This was a regular stop for me anytime I travel to Dallas/Ft.Worth but not anymore. The bathrooms are simply horrible. They are to small for a location with the amount of traffic this place gets. The lighting is to dark. The floors are perpetually nasty. The oder greets you before you open the door. Once you wash your hands (if there happens to be some soap) you have to touch the nasty door to get out. The sign says "We want to WOW you", well congratulations 7-Eleven you've succeeded. I know that the restrooms are pretty much standard to the 7-Eleven chain but they need to be updated at this location. The amount of competition in convenience store/gas stations should be its own motivation for 7-Eleven to step it up. But I will not return to this location until they address the third world conditions of the restrooms. The pictures were the taken back in early December 2023, I promise you the restrooms were this bad before and they were just as bad when I stopped there on January 6th 2024.If you are traveling, please save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Stopped for gas and an iced latte. The machine needed refilled and a sweet employee named Love was so friendly and willing to go through the trouble of refilling the machine even with how difficult it was to change with the previous box being frozen into the machine. I just wanted to share praises for how helpful and wonderful Love was.

Idk a lot about how much extra room there may be in gas tanks. That being said, my tank hold 9 gallons. 10 max. I just paid for 10.5 gallons. 1.5 gallons isn’t a ton to be added at the end, but if you drive a bigger car that can add up to 10 maybe 20 bucks if their meters are wrong. I attached a picture as proof. Hopefully I’m wrong, but it seems fishy.

Decent selection of behind counter items. There was water in the sponge thing. But this is all this store got going. Trash overflowing in multiple outside trashes, trashes in bathroom overflowing, different used tissues in each stall, one sink doesn’t work at all, they are not making tea since last year, the TWO coffees (decaf and executive) were old, no sanitizer in any the dispensers placed around the store, and poor selection for energy drinks and alcohol beverages.

Average 7-Eleven. A little bit run down, some of the pumps out of order. But it was quick in and out. Bathrooms were okay, not the cleanest but not filthy either. This is the second time that we have visited this place on our way back from San Antonio or South Texas, consistent.

SO GREAT! if you look past the nasty mens bathroom and just regular 7-Eleven stuff and you find the toy section, you’ll find a knockoff Glock airsoft gun, they dont sell the bbs but that is awesome and im still smiling after 15 minutes. i’m a full grown man and im playing with toy guns and putty in my truck. so cool. we need more of this in the good old Tejas. #gitcaliforniansouttahere

I worked there for at least 3-4 weeks I got fired bc this women there her name is Valerie and I was told I was yelling while customers were in the store when I was not this women was yelling in front of customers full on screaming and still works there I also found out that my ID is a paper ID from a job I worked at before bc I lost my hard copy and they were not supposed to use that copy it’s against the law well I can only imagine how much other things they do that’s illegal I DONT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE OR EVEN GOING HERE pumps r slow and some of them don’t work most of the time they never fix them . So I highly recommend going to loves or another gas station then the 7 elevens they r both owned by the same ppl

Store is often messy, iced coffee is almost never refilled (just labeled as "out"). Some cashiers will type in items (instead of scanning), so you get charged for the wrong thing (and overcharged when appropriate discounts don't come off because the wrong item was charged). I brought up a pricing discrepancy between the shelf label and the POS system and was told the tag was wrong and the price would not be adjusted. Customer service can be lacking with some employees at this location.

Dirty bathrooms and no soap in mens room. How do food handlers wash up? No paper for receipts at gas pump. Plenty of other gas stations at this intersection. Go elsewhere

This establishment has SO many problems. The bathroom and some surfaces are dingy. The food safety here seems to be iffy. They seem always under staffed and the associate almost always looks exhausted or is rude. Selection is limited and make sure you check your expiration dates!

It's usually fairly busy, even well after midnight, so I feels somewhat safer. The coffee is always hot and fairly drinkable. The bathrooms are atrocious. P There is plenty of grass around the store, so your dog can get a bathroom break, too. (Bring a leash, though, because it's right next to a busy road.)

I’d hate to say the word “disgusting”, but the bathrooms were bad. Dirty toilet paper on the floor, toilets not flushed, suspicious liquid on the floor and one sink broken. I did like the cute gifts they had for sale.

There was a 12 year old working the register. When she rang me up, She kind of stopped and hit a weird look, but then kept going, so I asked to see the receipt. She had rang up my stuff wrong. I asked for a refund, and she said, I don't know how to do that. I asked her to go find someone who could. So she goes and gets another employee, who tried to talk me into just getting the extra item I was rung up for, before finally refunding me. I asked the other employee how old the other girl ways, and she said 12, so I asked if this was allowed. She said 'I don't know I'm not the manager.' She said the manager 'sandy' was in the back busy. Really weird.

Very unfriendly staff. She acted like it was an inconvenient to have to wait on people. She was just sitting behind the counter doing nothing. Not cleaning counter or refilling anything. Coffee counter was all dirty and needed restocking.

Due to the stop safety mechanism in the gas pump it flooded my engine causing damage. They did not want to provide me insurance information. $1300 in damage and they are the most unhelpful franchise I have ever stepped foot in.

The gas pump was the slowest I have ever seen. It was 1 gallon per minute. The clerk seemed very u n sanitary. I would not go vack.

This 7-Eleven is one of the dirtiest stores I’ve ever been in there’s always trash everywhere around the parking lot the bathrooms are always disgusting and The floors are covered in urine and employees are always some sort of weirdos

Just left i went in to get a few things after filling up while waiting in line i got to hear a worker talking to a customer about a drug deal i got out to truck and my husband asked if i got the change which i didnt i thought he grabbed it while in there i told him if uts under 5 bucks lets just go and thats exaxtly what we did
