I was shopping on a Saturday and after getting home to a different city, I realized something was missing from my bag. I called the store and they were able to call the store in my town and replace the missing item. The manager was amazing! She even offered to mail it to me if the other store couldn’t replace my item. Thank you! Great customer service!!

We live about 10 miles from Hillsboro and we love this bath and body works! The inventory is always fully stocked with crazy deals. My family and I buy great gift's there for friends and family and we are fully stocked at home with hand soaps and body scrubs ❤️

This location always has items for 50 percent to 75% off! Even when there are other sales going on, they always have extra deals. Absolutely love this particular location.

Almost everything here is cheaper than the mall store in Waco. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the store always smells so nice. Btw, the seasonal hot cocoa and cream candle (and wall plug scents) are the absolute best and smell exactly like hot cocoa. Everyone is def getting one for Xmas!⭐👍♥️☕

The staff here is amazing! They welcomed us in and would occasionally ask us if we needed help with a smile on their face. They weren’t pushy, and the ladies were very helpful. You can great deals here and if this B&BW was closer to my area, I would probably visit every weekend! ALSO THERE ARE SO MANY GREAT DEALS THERE AND A LOT OF $3 HAND SOAPS? SIGN ME UP!

This store is hardly ever crowded and is fully stocked. Each time I visit, the staff is eager to assist and with a smile! I stopped in this time for the candle sale and although everyone that was working was busy, i didn’t feel rushed. The cashier was delightful and i got everything i wanted.

This is your basic Bath and Body Works, as the only store in a deserted outlet mall. But there were lots of people shopping there. The sales team was exceptional and I felt that each sales associate truly wanted to help!Don’t fear the deserted mall, the folks here were exceptional!

Looks can be deceiving!!! I was on my way back to Dallas from Austin, and my fiancé spotted this gem! All of my favorite candles are DISCOUNTED!!! The discounts range from 50 - 75% off!!!! The store was super clean and the staff was extreamy friendly.It's in an abandoned outlet shopping center and it's the only store. Don't be concerned they are awesome, and they plan on staying their for a while!!!

Love the smell of B and B. It's almost enchanting. The young lady that helped me was informative about the product I was picking up, explaining about the sale going on at that time. While checking out the lady informed me of hand soap in my favorite scent, Orange and Ginger.

I have spent countless amounts of money in this store. I have been in here multiple times with no issue. Sarahy needs a vacation or an attitude check. I have always come in this location with coupons. Today I shopped like normal, and went to the checkout. I could tell Sarahy was already stressed dealing with the lady in front of me. When it was our turn I said “I have multiple Coupons”. She started ringing everything up. Getting confused on what was hand cream and bar soap. The total came to $175.00 I had coupons to do MULTIPLE transactions (as I told her in the beginning). She looked at me clueless when I told her that wasn’t right. She had my husband run and get free stuff that didn’t make sense. I chose my free items as I shopped. I then asked why we couldn’t use our other coupons in separate transactions as I have in the past with the older lady who works there. She then proceeded to get an attitude and told me “For future reference please make sure to let me know in the beginning when you have multiple coupons”. I looked at my husband like uhhhh I told you! I literally had them sitting on the counter. I did tell her this also. She then proceeded to argue with me again. I let it go and decided I would never come back. I bring a lot of business to this location as well. Sarahy needs to learn to work under pressure and needs to learn proper customer service.

Not worth it driving out there.The store is super clean and organized and the people that work there are very friendly.The products on the wall are mall prices or just a bit reduced - not really outlet prices.You can get a few great deals (up tp 75%) on SELECT items on the stands and tables.I was disappointed.

I was so surprised to find out that the Hillsboro store was open! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Found everything I wanted and then some. Also found out they no longer take checks which makes no sense considering electronic checks are processed ALL THE TIME. Hope they reconsider. Not everyone uses credit/debut or carries cash
