Loved 😍 absolutely loved our visit! Came from San Antonio just to eat lunch with my hubs. Our food was fresh and made to order! Love the Amazing quality of the burgers. We got dessert 🍨 and did not disappoint! The ice cream is magnificent 😋! Staff was attentive and courteous. We bought a couple of items from the grocery side. I'm sure they will not disappoint since it was all Braums items. Thank you for a lovely lunch! The Estradas

Everyone here is so freaking nice. Paul not only made me the best sundae ever, but he did so with extreme care, even after I took ages to make up my mind. The older lady working in the market was also such a sweetheart. When I thanked her for grabbing us a bag, she said the wisest thing: "We have to take care of each other."We don't have Braum's where I live (which is the biggest disappointment) so we always try to stop by on our way through town. After this visit, I certainly look forward to our next.Until then:- Paul, keep being awesome. That sort of kindness takes you places.- Sweet market lady, thanks for taking care of us.

Food was decent as was the desert.My issue came when the girl who was making the ice cream orders cashed out the customer before me, with her vinyl gloves on, handling money, then walked over to take my order. In addition she had a young man helping her whom was wearing gloves and walking around with a dirty rag cleaning things. He set the rag down and came over to help make food. I told them both they needed to change their gloves before they touched anything and explained to them how cross-contamination causes illness. They seemed to understand and said they didn't know this blah blah blah. Well 10 minutes later as I'm finishing up my dessert with my husband I look over and that girl is at the main register checking somebody out of the grocery area with gloves on, again and then walks over to the food area and starts making food with those same gloves on, again. What was so funny is they had a good inspection award or some garbage up on the counter, that's comical. I've been in the medical field a long time and taught Sanitation not to mention have sat through recurrent training on it more times than I can remember. I think I will skip this place in the future since management apparently doesn't know how to train their staff on food handling safety. I was so frustrated I wasn't even going to bother talking to the management because they clearly didn't care because they were watching all of this happen. I just wanted to leave at that point. Hopefully someone higher up sees this review and cares enough about not making their customers sick and does some remedial training for their employees.

First, I love Braum’s ice cream. It’s always top notch. Second, I usually get a hamburger when i stop by here and they tend to be tasty. This trip however, I decided to try a grilled chicken sandwich just to be a little healthier. I wouldn’t recommend that. The chicken was extremely rubbery and had little flavor. The sandwich was slathered with so much dressing that the buns kept sliding off the chicken. It just wasn’t the quality I am used to from Braum’s. Stick with the burgers and ice cream and you should be good

Just about every food item is here is great, especially the ice cream. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years and it’s always been the best. The service is on par with any other restaurant. It has a market inside so you can pick up a few grocery items also. I always stop for ice cream though.Wheelchair accessibility: It has handicapped parking.

The food was good but the service was lacking. The are very slow and half the staff didn't seem to know what to do. The have 3 separate lines so if you want food and ice cream you have to go to 2 different registers. Then to buy groceries there is another register. A little frustrating.

The butter pecan shake was good and a large size for 5 dollars! That’s a steal especially for the size compared to other large sizes which are just mediums and the burger and fries were very good and fresh

This is my first time to a braum's. I really enjoy it. The atmosphere and giant wall mural of the foods are incredible. The cool little scene in neon lights over on the back of the store side is very interesting. The food is awesome, there is a special braums sauce they put on there that makes their burgers stand out from anyone else's. I did four stars instead of five because in terms of cost and the size of what you get they are about normal. So not the super incredible value my wife remembers from stopping here during high school and college, but still good. Four and a half for a single patty, $7 with tax for a triple cheeseburger, each one patty is a quarter pound. We also got some ice cream, because of course how can you not. We got the banana fudge, which is a double dip fancy Sundae, which is $4 plus tax. That is a great value. I think this will be another regular stop for us as we're passing through town.

I wish we had these near me. Fast food, ice cream and a fresh food market!?! We were in a hotel across the street for a multi day family event. Braum's made it much better. The fast food was solid. Love the bag of burgers option. It was great getting fresh foods for better snacking, too. If we'd had a kitchen, we would have gotten more things. The staff at this location were great during every visit, in store or drive thru. Pleasant, efficient and very helpful. Franchisee and management should be proud of their staff.Vegetarian options: In store fresh market has many fruit/veggie options. There are many items for a vegetarian, even if there are not fixed dishes. You won't find that at other fast food chains.Kid-friendliness: Many kid options in the fast food, but also in the fresh market... and of course the ice cream. Staff family friendly.

Mediocre experience. We spent a total of 40 minutes waiting in line to order and wait for our food. All we ordered were 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 shakes and it literally took them 40 minutes inside. Shouldn’t the people inside the restaurant get priority? On top of that, the had cooked fries setting on the counter for like 10 minutes so by the time they got to the customer they were cold. Our fries were cold, they didn’t even bother to have a heat lamp on. The burger was also somehow cold too and the cheese wasn’t melted. This is literally the worst experience I’ve had at a Braum’s, I don’t know why it’s gotten so many positive reviews. The new worker was really friendly though, she was complaining because the other workers were pressing the buttons for her and not just letting her find it by giving her hints. I don’t think that doing something for someone will let them learn how to do it. She was also the only one wearing a mask so I do appreciate that. My other complaint is that they don’t change their gloves.

