SEVERAL GROCERIES WAS MISSING. .Note...clerk was disturbed by others 3 coworkers- Chatting.I was passing by to my home so I did not. Have the luxury to go back and recovering my groceries. Iam until now aggravated to the point , that. I do my shopping some places elseI am 65 years age. And I dont need this bad services.Thanks .However hopping this helps on any way to correct your business services

Always a clean store super clean the only thing some of the employees could be courteous since most of them are super young this generation was brought like ours was to show respect and be helpful to others. But I do shopping here once in a while.

Hands down worst walmart in the Valley.Ordered pictures, received email they were ready. Got to walmart waited in photo area while speaking to 7 "associates" none of which were willing to help us. I went into the photo area and found our pictures not yet cut or ready.I called customer service and was told they speak Spanish only.great American customer service. My wife went behind the counter and was attempting to start the cutting machine on her own when I finally found someone that after I spoke very directly to a man who finallywent to help.47 minutes later we left with poorlycut pictures and a ruined Saturday.Worst managed walmart ever

Walmart+ Members beware. This particular location does not have Scan and Go, even though they have the signs up in the store promoting it. The pic is attached. The Walmart Associate at the front advised me that it is due to the proximity to the border and the rate of theft; that's why the service is not offered. Guess it's one way to prevent losses. This update is as of 3/13/23.

Irma from MoneyCenter has 0 knowledge of what customer service means.. need to get re-train to fully understand that personal problems stay at your house you dont bring your own stuff at work. Walmart policies are the ones followed not your own. If you want to talk rude you will get the same back. Hope she gets move out to warehouse or somewhere where she doesn't deal with any customers.

Usually not that packed in the mid morning time. Mostly stocked on everything as well. Everything is easy to find too. But I feel like the only let down is there's only one section for self checkout.

Everyone was preoccupied in the attached that they might have had like planogram no-one welcome me or sit high within the 5 ft mentioned for a fact it is taught within the 5 ft to mention or say hi or how can I help you I guess Sam Walton's fundamentals are not being followed but then again when you cried about your customers I guess things change

Poor customer service by the cashier “Tina”. She was being rude, holding up the line on multiple occasions, smirking towards the customers including my boyfriend ,and I. Then a manager “Brendan”, approached us out of uniform without his name tag, making matters worst by favoring the cashiers attitude. Worst, and most embarrassing Walmart experience I’ve had.

I agree with you the worst customer service ever specially in money services. I always used to get the western union service and the lady there Norma is an incompetent and is the second time she denied me a service. I don't recommend this place. They make you wait a lot for nothing.

Great service and the people from the auto center really helped me out in giving me some assurance that I would get a good service and got a discount for keeping that tire that helped me out on a tight budget glad I’ve never replaced it

I could not get any help,!I say this in all honesty, no one spoke any English! My mother heard the conversation I had with the associate, and said the employee was rude and disrespectful to me due the fact I spoke English and she said some inappropriate words in Spanish back to me.Walmart allowing associates to disrespect or degrade it's customers!Sam Walton would not approve... Customer Service should be a key part of your core values...So sad.

The restrooms were very dirty. Toilet paper everywhere in womens bathroom. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day.The other parts of the store were clean and well organized and no bare shelves. The deli area was low on precooked items and there were a lot of employees on theirs phones. Wanted to buy stamps but they were all out.
