I have loved this store (Hillsboro TX) for 4 years, primarily because of the customer service, but today this lady was not only the most unpleasant I have met at this store, she might be the most unpleasant in my life in a customer service role. When I walked in I eagerly looked for the cheery hello … silence. The two employees just kept chatting. 😟. As I shopped the front of the store I noticed the only people she greeted were the ones that were black. Normally I would not report a situation like this because I would not want to be thought of as racist but she was just that horrible, I could not let it go unnoticed. As I shopped within eyesight of the checkout it was the same way the whole time, she would have spirited greetings and chit chat with blacks but no others. As I waited at the doors for my husband I watched her treat a hispanic woman the way she did me and other non blacks. And it was obvious in the faces of the others in line behind that woman they were very dismayed!You really should send a white woman in there when she is working as a secret shopper.I shop DT at least 3x a week because I am a crafter, I will never again cross the threshold if she is working. I will go to Laguna Park.

It's a dollar and 25 cent tree. They don't seem to have a lot of things my normal dollar tree does.but they are open till 10.

Staff is always polite when I'm here. Kids love the selection of cheap little toys they have and they're always SO excited to go get them when I can't afford the ones from walmart lol. Great place!

Went on Sunday morning when store 1st opened. Cashier was wearing a mask but incorrectly, with her nose not covered. Don't feel comfortable with that. Wont be going back anytime soon. Maybe after a vaccine is available for covid 19

Hillsboro Texas Dollar Tree is the absolute worst! I'm a local and have been to this Dollar Tree often and all I ever see is BOXES EVERYWHERE! It's rediculous. The manager is always standing around gossiping. I never see THE MANAGER working. There's usually just one cashier doing any work (if then...). It's pitiful that our town finally gets a Dollar Tree and it's such a mess!

Boxes everywhere can't get down the iles never have the shelves stocked and I was there at 9am and it's that way at all times of the day they need better selection of craft just no happy

Everything in the store is only $1,00 unlike the other dollar stores. This store always has diabetic socks (only socks I can wear). You can stock up on household items as well.

THEY are helpful finding things. Friendly staff, greatly appreciated. AT AN OLDER AGE, ALL THE HELPFULNESS IS WONDERFUL.WILL CONTINUE GOING AND SHOPPING THERE PRIOR TO WALMART NOW.SO GLAD TREE IS OPEN!

Usually the Dollar Tree in Hillsboro is pretty friendly but today there was a rude employee that had the attitude really glad I'm trying to change my ways because she come pretty close to getting her feelings hurt