I was so excited to eat my brownie fudge Sunday, that I completely forgot to take a picture of it! The brownie was the perfect density, still allowing the ice cream to melt into it, not too sweet, without icing, but not cakey. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. My son ordered a plain and dry cheeseburger, and he swears Braum's is his favorite burger place. A convenient location right off the freeway with plenty of parking and some extra long booth benches for families to sit together.

Got our food guy started counting our fries by touching them, service was alright got a milk shake this girls cast was filthy. Looked like it was blood or ketchup with a mix of ingredients on it, disgusting. Got there it was a dirty table stayed there for even longer workers sat at the table didn't even bother to clean it. If it could be zero stars it would be even a gas station bathroom is cleaner than that place. How can you work and serve food in that place. Nasty.

INYERESTING CONCEPT! First time eating here. I was not aware of this "chain" and only learned about it from an employee after eating and asking about their unique setup. So apparentlythere are no locations further than 330 miles from their farm, where they produce the milk for their ice cream and beef for their burgers and more! Check put their website for the "and more" part, but it's a grill, ice cream parlor, and fresh grocery market all in one. Now, back to the food. They have an good burger menu w some interesting choices. I settled on one with jalapeño jack, jalapeños, and bacon. VERY TASTY, fresh beef, Nice soft bun, and hot and crispy fries. The ice cream was also rich and creamy! Same thing as the brgers, some interesting flavors to choose from, AND EVERYTHING WAS VERY REASONABLYPRICED, as the lafy said, no middleman. I think in total I got a double meat burger, fries, drink, ice cream cone, AND some delicious homemade cinnamon rols (4pk huge!) for about $20. Definitely worth the stop if you are within their radius! Will definitely stop when passing through their neighborhood. 🔥👍

I drive from College Station to help a friend in Hillsboro that goes to Braum's all the time.Friday we were tired and decided to drive through for shakes.I ordered a Medium and Large vanilla.I paid at the 1st window but my problems began at the 2nd window.They said I ordered a small and a large shake.I said no sweetie,I ordered a Medium and Large.THIS IS THE STUPID PARTHe told me I'd have to drive back around to the drive through to get my money back for the Small shake and reorder a Medium shake.I said why can't you just charge me the difference between a small and a medium and let me be on my way.He said he couldn't do that so I asked for the Manager.Some young kid came to the drive through window and told me the same thing so I told him just to refund all of my money.** LONG STORY SHORT **They wasted 2 shakes, 2 cups & 2 lids.They lost a customerThey lost a sale** ALL BECAUSE **They wouldn't just charge me the difference between a small and a medium.NOT THE WAY TO HANDLESUCH A SIMPLE PROBLEM.

Pulled up to the order board no one in line. Was greeted and asked to hold. Sat there he was rude listening to conversation in my car and went to order and again was told to hold very rudely. I sat for a few minutes and decided I would go to Sonic. The guy was just standing by the window doing absolutely nothing there were no cars and I will never go there again. It is the one in Hillsboro Texas.

personally, i am never going to step foot in this place again. not bcuz of the ice cream, it's perfectly fine but the night manager is a perfect example of how NOT to run a service oriented business. not being locals, my friend and i always stop when passing thru Hillsboro for Braums ice cream and she ALWAYS gets the same thing 2 scoops on a waffle sugar cone, every single time for 20 years. so this particular night we had to jump thru some hoops to make it there b4 they closed but we made it with plenty of time to spare. so i placed my order with no prob but when she placed hers - the cashier looked confused and turned to the night manager for his input to which he said "ABSOLUTELY NOT" then quite rudely "you cannot have a waffle cone with anything except yogurt" which is ridiculous and must importantly, untrue. if any one of her prior visits were any indication, that is. i turned and said "charge for the yogurt, don't use yogurt, charge for the ice cream and put it on the cone and give it to her. i will pay for it." the wicked little man refused! to which we scratched our heads, laughed then just left. i could NOT BELIEVE they treated us that way. no offer to compromise or to help make her happy in any way whatsoever. just no. and i won't bore u with details but we jumped thru LOTS of hoops to get there. but that's the end of that. no more Braums in Hillsboro for us. i refuse to give my money to any establishment that doesn't have any more appreciation for customer loyalty than that. ick. the NERVE! that's all ... just had to tell the world. thanks for listening!

I asked the first window lady if I could switch a jr conectado for a regular single dip and she was upset about it. Then at the second window when the guy was handing me my food I said thank you every time he handed me an item and he never even tried to speak to me. I ordered 1 of my burgers without onions and what did my burger have a bunch of? Onions!!! Why are these people working if they have no work ethic at all!!! Drives me insane!

I don't know what happened to their ice cream. It used to be amazing. However today, I got 2 scoops of cookies n cream in a waffle cone & it tasted like straight up faded glory brand. Threw one scoop out on i35. Color wasn't even right. It's like they ran out of blue bell and threw stale dolla gentral oreo cookies into the faded glory vanilla. So disappointing.

The workers didn't have their hair pulled back. The young lady who made my shake hair was inside my cup as she was scooping the ice cream, and when I asked her to pull her hair back, she got upset with me. My shake was made 3x because they kept making them too liquidity. It was complete chaos! The manager never made them pull their hair back until the crowd started shouting. The workers were touching their faces and scratching and didn't wash their hands. No one had on gloves, and one of the young ladies had a sore on her hand. I'll never go back to that location, and the health inspector needs to be called.
