The staff us very knowledgable, caring and helpful. I do not trust my furbabies to anyone else's care. My Bella (Lab/Pitt mix) just had her spaying, and the Staff has been extremely helpful and wonderful.

I won’t be returning the old lady at the desk is super rude as a matter of fact nobody here is really kind. I struggled through the rudeness to finish my dogs shots but these folks won’t be getting anymore of my babies time or my money. They also mixed up their charts one time and almost gave the wrong shots to my dog how do u mix up a 3 pound pom and a 6 pound poodle.

Took my baby in after a dog fight because she she was having trouble breathing only to be told she had an infection from the bite he sent her home and she died 24 hours later. She obviously had fluid in her lungs they are horrible don't take your baby there the doctor is not to smart.

Even though your not allowed to go inside as of yet. Our visit with our 2 fur babies with a appointment was fast,and our dogs had their nails clipped,all their shots and we also got their flea,tick medicine and it all took about 20 minutes! Excellent, prompt and professional service!

I absolutely love this place! Staff super nice & helpful! Answers questions. I wish i found sooner 5 mins from my house I used to go to pasadena way more expensive. Decent pricing from vet to grooming. & the groomer OMG!!! She is awesome others have knicked my dog & say he bites she is the only one to do right by him & I so appreciate it! She don't say he matted when he isn't just for a extra charge. I work nights there is months between my appointments & she always remembers I work graveyard & works with me even when i dont say anything. Can't ask for a better person!If you only need a groomer go here!

I am pleased with Highlands Animal Clinic. The people are friendly, professional and pleasant. Fees are more reasonably priced compared to those at the last clinic I used. When I make an appointment, my puppy is seen within a reasonable time.

First time visit after going to of course crosby for several years but it's outrageous there. The staff was very nice answered all my questions. Vet and assistant was good and informant about my cat's and offered other service's if wanted. For what he did reasonably priced. And now the wait starts to find out if the visit does the trick are we have to go back. If we do have to go back hands down we will be going back. Very pleasant atmosphere.

We have 5 dogs and have been going there for years and we are so happy with the care that we receive for our fur babies. When my big boy was diagnosed with bone cancer, the affection and attention to his care and comfort was top of the line . I trust the doctor and his entire staff with all my pets.

Moved here from Crosby vet due to encountering problems there. Sense moving to Highlands vet, we have had nothing but positive experiences. Price is right, good communication, and believe it or not but the doc will actually take your word into account when discussing treatment for your pets. Highly recommend.

This is my new place. I live in Crosby and it gets to be a huge hassle to get your animal seen here. Even more so of you're a new patient. This place was able to see us the day after we called. Very professional staff from the counter to the Vet. Nice people who handled our animal very well. Will definitely return in the future.

Staff is very inexperienced. I had my cat spayed at another clinic. She was still displaying signs of heat so I brought her here to get blood work done to determine if she was still producing estrogen. I explained all this to them. After turning the cats leg to Swiss cheese with the needle, the assistant called for another assistant to do it. They proceeded to charge me $150 and then ordered the wrong test. After speaking with the doctor they then wanted another $280 to run the correct test and would not apply the $150 they charged me for the wrong test. No thank you. I will be taking my cat someplace competent and professional.

This is the best place to take your furry loved ones! We have always had great experiences with the staff and to the doctor. After trying several local veterinarians, this is the only place we are completely comfortable taking our English bulldog and pit mix dog too.The services are provided with a friendly smile and an affordable price tag. They don't try to charge for unnecessary services and will address any concerns with compassion and honesty.

Very kind and professional staff. The doctor is good at what he does and easy to speak with. Fairly quick getting "in and out". They are still practicing safe distancing, masks and curbside services at the time of this post.

5 STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My experience here is always great. My puppy recently had cherry eye ,& Dr. Samad did surgery on her eye. She came out great ,& the staff was very informative ,& also very caring. I called to check on her after surgery ,& the staff was very supportive. My baby is doing well ,& her eye looks perfect! I highly recommend bringing all your fur babies here.

It’s been a rollercoaster ride with our fur babies but all and all Highlands Animal Clinic has been able to make life a lot easier for our family since 2015. They have transitioned with the staffing but have been doin a great job. I just brought my fur babies in February 14, 2022 for their rabies shot an drove all the way forgetting my wallet at home. The ladies said without hesitation or any hassle no worries. We will take care of your fur babies and have you on your way. All I had to do, Was give them a call when I got home to do the payment over the phone. Give them a try. Thank me later.

Very clean facility. I took my older dog to get groomed as she has to be sedated, she has become difficult to groom, they were able to use a mild sedative and do everything, including cleaning ears and her nails. She was very alert when I picked her up about 1.5 hours after dropping her off. We will be back.

If it was for me I would give 0 stars. Our dog died in their office today. They didn’t do much. It’s sad really sad that instead of caring for dogs they destroy them. If I were you I would think twice before taking them. Vaccines I think do more harm than good.UPDATE: wow they should have not wasted the time to investigate sadly AGENCIES/counties side with Dr’s & vets etc. No violation on the email we filed the complaint. 4 years later and it hurts just as bad. MY FAMILY WILL ALWAYS BLAME THIS OFFICE AND STAFF. In the end God will forgive but humans especially ones that truly care will have a hard time moving. I wish you well even if you don’t truly deserve it for what you did. Inexperienced and negligent is what I call it. Telling my DAD TO give him a high dosage to calm down is unacceptable I blame that and on top of getting so many SHOTS at once!!! Unprofessional please LISTEN IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR FURRY ONE TO DIE PLEASE RESEARCH!!!! & document everything!!!!! Some Drs have no hearts sadly it’s all about the money to them. I AM NOT TALKING JUST TO TALK I ACTUALLY HAD TO STUDY THIS IN UNIVERSITY. So say what you want I know information and can protect myself. Sadly they will always cover up their tracks. Have proof the complaint had no violation of course. Why BOTHER 4 years later.

Rather having to search elsewhere they were able to help think of a alternative solution that worked for myself and there staff.I 100% recommend this clinic, during this weird time they did what was needed to help us out the best way possible!!

Took care of my fur baby. We were new customers to their facility so the bill was a little high. Not to be ungrateful but the grooming wasn't the best. I thought she looked cute but my husband wasn't impressed. We'll stick to the vet services and hubby is finishing his grooming classes.

Yo this place was awesome. They were good with my old dog. Explained everything to me at least 3 times and answered all my dumb and worried questions. I felt comfortable and my dog was treated with care. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND this place. It's cheap too.like hella cheap. I rarely leave reviews cos who's got time for that? But this place was the bomb. Staff were awesome.
