Excellent service and management. I was looking for cupcake holders and the pharr location was out. I quickly called this one they said they did have it and would hold them for me! They were the best and so friendly. When I entered I was immediately greeted. Once they realized I was the one that called they got the item for me and checked me out so fast! Love it!

I like this dollar tree because of all the things they carry, but the staff is not nice a lot of the times. Not all employees but so far 2 girls have been rude. Im sure its stressful work, but it won't make it better for anyone to be a jersey to someone trying to purchase an item. One time they were closing early and I had to buy a bag, I got to the store as they were closing, I politely asked if I could still come in , they said go ahead, took less than a minute before I hurry back and paid in card, since I know they were counting the money already. As I was leaving, one of the girls said " you can come back tomorrow when the people infected come back" , i didnt catch it at first, but my friend was waiting at the door and she asked me if I had heard what the lady had said. It was so rude and mean spirited. If she had said not to come in I wouldn't have, but for her to say something like that..

Store finally cleaned up a lot of the mess they had all over the floors, which makes the entire store look a lot nicer. Now all they need to do is dust the merchandise. Just about everything is covered in dust. My hands always feel gross when I go.

This Dollar tree store is not well maintained. The carpets are very dirty. There was only one register open. There are a lot better Dollar tree locations than this one

I just want to say I went to Hidalgo Tx Dollar tree today and a cashier by the name of Isaiah provided excellent customer service. It’s rare to see that nowadays.
