Garbage. Over priced, nobody knows anything about their store. Setup a reservation to rent a tool and they rent it out to someone else. No call, nothing. Horrible service. I am so done with this company ripping people off

We've been coming here for almost 5 years and they have the best customer service experience you will ever have, they will help you find what you are looking for and answer any questions you may have to the best of there knowledge, they treat you with respect and really listen to your concerns and needs, if there's anything you need and can't find, they will do there best to order it for you . Just a few reasons to give them a try, you won't regret it. Even coming from other cities , it's worth the drive .

Love Fleming's! Small town Ace Hardware that carries an extensive line of various hardware and Stihl products. Also maintains a tool rental department that allows a free Sunday rental (rent Saturday and return Monday before 8 am and only pay a one day rental period). Great staff who are all friendly and knowledgeable.

I entered the store and a young man asked me if I needed help finding anything to which I replied that I had been in earlier and purchased a sliding glass door handle that didn't fit and I needed help finding one that did fit. To that he replied, "Oh. Uhhh" and quickly went to go ask the customer who had just walked into the store if they needed help. I said, "Well, I thought you were going to help me, but okay I guess you're not." I then went to look at their sliding glass door handles and quickly gave up not wanting to buy another one that might not fit and decided to just return the first one for a refund. When I got to the counter the young lady there was polite and asked me if I found everything okay and I let her know that I just wanted to return my previous purchase. She said, "Okay." She then asked the young lady at the next register for assistance with the return and the lady said, "It's a return for defective." I said, "Oh no. There's nothing wrong with it. It just doesn't work with my door." She snapped at me, "I can't put that back out on the shelf looking like that so I have to just throw it in the trash!" I was a little startled that she was being so dramatic and grouchy with me about it. I let her know that I had asked for help when I came in and the guy walked away. The first lady asked me who I asked for help. I pointed him out and both ladies said, "Yep." So maybe he does that often. I don't know. I was already frustrated that I bought the wrong handle when I came in, which was nobody's fault but my own, but the rest did not make me want to ever shop here again. The drive to Lowe's in Bellmead is probably worth the drive and time or maybe Tractor Supply or Walmart will have what I need. I shopped here because it's locally owned and I generally try to support those stores first. Disappointed with the lack of customer service today.

It was my first visit to Fleming lumber, and I was amazed at how much inventory this place had. I usually go to home Depot, but now that I discovered this place, They gained my business! Very helpful and not hard to find someone. Had everything I needed at a decent price.

Love new selections after remodeling. Lots of cute decor items not expected in a lumber yard. Sales associates are always courteous and helpful. Call ahead if renting equipment to make sure it is available and ready to go.
