It was clean and well stocked. But..parking lot is very dark at night. Also, it is basically ALL self checkout. HATE THAT. I was there at 7:30pm. Saw maybe 3 employees. No crowds. But it was clean and I hate crowds. I just wouldn't buy large amounts of things due to self checkout.

The door greeter was nice and just welcoming. It was fairly packed, I'm guessing, because of the holidays. Usually, the lines to check out are super long, and only one or two cashiers open, but surprisingly, there was a lot more , and we're going fast. My cashier Taylor was very sweet and respectful and patient. Thank you ☺️

I stopped in due to it was convenient. I was QUICKLY reminded why I NEVER shop at Walmart. Went to use a $100 gift card and was told “We can process that!” It’s a visa gift card to be used anywhere. Called automatic system on speaker to verify funds to let them know it’s good. Then wouldn’t accept coupons from manufacturer on pampers. Walmart is a joke and so is the completely RUDE manager. I should have never went in and stuck to HEB!!

It's Wal-Mart :-/ . They're all the same. Best price, they have everything, and the only customer service reps that look like they want to be there work in automotive.POORLY stocked in automotive. Customer service reps back there were great at telling me when the oil and filter I needed would be re supplied and what time bmyet it still took me 2 trips, a call to all 4 stores in the Waco area twice and having to get an automotive service rep to pull what I needed behind the counter off the shelves for me to be able to get the items on my 3rd trip to the store.Jacked up part is that it's their store brand products that they're chronically under stocking.Great customer service back there in automotive and they get 5 stars but 3 trips to the store because all 4 stores within 15 miles of me were out and having to get a rep to stash the product for me just to make the buy leaves me giving the STORES 2 stars. I think 3 stars is fair. Right product and right price just too ridiculously hard to get.

Their automotive department rocks. Michael (mechanic tall young guy) helped me as much as he was allowed in getting me back on the road. I had two trailer tires come apart. Super friendly and helpful.

This place is garbage even by Walmart standards. So go to get in line "sorry we are closed" so does Walmart closr at 11 PM or 10:53? Its 11:04 more peoplr walking out with groceries. That's ok. Y'all lost my familys business... and to the lazy self checkout girl. You explain this to the store manager. Your too lazy to even watch us do what should be your job. PATHETIC!Just noticed parking lot is trashed but people just standing around.

Very clean, very slow paced. It wasn't packed as far as business is concerned. I went to pick up money and there was only one person ahead of me in line. There was a salon in there however it was locked and caged up. There is a Subway restaurant at the front of the building. It has a very spread out and fresh produce department.

I was looking for a microSD card for my Nintendo Switch in the electronics department. I was about to buy the official more expensive card when an employee recommended a more affordable option that he said works better than the official Nintendo-branded one from personal experience (and had the same amount of storage). He set me up with a superior product at a better price, that's exactly the kind of service every Wal-Mart electronics department should strive to have.Thank you Blake from Electronics, you're a real one. 🤝

Auto center employees are incompetent. Buying 4 new tires, took 4 times explaining to 3 people to replace the tires and keep the best one for a spare. When they get done I went to inspect, didn't replace the value stems and tried to hide it. When asked why, they said "uhh we didn't have the right size", no call no nothing, now I have new tires with old stems. Decided I better check the lugs just to be safe, every lug on every tire was loose up to a half turn. I probably wouldn't have made it home safe. Again I asked an employee why are they not properly torqued down "uhh well they torque them". I tried talking to the manager, but he looked high and didn't know about anything that was going on.WARNING -DO NOT USE THIS AUTO CENTER - DANGEROUS

I live Wal-Mart in Hewitt, I can always get a drive cart. They are polite there & helpful. I can get a handicap parking place. I live in bellmead,. I've gone to all the Wal-Marts in Waco several times cause I couldn't get a drive cart. It's very frustrating for me, I have been on crutches going on 11 years now. Wal-Mart is my Insurance card company. So it's hard to always go there & can't get around the store cause no carts. I know Wal- Mart makes enough money to buy more drive carts. Please look into that. Thanks.

This is my go-to place for beef. We eat a lot of dishes that require ground beef and the ground beef at the Wal-Mart has the best flavor I have found in Waco. Try it, it's the bomb 💣!

If it wasn't for Troy in automotive and the manager on duty at 5:30pm Aug 1, 2021 I would not have rated this location with 5 stars. Thanks to the manager and to Troy, our tire was replaced even after another automotive employee was rude, stressed and lacked customer service. Thank you Troy for going above and beyond and thank you to the manager who set the tone and lead by example on how to take care of your customers!

Just saw an employee get yelled at from what I assume is her boss for just sitting on the bench. I overheard she wasn't even clocked in yet. I've heard rumors of how the management was terrible here, guess they weren't rumors after all.

Not going back since you guys decided to no longer carry the Daiya pizza. I'm lactose intolerant and cannot eat half the stuff y'all have there. That means I have to drive to the other side of town and get it at H-E-B who always has what I need. So I'll just buy from them for now on.

Need to really control the pick up service. No one answers the phone for order pick up. Manager that called is more ignorant and blaming it on not having an app and making excuses.

Pretty good store. I did have an incident in which a box of tablecloths fell off the shelf and the corner hit the corner of my eye. I told the front end manager about it and he fixed it back on the shelf. I had a headache for two days but never sought medical help or anything. The problem was, things are being shoved on the shelves to where they are hanging off and it fell and hit me. The manager was apologetic and kind.

I have given the location 4 stars in the past. Today...very poor service. The store overall is great. Except, I don't like being practically ran over by employees. They need to remember to slow down and look out for customers. The first employee stepped in front of me to look at a price. Then, I had one older male employee go around me first to my left then right... because he was trying go clock in. He did bump into me. I can't move fast because of my knee replacement. So....slow down people. Please.

I was at the store sometimes this month and this employee was making racist jokes and saying stuff while i was around such as when i asked for stuff he replied by saying boy to me his name isJoseph M , I believe but i took offense to what he said.

Visit to this Wal-Mart was a total bust....no service at jewelry nor sports center counters. Help was called for but nobody showed up. Waited at least 30 minutes but nothing.....Only positive aspect was Andy at the door. Very nice helpful employee....

The store is well stocked but the staff are less than helpful. In fact the child working nights in electronics is not only inept but he is rude and unknowledgeable of the products in the dept he works in.
