They are very professional and for the price you save a lot of money. They come to your house you do not have to drive you don’t even have to get your dog in the car. They pick up your dog at your door and they bring it back to your door, nothing can better that experience. They are also very responsible the day of the storm my puppy had an appointment and they kept it.

We used this service a few months ago, and it was ok. They groomed my dog, who is very big and a breed (Belgian malinoi) that many are afraid of. My husband had to take her to the door of the van because she is very protective of me. I stayed indoors the entire time, never talked to the groomer. We live in a gated subdivision off Chapin in Edinburg, so the groomer also goes to my neighbors. I was talking to the neighbor recently and she said they told her that they wouldn't work on my dog again because my husband and I were arguing about the haircut and what to do. This was a complete lie! I never even saw the man, let alone talked to him. And what business is it of them to tell my neighbors? If the groomer didn't want to work on my dog again, he could simply tell me, and not go and spread lies to my neighbors.

they change your appointments at will and dont give you any noticed.the guy who comes over is great.he is friendly and a good guybut the lady who answers his phone and apparently sets the appointment.Shes a different story. She will lie to you and have no consideration for your time. she thinks they have plenty customers that it doesn’t matter if you get upset.well i wouldnt use them anymore. it’s a shame cuz the guy is great. But it’s unfortunate the women feels, like she can just reschedule you without warning then she’ll lie to you about trying to call you about the reschedule. it’s the modern times caller ID will show a missed call and then there is voicemail. Customer loyalty doesn’t matter neither. so no i don’t recommend this service.

I requested a quote and an appointment date. Dollar amount was answered immediately. Three messages later and they still have not answered me when I can get an appointment.

They re-washed Kenais feet over 4 times just to give it that white shine. NO OTHER pet salon has ever done that they always give him back to be with brown legs! Totally worth it❤️💪🏼

Hoy me toca un mala experiencia desgraciadamente la primera cita que tuvimos muy amables. Hice cita por segunda vez ace más de una semana y el dueño me confirmó que hoy vendría a bañar y hacerle corte a mis perritas. El había quedado que a medio día tenía mi cita y resulta que me habla a las 10:00 am y no pude contestar por estar en trabajo me salgo a las 11:00 sabiendo que en cual quiere momento me hablaría para confirmar mi cita y le hablo por que veo sus mensajes que ya habían ido a mi casa. Le hablo para decirle que yo estaba trabajando y me dice que uno de sus empleados ya había ido a mi casa ósea no respeto la hora de cita y todavía muy grosero me dice que el ya gasto gas a mi casa explique el por qué no puede contestar y me dijo que ahí estaba una camioneta y que nadien salió. El dueño es un grosero no sabe hablar con los clientes lastima por que cuando un estaba contento por eso les habla para que sigan viniendo pero el no sabe al parecer apreciar a los clientes!
