make it. Their manager Lorenzo is fake man. He’s doesn’t have any responsibility and controls on his employers. They’re resist too. Wen I was on the waiting list they let in other vehicles before me very ridicules.

Gas’s machine doesn't work well, Google map said the price is 2.20, but when I stopped here the price is 2.299. It is not good to put a different price on Google map.

Somewhat friendly... Got fuel and was hungry... Got cheaters chicken 3 strip snack.... Chicken and okra was cold, hard and dry!!! Was looking forward to enjoying it... Was on a load or I would have taken it back... Was on the interstate when I opened it!!!

I always stop on Love's on the road. It does not matter where I am driving to. They are usually clean and well lit at night. This one was no exception. There was a great choice of snacks and drinks.

We stopped for restroom break. We tried another gas station and it was filty. This Loves was clean and the management cared about their customers. While there a lady had a health problem and one of the managers went out to check on them and the family. They cared. This location also runs 2 restuarant chains: subway and a chicken place. Good spot for a quick meal.
