Greeted by a rotting wall, what is that? Is that even safe? Was told to use men’s bathroom, sorry but I don’t trust men’s bathroom and when traveling alone, not the safest idea. Plus who cleans a bathroom with the door locked? Came for coffee, big mistake. Regular brew tasted like dirt water with a splash of coffee. You know when you add creamer and it automatically looks like chalk? Yeah that means there’s no coffee; sad. Next I try a coffee grinding machine..it too has a dirt taste and no amount of sweetener or cream can save it. I’ve never walked out of a store with no coffee..and bottled coffee costs just as much as Starbucks??nope. It’s raining, I just drove 200 miles.. all I wanted was a restroom and coffee to get me that other 150 miles.. can’t drive away fast enough. Sorry I wish I had better words but I just don’t.

I stopped at 7 eleven to get a cup of coffee there pecan coffee is the best I gave the lady at the register a $20 bill to pay $2.50 for just a basic cup of coffee without a muffin. She proceeded to give me a dollar and some change back and said I only gave her five. I had to argue with the lady back-and-forth and tell her to pull the cameras that I gave her 20 look in your register count your money, and it wasn’t till more people came in the store, before she would gave me the rest of my change back. I have no problem paying good money for a good cup of coffee, but to get hassled and potentially robbed that I cannot stand for

I called and an employee answered the phone when I asked for the number for the 7-Eleven across the street. He proceeded to tell me that he would get it for me, put me on hold, pretended he couldn’t hear me and then every time I called back he sent me to voicemail. That is bad customer service.

There was a very very nice guy checking everyone out... But the line was six people deep while another employee was behind the counter cleaning and whatever. I just think when there are that many people in line, maybe we need to focus on getting them taken care of. I mean it's a convenience store. People are simply popping in for a drink, snack, or restroom break. Also, for someone so dead set on cleaning, that bathroom was sure lacking attention.

Where do I start. I pulled in to get can, the gas islands to find the most disgusting mess. Liquid all over them, pop, etc. Only one grade of gas. 11 cents higher than Walmart which i see when I left. Gas pumps dirty. My biggest grip is receipt paper out at pump. They need to cleanbthus place up. Wont stop there again

The lady at the register was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! Never spoke to the lady in front of me during the entire transaction. Never spoke a word to me until she saw the look on my face as she carried on an entire conversation in Spanish on her ear piece all the while displaying zero customer service to anyone in the store. It was extremely rude. I'm pretty sure she knew exactly what I was thinking when she finally looked up as she handed me my change an I just started in complete disbelief. She finished with a happy "thank you". I walked out without saying a word. Too late at that point dude

The girl was nice but I asked if I could return a charger if it didn't work. She said yes but when I went to return it they said they couldn't do it because I used my card instead of cash. I feel like they had no idea what they were doing. Train your person in charge how to do refunds!

The transaction equipment at the pumps need some tech support... There is an obvious ploy to bring the customers from the pumps into the store. I don’t appreciate the time wasting.

Went in just now. Usually i have a great experience. But tiday the tall lady with the glasses and tattoo on her chest was rude and just threw my stuff in a bag. Won't go in there the days shes working. Vanessa is very nice always helpful. Shes great.

Pumps will not accept credit cards. You have to know how how much gas you want to buy since it's prepay only. Restrooms were filthy and had no hand soap, tows, or anitizer. Go to Love's across the street.

I wish I could give it zero stars. This place ruined my vehicle and the staff has been incredibly rude. Especially Robert who seems to be stoned beyond usefulness and the manager and owner are being cowards by hiding from us and REFUSING TO GIVE INSURANCE INFORMATION!!

Terrible gas. Filled up 93 octane in my car and it pulled timing. My car is on a 91 octane tune. Do not fill up at this gas station. Octane level is not correct.

If you are going to gas and need to use a bathroom, please be aware they do not have a public restroom. So, my advice avoid this place and go somewhere else.
