The Director of this Food Town is very good at keeping this store in check! But very friendly Cashiers,& other staff.. I got all my ingredients for fresh homemade Spaghetti Sauce. I can usually find everything I need right here at home! Makes it so much easier!!!!

Great clean store. Employees are friendly and is in a great location. Has what you need without having to go to "town." Has a lot of things you wouldn't expect for good prices. I found very sturdy fly swatters for cheap. Next door is a family dollar and it doesn't have half what Foodtown does.

I come to this store all the time, and the one time I come in and get my groceries one worker has to show me that this store is not so great especially for hiring such selfish snooty workers, let me rephrase, worker. I had a worker named Haley help me at the register, I told her 5 times I had a 20 pack of coke in my basket and she completely ignored me after I spoke louder and she copped an attitude with me and I didn't stop myself from telling to watch her attitude. I think she shouldn't work somewhere she's gonna give attitude. It's rude and completely inappropriate to show such disrespect in customer service.

The store is actually not bad as far as prices go, but they need to get better employees. I just had to correct an off duty one that was talking to an on duty cashier about shooting everyone in the store while I was standing next to him with my 9yr old. I was tempted to beat the hell out of him, but left it at letting him know not to speak like that in public these days, once I said something to him the toughness was gone.

The prices are similar to an Albertsons. I saw a product there for four dollars that you can purchase elsewhere for one dollar a some change. Smaller establishment leads to higher prices. This store brings me back to the Winn Dixie era. Nothing negative about the nostalgic feeling. No gnats on the produce and products are in order. Lots of parking. And that’s all I have to say about that (in my Forrest Gump voice).

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service staff here at this location. The cashiers were very friendly and did greet you when you walk into the store. It was a nice and homey feel to this part which I appreciate it because the other locations in the Houston area so large you don't get that same feeling like you to you at this location.

JOB SEEKERS:NO NEED TO APPLY..All through the pandemic they told us how important workers were, now having been working without a raise for three+ years, there is no reason for new people to apply. Underpaid, underappreciated, and disciplined for not doing a managers job. Started @$10(w/experience), 7yrs later, only $11.. no benefits, except 10%off FoodTown gift cards... Don't even try applying for full time lol

I had over 40 pages to fax to two different places to help my mother get her Medicaid. The very nice young lady name Dallas was working. ( I noticed her name because I hate the Cowboys) Anyway when I explained to her what I was trying to to do for my mother she gave me a discounted price. Even if she did not give me the discount she was very sweet and took her time with me. I’m 63 years old and let me tell you costumer service like what Dallas gave me is very rare now a days. It got so much better when it changed hands and they replaced all the stock. Good people here. Prices are decent, but worth comparison shopping as some run high while others are cheaper than Kroger or HEB. Their selection isn't huge, but they try.

Prices are higher than other stores but i only go when i need some quick items. Not for my full grocery needs. If prices were not a dollar more than other stores, they would be my primary store to shop.

Just like any other Foodtown that you probably been too. Customer service is decent, never had an issue with anything. Only problem was trying to apply for a position and meeting with the manager. Manager always said to meet another day and keeps pushing it back. Just say that you are not looking to hire people instead of telling them to come back another time and day the following week.
